My complaint involves issues: refund & the company's guarantee policyI purchased a jacket from a seller that turned out not to be made of a type of fabric that the seller said it was made ofThere is a copy of the conversation between the seller & myself on the seller's closet page where Poshmark could see that I did ask about the fabric contentHowever, when Poshmark denied me a refund they said it was because I failed to ask about the fabric content before purchaseI wanted a jacket made out of woven fabric not knit fleeceAs it turns out the seller didn't really know the difference between fleece and woven fabricI feel this item was misrepresented and I should be able to return it for a full refund

I ordered an item but forgot to update my address so the item was sent back to the senderI am currently been in contact with the seller who also ya snot heard back from Poshmark regarding the issueI would like to be able to cancel the order and have the funds put back into my account so me and the seller can continue to businessThe seller and I have sent multiple emails with no response but a generic response to be patientI had another issue with a different order and got a response within 24hours regarding an item that had not yet shipped

I tried Poshmark for the first and last timeI had no communication from the seller at allI made my purchase on July 19th and cancelled on July 30thI tried several times to contact the seller with no luckI contacted Customer Service and they assured me that they sent a message to the seller and to give her a few days as she may be on vacationI was fine with that but again, after days, still no contact at allI felt like I threw my money awayI've requested a refund and will not use this site again based on my experience and feeling like this was a sham to begin withI purchase frequently online and I'm familiar with several sites, this has been the worst one

This website has been a cesspool of counterfeit and replica itemsA minute or two in a certain high end brand (*** *** ***) yields a bunch of fake shoes and handbagsEven mid-range brands like *** and *** shows yield fake *** ***, and ***This is the worst because these fakes are promoted in the main feed when I log inWhen I use google, these fake Poshmark listings pop up in their *** Shopping bar under the search barI am angry that after years (from what I heard about when this company was found) this issue hasn't been fixed yetCompanies like eBay and Tradesy don't have this issueIf they do, they are taken care of in a quickly and it's smallI don't mind 2-listings of fake *** or *** On Poshmark, this is literally over I used their 'Report' button, but it doesn't do anything and these listing remain active, one listing I reported was sold days laterWhen these accounts get suspended, new accounts pop up and they keep getting worse

I purchased item *** and received it on 11/I have photos and the item came stained and unwashedI have emailed customer service on 11/9,11/10,11/11,11/12,11/I have commented on the post and claim and emailed customer serviceAs of today NO RESPONSE

I purchased an item for $plus $shipping ($total)Unfortunately, I never received the itemI waited the allotted time that Poshmark makes you wait for the seller to send it - since they still had not, I cancelled the orderI have still NOT received a refund from PoshmarkThey have no phone number to contact them atI have sent multiple emails, but only get a generated response back saying they will be in touch with me soon

I purchased a purse for $that was supposed to be excellent with no stsins/marks any issues, when I recieved the purse it was horrible, it had worn out handles, ink and makeup stains inside and nothing like described, I opened a return and subbmited pictures to poshmark, they approved my return and sent a return label on Oct 2nd, it was to late to ship the purse back that day so I shipped it back first thing Oct 3rd, the USPS recieved it Oct 5th and tried delivering the purse, either no one accepted it or no one was home but either way it did not get delivered, so again the USPS left a reminder to the seller about picking up the package and nothing, it is now Oct 13th and the USPS still has the package because no one will get it, I am still out my money, I have emailed poshmark multiple times about this, they replied one time to me telling me to provide them an offer number which I already did in the email, so I just got the run around, I have sent them multiple emails including

Put purses of many designer brands up and was told they were fake They then closed my account When ask how they come to the conclusion an items is fake, they state by shopper reviews of posted pictures
All items had complete photos of all manufacturing tags, inside n out of items, etc
If I thought an item wasn't authentic, I stayed so If sold to me as authentic, then posted as so
Saw many items same as mine with same tags selling as authentic
Also, buyers sometimes seems to buy the items, then exchange and send pictures of tens they had just like them already worn out and want a refund of their old worn out items If want refund, that's find but do not send me your old item back as the used or new item I sent you
They need qualifies inspectors of pictures of items before they remove them They don't just need to go on shopper reviews based on pics Also, shoppers need to read descriptions clearly

