Review: I own southern Indiana batting cages. When I signed up for service I was told that after $1000 in processing I would be reimbursed $75 for equipment I was required to purchase from them. Also, I would receive an additional $75 credit. $1000 was passed in April and I have contacted them 14 times requesting the $150 only to be guaranteed a date it would be deposited to my account. Review: This bank automatically sent me out new checks without my approval. When I confronted them and told them to refund the amount they said no. It was not their fault. I never approved it to begin with and had already ordered checks from somewhere else months before they sent out new checks. Now since they did not refund the money like they should of, my account bounced because there was not the 11 dollars in the account becasue PNC took the money for the dumb checks. So now Im out 56 dollars for something I never approved of. They charged me on 7/16 for the checks, I didnt even know until later because I sent them an email through their mail system on 7/29 to refund the money. I assumed they refunded the money because I didnt even want the checks. Than the account bounced on 8/12. I checked today to see what was going on and I read their email where they refused to put the money back. Now I see why my account bounced and now I want to be fully reimbursed.Desired Settlement: I want the check order refunded and I want the money they charged for over draft refunded. 19.99 and 36.00. All these banks do is take your money

Review: PNC is using predatory practices in loan modification. I loast my job back in 2007 and struggled to keep my home for 18 months. It finally went on short sale status but never sold. After 2 years I had employment that paid well enough to attempt a loan modification. After 4 months of good faith payments of the estimated new mortgage amount the contract finally was processed for the modification. PNC mortgage reduced my payment by extendeding the loan from 30 year to 40 year and then tacked an 80,000.00 forebearance ot balon payment on the end of the loan. I had no choice but to take it not knowing I had alternatives. I was not advised of those alternatives. I believe the forebearance was a predatory act and it should be removed from the loan.Desired Settlement: The forebearance should be lifted off the loan.

Review: PNC Bank advertised a $150 bonus promotion if I opened a Virtual Wallet with Performance Spend account. You also had to complete one online bill pay transaction and have at least $2000 in direct deposits within 60 days of account opening to qualify. So, I decided to open an account with them online.I completed these requirements and my account was forwarded to the Promotions department in May. Unfortunately, PNC says that I opened my account at the branch and therefore I am required to submit a coupon to the branch in order to get the $150. They now refuse to credit the bonus and comply with their terms and conditions.I opened the account online and use online and electronic methods of banking and have NEVER been inside of a PNC branch. Therefore, how could I have opened an account there as they say? Since the account was not opened in-branch, but rather online, the coupon is not required and the $150 should be awarded to me.Terms and conditions can be found here: [redacted]/Desired Settlement: I want the $150 credited to my checking account in order to satisfy the terms and conditions that both myself and PNC agreed to when I opened my account online.

Review: In April of 4015 I applied for home mortgage loan with PNC Mortgage. PNC ran my credit reports and approved my loan up to $125K. I got very excited about getting a new house. They told me everything have been approved and start looking for a house, which I did and found a house at [redacted]. I made an offer and sent all the paperwork to PNC to start the process. PNC required me to get my appraisal done which I had to paid out of pocket $545.00, and also required by PNC bank that I have to take Pre-Purchase Mortgage counseling session which I also have to pay $90. After all this process and I also received calls from Mortgage loan Processor to let me know that everything was going fine and just waiting for me to close the house. A week from, estimate scheduled close date June 25, 2015, I received a call from my Originator Loan officer Kathryn C[redacted] that I have a judgment against me and they are holding up my loan. When she ran my credit reports this judgment didn't showed up under my social security# and she didn't ask me if I have any judgment against me. This judgment was for ccard which my ex-husband's name listed as a premary card holder. Now the house got sold because the seller had new contract and now my loan is denied. When I asked PNC to reimbursement my appraisal fee of $545.oo, plus $90 fee for Pre-Purchase counseling PNC denied my refund. I told them that It was not my fault that PNC let me went to all these process and now being denied and won't refund my money either. I went to a lot of emotional, physically stress with all these ordeals for the last few months because PNC felt to do their job. If I was denied at begin of the process then I would understand. This judgment was in my record since last December even though it was not showing up under my ss# but I did make an arrangement with them to make a monthly payment. It was PNC's fault, felling to do thorough background back before an making decision. I should deserve these refund.

