The Product is so successful that many of our customers ask if they can take more then the required amount, which is 1 Single Stick Serving. So Plexus Worldwide has stated that you can take up to two servings a day, but that is not the requirement to be effective, nor do we advertise that the bag is a 60 day supply.
We offer a 60 day MBG, which clearly is stated on the bag and could be the source of confusion for the customer.
If this is not satisfactory to the customer, we are happy to honor a full refund for the order. The customer need only send the product back under the Money Back Guarantee.

I have been a customer since Feb. 2016 and I am thrilled with the results I have been seeing. There were a few hiccups as the company worked on their computer system, but they have improved upon it and it's working better than ever! My doctors are thrilled at my levels and I'm excited to be a part of this growing company. There may be some growing pains, but Plexus does a great job in fixing any issues head on!

I cannot tell you what time I called on June 21, as I called from my office phone, and I have no way of retrieving the call log. If they claim there was no wait time on June 21, then I must've gotten a bad number or something. I don't know. However, I have attached a copy of the email as a screenshot from my computer. You can see all the windows I currently have open, as well as the date and time of today in the lower corner -- I don't want you to think I'm trying to photoshop anything. I do not have a ticket number because nobody ever responded to me. If the email address [redacted]) is incorrect, then that would explain why no one responded, but it is what I got directly from the website. I appreciate this manner getting resolved rather quickly.
I would like to ask that this complaint not be closed until I have confirmed that the money has been refunded to my account. I understand that this can take up to 7 business days, so an acceptable closing date would be Tuesday, June 19, 2016.

I need to have my refund in a check I paid off the credit card that was used for this transaction so I need to have it in a check
I signed up to receive an auto shipment of Plexus [redacted] It is explained that you only need to purchase 3 months and then you can "simply" contact the company to have your Auto ship cancelled either by phone or email or by logging into your account. in October, I tried to log into my account and the system was completely changed. I couldn't log in. I sent an email and waited for a response. I never got one. I have since sent at least 7 emails to cancel my auto ship and as of December 3rd have never heard back form them and I received another auto shipment this month. I called them and was on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered.
I feel like this company is a fraud. In order to have my auto ship canceled I am being forced to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued so they do not have access to it.
Beware when using this company.
The correspondence gives conflictual information. In one paragraph it says "DO NOT RETURN" the product and in another it says "RETURN". Please let me know what is desired.
Otherwise, the refund and closing of my account is acceptable.

Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.

and Procedures all of our Ambassadors follow.I have copied the section of the Policies and Procedures pertaining to the Ambassador return policy below for reference.Section 6.L.3 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus customer service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in re-sellable condition. A refund will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.This return policy is also documented on all invoices emailed to the complainant at the time of purchase and available in the back office (personal internet log-in). The complainant does have access 24/7 to turn on and off all automatic shipments. We understand that sometimes when calling from a different time zone it can be difficult to reach us during our normal business hours. Therefore, for the convenience of our Ambassadors, they have complete access to their accounts via their personal internet log-in, referred to as their Back Office.The complainant was refunded for the total product cost in accordance of the above policy. This refund in the amount of $119.85 was processed as of 7/18/2015. Please allow 5-7 business days for the complainant’s financial institution to process the credit, depending on their procedures.