Back in I was a brand new customer to poshmarkAt the time of making my account, I went through all the terms and conditions as well as the FAQS on the business"Our Posh Protect policy does not cover trades within the systemWhen payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the Poshmark system, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship their items to each other as promised or as describedTrading is based on an honor system and is difficult for us to supportFor this reason, we discourage users from trading on Poshmark so that we can provide users with the protection that they deserve."
As a very analytical and critical thinker, I saw that that description of trading did not at all mention it was not ALLOWED to tradeIt simply says discourageSo, I went along and I began to tradeAfter I was restricted from my account I accepted the fact that I was wrong and would be punished for tradingThey withdrew the balance I owed from my card without notification(they do not let you delete your card info off of poshmark)
I attempted to reach out to them to let them know that I accepted my mistake and hoped we could resolve the issue and move onAfter waiting about weeks with no response, I tried to reach out again while re-explaining the issue at handAgain, no response I decided to give up poshmark and just move on to something elseEventually I attempted to log back onto my old account and I was still restrictedSo, I decided to create a new account and just stay clean on it and only buy and sell itemsAfter about a week of reuniting with poshmark, I logged on one day to find my account was restricted once againVery confused and frustrated I tried to reach out through email and phone(they do not do customer service over the phone, only allow voicemails with usually no call back) I still do not understand why I was restricted on my second account because I did nothing wrongI once again gave up on poshmark and deleted the appAbout a year later I decided to try again! Created ANOTHER account under my middle name instead of my first and just before I could buy the clothes I was planning to, once again, RESTRICTED with no explanationThis time around, very angry and annoyed I send them an angry email demanding a reason for being restrictedI got a response saying, Hi there,
Thank you for your responseWe do see that you have multiple usernamesWe ask all users to only use one account for PoshmarkWhen an account has been restricted, we send an email and ask that you reach out to us in order to see why your account was restricted and how you can have it reinstalledUnfortunately, you have created new accounts instead

Very relieved after FINALLY being responded to, I abandoned my anger and frustration and responded back explaining the whole situation and apologized for my earlier tradings and explained how I knew it was wrong and also made it clear that I simply did not see anywhere or understand the rule of "one account." I do not feel I should be blamed for making multiple accounts because I was not being helped with the information I needed to knowEverytime, excpet the last, I was being ignored or simply not readAfter sending my email explaining the whole deal, a couple days later I received an email saying, "Thank you for your responseAt this time, we have fully reinstated your account, @*** Please let us know if you have any further questions
Thank you."
I typed as much as I have typed now on this complaint and only received a one sentenced response that had nothing to do with anything I asked, nor told me anything I don't knowI was not giving attitude in the earlier message, I was simply giving remorse and asking questions but the person who quote on quote "helped" me decided to actually do nothing towards steps of actually helping me or my situation or providing any sort of type of solutionI feel as a long time customer and strong supporter of poshmark the issue should be able to be resolved
I don't know what else to say, I am just very disappointed and frustrated with the very very poor customer service and care being provided, or more likley not provided

As stated by a member of our Support team to the buyer, the price drop promotional shipping fee is only valid for orders placed through the Buy Now buttonThis order was placed through the Offer featureThis stipulation is stated in the fine print of the promotion.

