Dixie Imports has requested that I speak with Mr B*** the Manager/OwnerI spoke with him on Wednesday June 28th and he stated that they are willing to fix the car? I dropped the car off on Friday June 23rd and was told on Friday, June 30th that they are waiting on a part for the battery and that the air conditioning was fixed, but we would have to discuss getting the radio and electronics fixed as the part costs 1,to fix a broken speaker? I stated to Mr B***s that this was unacceptable and that I haven't had the use of my car and that my car payment had to be made and I could not split the cost with Dixie ImportsI am stI'll waiting to get my car fixed?

When I contacted *** ***, on 9/15/16, I was told that I would receive something within days of the financing falling through, I never received that paperworkI was also told by management at *** *** that they have no records of the car I was trying to finance or meAt this point I have lost a car because I have no transportation and because Dixie Imports transfered the Mississippi title over to the dealership they are giving me the runaround about getting that car backI am asking for my car back, like I said I have proof that they stated they will give the car back and no one has honored that statement a Dixie Imports yetWhen my Husband called and asked about the car on 10/3/the lady that answered the phone laughedI don't see what is so funny about stealing a persons carI have been very reasonable and patientI have a witness that was on the phone when I took the Cadillac back to the lot to pick up my Chrysler and *** asked me where I was working so that he could go ahead and keep me in the carI have been laughed at, hung up on, and left on the phone line when calling to inquire about my Chrysler and the best response or defense they have about this whole wrong ordeal is a statement about "fraudulent stubs" which was cleared up due to another jobIt's not right and I'm only asking for my car back, my only vehicle, so that I can go to workI had an emergency and missed my Mom having major surgery in MississippiThis is a very stressful situation all because they are trying to find loop holds to keep the car that I ownI don't see a lawyer stating what they did was right after all the violations I listed above.?

This complaint was resolved July 5, to the satisfaction of the Buyer.? Unfortunately the warranty company the Buyer purchased the policy from should have been who he contacted for a refund and explanation of any calculation of monies due just as it was explained to him.? The Buyer’s
complaint should have been to the Insurer if he was not satisfied.? However, Dixie Imports took it upon themselves to issue a check for a refund in an amount that was satisfactory to the Buyer and in turn seek reimbursement from the insurer which was then denied

The Customer purchased the Mercedes GL on May 27, and as you can see on the attached sales documents below it was clearly sold “AS - IS” as printed on both the Retail Purchase Contract and on the Buyers Guide both signed by the Buyer.? At the time of purchase as confirmed by the agreed to and signed “We Owe Sheet” by Dixie Imports, Incand the Buyer, the only two items were to add freon to the AC unit and to check the volume on the radio and advise the findings.? The AC issue was taken care of and on June 30th Dixie Imports offered to split the cost for the radio repair parts totaling $1200.? The customer told us that this was unacceptable.? Business stated they never increased the price of the vehicle? They said the customer drove the car and something went wrong with it (timing chain)? She took it elsewhere to be fixed and then comes back? It was denied by the warranty co, which they can't control b/c it was a pre-existing issue? How can it be pre-existing if the car started and stopped?