Review: I recently submitted a modification package for my mortgage and was asked to resubmit additional information that needed to be received by 3/6/3014. I spoke with a representative before I submitted the information to make sure that I sent everything that was required. I wrote down everything the representative stated and proceeded to gather the information. I mailed the modification next day guaranteed delivery for the 3/3/2014. Unfortunately the package was not delivered until 3/6/2014 which was the deadline date for the modification package. I called the PNC on 3/10 to find out the status and she informed me that it is being reviewed, but she noticed that on the [redacted] that I did not check the box off on the form. She also stated that they will probably send a letter to me in regards to it, but if I have a copy of the form, to check the box off sign it and fax it over to them. I also asked her if this was there anything else that she could see that was missing, and she stated no that if they do see anything that is missing they will let me know. I sent the fax on 3/11/2014. The package was due by the 3/6 and was accepted on that day although it was suppose to arrive on the 3/3. The postal service was late delivering in which I did get refunded the guarantee service delivery fee from the US postal services. I contacted the office on March 10th to get the status of the modification package. 3/15/2014, I received a notice stating that as of March 12, 2014, PNC are unable to proceed further with your request for assistance due to the following reason(s): We are unable to proceed with the review of your request for assistance because you did not provide us with the requested documents. What requested documents is missing? There is nothing indicating what was missing anywhere on the form. Also, I have never spoken with [redacted] through this entire process, but her phone number is listed and everytime I call her I get her voice mail.Desired Settlement: I would like to to be considered for the hardship request and I would like a new representative other than[redacted]. I felt that was heartless in how she handled my case and it was not customer friendly. I do not understand why she has never contacted me. This is very difficult for me to say the least and I am under a tremendous amount of stress, and I am trying to press ahead in hopes that something positive comes of this. If someone could give me a call that would be appreciated.

Review: PNC bank was sent a order to seize assets by Court of Common Pleas of [redacted] back in July 11,2014 for a little over 900.00. My account with PNC was frozen and money has been taken by PNC Bank July 1, 2014 and money has not been sent to Court of Common Pleas of [redacted] Family Division. PNC Bank has not turned over the money as ordered by Judge [redacted]. [redacted] order number:[redacted] and order to seize assets was sent to my PNC Bank last month. Funds from my PNC account is no where to be found and PNC has not turned over the funds they taken out of my account last month and never turned over the funds as required by courts to pay off my child support arrears. My social security number last four digits are: [redacted] and my date of birth is [redacted] and my [redacted] case number with child support is:[redacted] and docket number is:[redacted] and there is no reason why PNC Bank hasn't released the money to courts to pay off my arrears. If PNC Bank took the money out of my account months ago and never paid the courts. If PNC took the money out of my account last month then I want it paid to courts, don't try to hold to money that doesn't belong to you. PNC Bank was ordered to seize my assets out of my account so why hasn't PNC forward the seize assets in strict accordance with the payment instructions sent by courts to pay off my child support arrears. Especially since the money been removed out of my PNC account. PNC needs to pay the money so the courts can remove it from my arrears.Desired Settlement: PNC Bank needs to pay Court of Common Pleas of [redacted] with the money they frozen last month and taken out of account and pay it like courts ordered them to. Stop playing games and pay my child support with money taken out of account so the arrears can come off and stop holding on to that money because it's been gone out of checking account and PNC is not paying off courts like they were ordered too. I called [redacted] support at ###-###-#### and PNC never paid them.