I bought a pair of Persol sunglasses for $** from their site and the glasses are abnormally small and squeeze my temples making them impossible to wearThe two straps on the sides do not open up to the standard size of sunglassesI've had an identical authentic pair of these glasses that fit perfectly thus why I wanted to order another pair after I broke mineThis pair I've been sent from the seller has clearly been either tampered with or are not authentic which is reason for return on this site, and rightfully so so that the chance of a scam is minimizedI have a scam and I am not being treated seriouslyI reported this issue to Poshmark and a couple days later on ***, *** 3rd they sent me an email that evening requesting more photos in the next hours to evaluate the purchaseI did not see that email, so when they sent me another email at 6am on ***, *** 5th requesting that I send the photos within hours I was surprised but was ready to take and post mor

They have NO customer support whatsoever, so you better hope everything is rightThe phone number they have is a voicemail telling you to email them, and their voicemail box is ALWAYS fullI've emailed them several times over the past months and still have no responseI cancelled an order a week ago and it says it takes 10-days to get your refund (which is I suppose) but now they are claiming I only cancelled it days agoSave yourself the trouble and don't shop with PoshmarkUse ebay

*** have to admit that I have no one to blame but myself - I should've read the reviews first, so my loss would've been preventedBut for those who can benefit for prior knowledge of the apparently common scheme running on Poshmark - here goesI sold a dress to *** for (as per her own admission) an upcoming weddingThe dress was identified by the manufacturer (Badgley Mischka) as "Red Gown with Shawl", although the actual color was with a fuchsia tint, which the pictures on my site were clearly shownI shipped this dress the same day I've accepted the offer, in the original garment bags for both the dress and the shawl, using a large USPS envelope to prevent wrinklesTwo days later the buyer opened the case regarding this sale claiming "the color was not as described" (I had pictures posted, in different light, mind you) The case was approved shortly, but it took the buyer almost ten more days (and probably the weekend for this wedding) to ship the dress backWhen I got it, I was really shocked – it was shipped shoved in the medium size envelope, with no garment bags or hanger (I don’t understand why the buyer took the shawl out the zipped bag if the color of the dress is “not as described”)In addition, the dress was stained, and the boning structure of the corset was bent and twistedI contacted the customer service, but – as people on previous reviews mentioned – they brushed me off with the “can’t confirm the original state of the item shipped” bs and quite insulting $credit to my accountI am writing to the CEO of Poshmark, but have no hope of my situation, meaning falling a victim of the common Poshmark scheme being resolvedI only hope that people who are reading this review would think twice before using Poshmark

I got locked out of my account on poshmark because they sent an email saying it had been hacked which I think they were behind in the first placeThe email said to lock my account and an email would be sent on how to get back inI never received an email to get back into my account which has a balance in itI'm more concerned with getting my money out of the account which is still on poshmark but I can't access it through the email I have on file with them

I recently bought *** boots through the Poshmark companyThe seller describes the boots as a "no slip in sole"And had no pictures of the issue or what she mentI thought it ment a no slip bootI purchased the boots and to my knowledge they had no insoles! The seller did not post pictures of the inside of the boot! I sent *** an email of my dissatisfactionThe company sided with the seller and said that I should have asked more questions and that the seller says "a no slip in sole" and gave me $of posh moneyI don't believe the company handled the situation well at allHad I know the boots had no insoles I never would have made the expensive purchaseThe company did not support me the buyer in anywayIt solely protected the seller! I don't believe that it is good business practicesNow I'm stuck with a pair of expensive boots with no insolesI would not recommend this company and if you choose to shop with Poshmark just buyer beware!

I ordered a Louis Vuitton wallets on July from posh marktoday, July I just received the product and it’s horribleItem is not accurate as described I contacted posh mark no phone number I email and it’s a robot I filed for my money back in the amount of time but there’s no human I want to return this and get my money back $plus shipping

Poshmark has wrongfully suspended my account, I have great reviews and am a top sellerThey kept removing different listings saying they’re counterfeit when in fact they weren’t, finally they decided to suspend my account and my moms account won’t work either because of it although it’s separate accountsI was a HUGE posh fan, a loyal seller and buyer, I have tons of poshmark gear that I bought straight from the @poshfixings pageI’m very upset that I’ve been treated this way and will have to move forward and find another buyer/seller app
