I shopped at Walmart on Saturday, April 28, at 8:pm I selected six items and placed them in my cart, then went to checkout.There were NO EXPRESS LANES OPEN There were three regular lanes open, and the U Scan line There were customers with many items at all four places I looked at the Customer Service desk and there were no customers there, so I wheeled over.When I came up to Customer Service, there was a young lady employee there talking to another employee, but there were no customers around She greeted me after she got done talking to her fellow employee, and I started putting my six items up on the counter for her to scan She told me that she could not check the items out, and that I would have to use the U Scan line I told her that I never scan items myself (that is the store employee's job to perform for a paying customer.) I would never use a self service line, because that keeps a store from hiring someone to do the job I have gone to the Customer Servic

I was supposed to be sold mid grade tires, found out these were the cheapest tires with very thin sidwalls, these were out in the rear of my vehicle I did not purchase the road hazard warranty, not quite months after purchase, the first tire blew out on the side wall, and then two weeks later had the other rear go flat Had another company look at the tire and was told it was a broken belt Took that tire, still on the rim to Walmart and they never took it off the rim, said it was just an unrepairable hole And proceeded to tell me it was not covered I work hard for my money and cannot afford to spend $every months on tires! I will never shop at Walmart again Just beware of purchasing at Walmart....they don't stand behind their products!!

I visited the Walmart at N Wickham Rd R, Melbourne, FL XXXXX to purchase a furniture itemI located a display of a piece that I wanted to purchase and noticed there was only one box of the piece on the shelf so I asked an associate to get another box from the back as I needed to purchase When she returned she advised me that the box that I obtained on the floor was priced $I was confused since the display was marked $and the label from where I obtained the boxed item was also marked $I advised her there must be a mistake and she began to explain that the items were different even though in fact they looked identicalApparently, one of the items was a Mainstays item and the other was manufactured by Sauter if I'm not mistaken...either way, the pieces were identicalI asked for a manager and I was greeted by a manger and although she was very pleasant she advised me that she could only honor the mis-marked price for box and not the that I neededThe associate (not the manager) even remarked that she would get in trouble if she honored the price...strangeI then stated that I would be perfectly happy to purchase the Mainstays item that I saw the display for but I was told that those items (even though they were identical) were out of stockI then asked to see where the display OR label for the $identical item was and they couldn't locate itI was a retail manager for a number of years and this was handled very poorlyI understand Wal-Mart is a huge corporation and doesn't care about losing customer but why would you do that when the customer is right in this instance and the company (Wal-Mart) would still be making money?? This is a clear example of deceptive business practices
I then called the customer service hotline and things got even worse...I am currently a manager with a 3rd party customer service call center (we handle customer service for other companies) and I am sure that Wal-Mart has their own in-house customer serviceHow do I know this? The supervisor I spoke with hung up on me after a brief second conversationWhen she answered the phone she had a horrible tone and it was clear she wasn't in the mood to help anyoneI commented on this and she hung up on me...My company would fire any associate who brazenly hangs up on a customer so it's clear she must be a Wal-Mart employee because only Wal-Mart employees could get away with that since they don't need customers anyways
A couple years ago I had a horrible experience with a rude employee at my Neighborhood Wal-Mart (grocery store) on Babcock street in Melbourne, FL and I vowed never to return and I haven'tMy recent experience at the Wal-Mart on Wickham road has caused me to vow never to shop at any Wal-Mart again...and I won'tI am not writing this review because I want to buy the furniture at the $price...I don't want it anymore! On 8/I went into the Dickson City, Pa Walmart(#1884) to purchase an Apple Ipad that was advertise on their app and onlineI initially saw the advertisement the evening of 8/It was a Apple Ipad Pro inch 32g Wifi-Space Gray (Demo) in store only price at $I went to the electronic section and they did have of the exact item listed in the ad on display, confirming, as their app stated they did have one in-stockI found an associate and asked to purchase this particular itemThey proceeded to tell me that they do not sell the display modelsI showed them the add and and how it directly stated that the demo was in fact the one listed for sale, directly implying that they can be soldInforming them also that refusal to sell the device listed in the add with this specific location listed as-well would in fact be advertisementThey completely refused to honor the advertisement that Walmart corporation had put outI even asked if they would then sell me a new device

I called corporate (1-479-273-4000) to file a few complaints which I have with walmart, walmart.com and their customer service practices, return practices, ordering online and NOT having in stock after traveling an hour to the store, Corporate promises callback but they never doThey reah the store you originally had the problems with and the store doesnt even call you backIve had a couple .com orders returned which they dont check in when they receive the item item and I get charged a month later just to get an apology and that it was someones mistakeI called corporate on 6-22-and explained different incidents, they chose only to deal with one because the others have sole proof that someone messed upThe problem here is excuses and blaming others with no resolutionI am choosing to make statements all over social media about this because I can see as long as the money gets to the owners, is all that matters

Custom mixed paint with unsecured lid spills in cargo area of brand new vehicle
On 9/26/I purchased a quart of custom mixed paint from Walmart in Graham, TX Paint was placed in cargo area of new Jeep with only about miles on it I drove to Jeep dealer to have a rattle checked and when I opened the rear gate of the Jeep I found the paint can had spilled on the carpet of the vehicle I returned to Walmart to file complaint with management who took report and photos of paint damage There was only small items from walmart in the cargo area when paint was found spilled I can not get anyone from third party company that Walmart uses to handle their complaints to return my calls to determine the status of my complaint despite leaving numerous calls with contact information Paint has now complete dried and I can not determine what to have done toEdiate the problem Numerous calls have been made to the Walmart store as well with little or no help