Review: I went to this PNC branch to open a checking account. After setting everything up for about an hour, the gentleman assisting me told me my debit card would arrive in approximately 7 business days, and my checks in 10 business days. I received the checks on time, but 2 weeks went by with no sign of the debit card. I called PNC's customer service who informed me there was no record of a card ever ordered for me, and that I'd have to wait another several days before a replacement card would arrive. Therefore for the first 3 weeks of having my account open, I was unable to access any of my funds via an ATM. Finally one day an agent from the branch contacted me to tell me my card had arrived at the bank, and to come pick it up. I drove all the way there to be handed an envelope containing only a slip of paper with my PIN number on it, but no physical debit card. I contacted PNC customer service once again to file a complaint against the branch and was told I'd be contacted by their resolution team about the issue, but never heard back from anyone. In summary, my experience with this business has been nothing but terrible customer service, failure to properly execute our agreement, misinformation from the staff, extreme inconvenience and tons of time wasted.Desired Settlement: I would like for PNC to figure out a way to make this right with me. I also posted this complaint so people would be aware of what they may be dealing with when seeking financial services at this location.

Review: 1. Visited this branch to cash check, and after 15 years, my name has mysteriously disappeared from my mother's joint account. Can't figure out why, says the teller. Go see that gal over there.2. That gal over there chatting on the phone. When she finally hangs up after 15 minutes of waiting during my short lunch break, she takes a walk in ahead of me. When I mention it she does nothing to remedy the situation.3. So, I call the branch to complain. Why am I not surprised that the line is continually busy and I can't get through? My guess is that the line is ringing off the hook with complaints. Whoever is the branch manager, they need to get a handle on the poor service here. I am in sales/customer service, and would lose my job if I conducted business in this manner. I usually bank at [redacted] and they are the BEST. Maybe they can train the gals at [redacted]?.Desired Settlement: Remedy the mistake on the account

Review: The week of 3/24 my account was accessed 3 overdraft fees. 2 of the fees was due to checks I wrote to companies in which the payments were held, one in the amount of $75.12 & 23.66. I emailed customer service requesting a refund for the fees and have not yet received a response. Over the past few months there I havent incurred any fees and I don't think I should now.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of those fees assessed.

Review: I obtained a loan with PNC Bank. I have not received a payment book. I have called 2X each time, sent 2 secured emailed through their website and a web chat. Neither of the emails have been responded to. I was told the original payment book was returned because of an incorrect address on the payment book. I was told that my apartment # was listed as #* instead of #[redacted].
Why is it so difficult for PNC to order me a payment book with the correct address? If the original payment book was returned to PNC Bank, why did someone not take ownership of this problem. It would have been simple to look in their computer system to see the correct address including my apartment # or even to pick up the phone and call me. What an idea!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I just want a payment book. PNC Bank are you capable of doing that!

Review: My wife made a check deposit for $1408.00 on November 25th 2013. The check is from a National bank ([redacted]), drawn from Canada in US Funds. The banker tells my wife that it will clear in 3 business days. Here it is December 3rd & still nothing. I called the branch where the deposit was made & they were rude & discourteous, saying that the check could take up to 6 weeks to clear. In the past we have deposited checks from the same Canadian bank without a hitch. Now all of a sudden it is a problem? This bank needs to provide a service that I am essentially paying for.Desired Settlement: I want the funds immediately posted to my account as I have bills to pay & they are holding me back from that.

Review: I have a car loan through PNC Bank that I took out in 2008. Since 2010 PNC has stopped reporting my monthly payments to the credit agencies even though they are paid on time every month. I have tried to contact the lender about receiving a payoff letter, but none of the PNC Bank branches can access my account. They state it is locked and they are not able to access any information past 2010 which is when they stopped reporting to the credit agencies. We did declare bankruptcy in 2010, but this loan was not included in with the debts. This is affecting my credit score even though I make my monthly payments and it's showing as if we have not made any payments since 2010. We don't want to be a servant to this lender anymore. Unacceptable!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like someone from PNC Bank to contact me at ###-###-#### as soon as possible with a payoff letter so I can pay the loan off. I will not be making anymore payments on this since they are not reporting my payments anyway. Nobody at the bank can even tell me what the balance is. Where are my monthly payments of $275.00 going since 2010? I have all the bank statements from 2010 that prove the payments have been made and if I need to go back further I will obtain them also.

