My children and I were publicly shamed and completely embarrassed by this womanThere was nothing OK about what took placeI spend hundreds of dollars a month at Wal-Mart, I am an active Wal-Mart reviewerAfter this, I will not shop at that store again

Purchased an item that can't be refunded once opened but you can't see the disclaimer till after the item is opened
I purchased an iPhone from Walmart with straight talk service When trying to transfer the phone to a different provider I was told I couldn't do that until that phone was in use for months the disclaimer is apparently packaged inside the iphone packaging Once you open the iphone packaging, You CAN NOT RETURN the phone I now have a $phone that my foster child can not use because they refuse to unlock the paid for device You can't even read the disclaimer said to be placed inside the packaging because again, once you open that sealed wrapper you can not return the Iphone There is nothing on the Walmart website that informs the customer of this, I have pulled my invoice from them and no where does it state this on their sight when it was purchased and no where can it be read without opening the product that then can not be returned I would like my mo

I went to the Walmart store at Address: Hickory Creek Blvd, Hickory Creek, TX on 11/22/and advertised items for the event were not even in store For example I wanted to purchase the Ryan's World Giant GOLD Mystery Egg for $approx When I arrived and looked over the entire store there, I was told that the store did not receive the shipment for the goods, and that several of the items advertised are not for sale as they did not get them, but we can still shop and buy items in the store that are on sale This is classic bait and switch tactics and is deceptive in nature I am only looking for Walmart to honor the original Black Friday offer and allow me to at least purchase online which should resolve the issue

The Clinton, Maryland Auto Center refused to provide an oil change for my vehicle On July 5, 2015, the service manager Ms*** stated they don't take customers after 6:15pm, although they close at 7:00pm I called before I responded from Washington, D.C., but no one answered the phone After calling three times and getting no answer I drove to the service shop because the website says they close at 7:00pm There is no indication on the website that they stop accepting customers at 6:15pm The manager offered no effort to account for my lost of time, travel, fuel, or confidence in Walmart Auto services She only offered that she had been working there for weeks and that they were short staffed This is poor customer service She didn't even bother to offer an appointment for the following day, a complimentary service or discount or anything whatsoever

Bought a $tire and after a month it has bulges on the sidewall and goes flat The Walmart in Pratt says that there is nothing they can do about it
I bought a $tire in the Wichita Walmart store about a month ago I went to Pratt the other day and when I came out it was flat There are several bulges on the sidewall I took it to the Walmart in Pratt, the closest auto center to where I live I got there about minutes before they closed Without ever looking my information up on the computer, they said that there was nothing they could do about it except sell me a new tire! I'm on a limited income and couldn't really afford the first one that I bought They were acting like I was bothering them by being there So now I'm running my van around on a donut tire and have a worthless $piece of junk that should be replaced I didn't have anything to do with it going flat It was holding air when I went to the store!

I purchased my glasses from WalMart Optical 10/They offer free cleaning and adjustmentsI had an adjustment 5/20/and a cleaning of the lenses at which time the Optician *** suggested a "deep" cleaning due to discoloration around the bridge of my glasses that would take "min"I chose to return for this procedure 5/23/around 5:45pm and *** was on duty againShe took my glasses for the cleaning as I concluded my shoppingUpon pick up of my glasses around 6:10p I asked about more adjustment and the visible debris between the lens and the frame so she took them to the back and proceeded to remove my lenses and clean itwhen she returned with them they needed more adjustment and I noticed what appeared to be fuzzy fingerprints on the lenses in my vision lineShe continued adjustment and brought them back and I attempted to wipe the "fingerprints" from the lens and concentrated more on the adjustment fitting and left the store to go homeDuring this time I was wearing perscription sunglasses as my vision is -and -so I cannot be without corrective lensesAnd since the daylight was still light enough I continued wearing my sunglasses during my return home which was around 6:pm when I switched out of my sunglasses into my regular glasses (I only have the pair in the current rx) is when I realized their was a problem with the lenses now being permantely damagedI phoned the optical department and spoke to *** indicating the lenses were damaged and she said to bring them back in but I was out of warrantyI could not return that same evening and the next morning phoned her Supervisor *** ***, the Optical Manager, she set a time on 5/25/around AM for me to have her look at themWhen we arrived at Walmart close to 8AM the optical department was not open and it was dark, I then browsed and purchased a blouse and around 8:15am then lights were lit in the optical department and we approached the area and met *** *** who looked at my lenses and said she did not know what it could be that damaged the lens because they only use water and asked if I had cleaned them with the wrong rag and not a microfiber cloth and indicated it was because my lenses were years old and it was deteriation of the lenses, they are year and months old and I did not have any problems prior to that date with clearly seeing through my lensesI was angry and cursed and she said she did have to deal with me if I cursed at her, and they were not going to do anything about this since "I am the "first" person to have this problemYou can visually see the crackled swirls which look like "fingerprints" now imbedded in the lensesI am forced to purchase $glasses in an emergency situation as it affects every aspect of my life, for the past couple of days I am wearing old prescription glasses from which I can only see clearly feet around me and everything else is blurry after thatI am trying to wear my prescription sunglasses that have my current prescription to get by until new ones are made for me at ***, I chose a hours place but due to my high prescription my lenses can take up to a week to completeThe fact that Walmart isn't admitting to the mistakes really makes me angry

I bought a tire warranty and it's been less than a year & this is the 2nd problem now suddenly they don't want to fix the issue
I bought Douglass tires from WalmartI bought the warranty and mounting as wellThis is the 2nd time the tire has given me problemsThe 1st time I had trouble dealing with the warranty and they made me pay the fee a 2nd timeThat was just a little over a month agoThe tire is giving me a problem again and for the 2nd time they supposedly can't find the warranty that I have now paid twice forSomeone working in automotive is clearly pocketing money and screwing people on warrantiesThis is ridiculous I have paid twice for this warranty and I would like it honoredObviously the Douglas tire Walmart sells isn't a reliable tire, because I should not have this many problems in such a short amount of timeThe 1st time they made me repay they replaced the tireThis time they are just completely ignoring the problem when they have been paid twice, totall

For Christmas, I received two copies of the game Overwatch: Origins Edition, one being purchased from a local game store and the other being from this Wal-martI took this one in to receive a refund on it as I don't need a second copy and I don't know anyone else who wanted itI walked in with the the game, still sealed as it was when it was purchasedI didn't have the receipt though, as it was a Christmas giftAt the register, the employee opened the box, saw that the game used product codes instead of traditional discs, and denied my request for a refund because the box had been opened and they couldn't guarantee that the codes hadn't been used, despite the fact that she, the employee, had opened it and broken the seal less than seconds beforeThe manager was standing feet away at the time, but he told me the same thing, that he couldn't accept the return because the box was opened