Review: I would like to complain about irresponsible mortgage loan officer and PNC bank.05/08/2015 Beverly [redacted] (NMLS# [redacted]) called and offer very low mortgage interest rate and low down payment for us to buy a house and she explained that she can make this great offer since my husband and I have been great customer for PNC mortgage. (Recently I sold house and mortgage lender of this house was PNC).Therefore, I sent all the documents Beverly requested on 05/08/2015 and our offer to buy a house was accepted on 05/15/2015 and seller and us made an agreement closing date for the house as 06/18/2015.My real estate agent sent agreement for mortgage processing on 05/15/2015 and she promised to lock the rate when she has the best rate and process the loan as RUSH since closing date is little more than a month from 05/15/2015.However, Beverly never lock the interest rate and she sent loan document for us to sign loan document with float rate and she explain that she will lock the rate soon and we signed the doc and sent over [redacted] on 06/05/2015.However, no further loan process was done after that. She never lock the rate and appraisal is never done for loan processing, and Beverly never knows how loan processing goes. For appraisal part, she said appraisal will be done 06/09/15 or 06/10/15 latest (Beverly ordered appraisal on 06/01/2015 and appraisal fee was charged on my credit card on the date of 06/02/2015), but appraiser reported that appraisal was cancelled by PNC without any reason.Beverly even didn't know appraisal is cancelled and what happened, but she keep saying that loan is already approved and she just wait for appraisal report. By that time, My husband and I made several phone calls and emails and my real estate agent contacted her several times, but Beverly doesn't pick up the phone and not response back much.Whenever we asked about loan approval and processing, Beverly keep saying it is working fine and loan is almost approved. She said she just wait for manager who is in the confeOn 06/16/15, Beverly said our loan is currently RUSH status but our closing extension will be necessary and a seller was very upset to extend closing date and decided to penalize us $250 per day after original closing date.Today is 06/17/2015 and Tomorrow is the closing date (06/18/2015), but Beverly said our loan is still underwriting review and appraisal report is not delivered yet. I requested WRITTEN response from PNC if my loan will be approved by the next week, but there was no response for this. Also, I requested decline letter if loan wont be approved, so I can show my loan is not approved and doesnt lose earnest money in the worst case. However, Beverly said she forwarded to appropriate department (I dont know what that is) and she said she doesnt have any authority and no response at all after that.I tried to reach PNC mortgage manager or Beverlys supervisor if there is any, but customer service agent said there is no Manager or Supervisor in PNC mortgage. He gave me a phone number of Regional manager and I left couple of messages about my loan situation, but there is no answer. My original closing date is tomorrow, and definitely loan wont not approved by tomorrow and there is no decline letter from PNC.Loan officer doesnt even know if my loan can be approved or not and appraisal is never been done. Now, I have to pay penalty of $250 per day after tomorrow, and might lose earnest money if I dont receive decline letter from PNC.I just waste my time for loan processing and have to pay penalty for nothing!!My real estate agent said she never heard of this kind of horrible Mortgage Company before.I think my husband and I have been patient more than enough.Desired Settlement: Last thing I request is 1) let me know if loan will be approved by next week or not and 2) send me the decline letter ASAP if PNC wont approve my loan and 3)REFUND appraisal fee since it is never been doneBeverly and PNC mortgage, Please response me for the above!

Review: This bank will not release funds into a Trust. The bank is insisting that I need a Letter of Office when I do not. All the paperwork has been sent and everything is legally in order for the funds to be released into the Trust. PNC bank states clearly in their literature that a properly set up Trust avoids probate. This is a legally and properly set up Trust with all the required signatures in place but the bank will not release the funds from two accounts.
