Purchased item can not return
On 8/9/I purchased a two razor scooters from the Walmart on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, FL The cashier rang both of the scooters up using the same serial number Immediately I went to the customer service desk who explained that it didn't matter and that there would be no issue returning one Get the scooters home and one of them is missing the power cord I called the company immediately and spoke with assistant manager Chris Who told me that there was nothing that he would could because the serial numbers were not on the reciept He them explained that I could bring back both scooters and then he would correct the reciept I took back both scooters and low and behold they are not allowed to do returns on the products that I purchased because of the warranty through the company I can not call the company to get the replacement back because guess what the receipt doesn't match the serial number Now I am out a complete scooter and no on

I would like to warn any and all who might send their wives to have a flat fixed at the Woodville Texas Walmart or the Walmart in Alvin Texas to beware
First I took my vehicle to the Woodville Texas Walmart to have the right rear tire fixed and was told they could not find any leakSo I then went on a trip to Alvin Texas and when I checked the tire it had lost air and then took it to the Walmart in Alvin Texas to have it repaired again and was charged for the repair but after returning to Woodville Texas the same tire was still leaking
I then sent my wife to the Walmart in Woodville Texas to have the same exact tire repaired and they told her that the tire was a cheap tire(bought it from walmart,Woodville Texas) and that it was dry rotted and could not be fixed (approxyear old tire with fair tread,no cracks)
because they had had so much problem finding the leak(nail) I took the tire washed it sprayed it with soap found the nail and marked it with a crayon so they would find it Each and every time I have gone to this walmart they have ruined the wheel covers so I removed it beforehandIt is apparent that they are in the business to sell "wheel covers" and "tires" and have trained their employees to destroy your wheel covers and lie to anyone they believe might not know much about cars
My advice is to drive right past Walmart T.L.Eand go to a real tire shop I have worked on cars since the 60's but am now disabled and would really like to find someone who will not lie to my wife with the intent to sell her things she does not need

I left Walmart Family Mobile (Walmart Family Mobile is part of T Mobile) to go to T Mobile in March I wasn't unhappy with Family Mobile, but I needed services they didn't provide I received my final bill from Family Mobile and tried to pay it online like I have always done I couldn't log in since I no longer had a current cell phone number with them I then tried to call the number on invoice and again without a current cell phone number I wasn?t able to pay online There isn?t a way to reach a customer service rep on their website or on the phone number! Also, there isn?t a mailing address to send the payment to or an email address to reach anyone either!My next choice was to go to Walmart and pay the bill there I did, but the person at the desk couldn?t get to my account to allow me to pay my bill, since I didn?t have an current cell phone with Family Mobile She tried with my account number and that didn?t work either.Finally someone in the electronics department

I sent a lg kphone to the Walmart family mobile return center on July 21, per calling Walmart family mobile on July I was given an order number and was told to send the defective phone to Lee road #Rochester NY The phone was purchased as Walmart in June and shut off after a couple weeksSince it was past Walmart day return they told me to send to the return centerI shipped it USPS tracking number and I tracked it to Lee road Rochester ny on July The problem is that when I call to get status I am told they cannot tell me any information regarding the phone I have been to!d that they received it I am to!d someone will call me back or they are expediting it and was even told last Thursday I would receive a replacement by this past MondayI have been to!d they don't have the replacement phone and feel like I am getting run around since I am getting so many stories and am in phone each time over minutes and was originally to!d in July when I call

In Walmart Black Friday ad it says you get a $Walmart gift card with zero Down For qualified customersI went to Walmart in monaca pa on thanksgiving day and stood in line for a hourI was able to get the cell phone but I had to come back to have it activatedWhen I came back that night an waited again for my turnI was then told I had to put Deposit down an I wouldn't get the gift cardI asked to speak to the manager cause it doesn't state that in the fine printI guy came over and said it does " with zero down for qualified customers " but it does say anything about if you have to make a depositSo how is it right that a cell phone carrier asked for a deposit an Walmart won't give you the gift card? It has nothing to do with Walmart gettting the depositif a customer can get a up grade an pays a line off right there on spot at Walmart they can get the gift cardHow is that fair at all?

Bought a TvA part was not workingCalled warranty they sent a tech to service TvStill not workingAnd now it has a rainbow come out in picture and it zoomed in on it's own and can't get it to unzoomEven put new batteries on controllerAnd nothingTech called me on Febto see how the tv was doingAnd I explained what is happening nowAnd he told me to call the warranty againBecause he explained to them what he did and what the Tv was doing alreadyI Called the warranty today March 1,and they are giving me a hard timeI still have warranty on this TvI purchased extra yrs for itThe tech changed the mother board on itAnd when he turned it on he himself saw the rainbow of colors come out and he saw that the tv was not doing that beforeAnd now it wasHe said he was going to call them and let them knowAnd that he did his jobThe tech told me that the tv was defective and they needed to replace itBut they keep giving me the run around

I found an employee to show and tell them about the magets all over the doughnuts and side wall of the enclosed clear pastry caseThe employee said lets tell my managerThe manager said he was busyI protested, then the manager/supervisor said just take the doughnut outI protested again stating the flies and magets are on the inside walls to everything needs to out and the case needs to cleaned and disinfectedI was then waved away

At am on July I purchased what I thought was a HP Stream NotebookBut when I get home to open it up there were glass plates with a rag stuck between the platesTurned right around and took it back to the store customer counterSupervisor was called she looked in box and took the receipt to securityWhile waiting the young man who sold me the laptop comes up with another laptop but I had to wait for the supervisor to come back instead I assume the security supervisor came back with box and receipt to explain tell me that they had to investigate it further and that I could have taken it home and put plates into box myselfShe asked if I had called up to talk to someone and I told her noI live around the corner and came up as soon as I saw what was in itI asked her about my and was told that I would not get anything until they do their investigation which she gave me no time limit on how long that would take

When terms stated that the stores would accept price matching with Amazon themselves, not third party sellers on Amazon, the cashiers at Walmart would NEVER follow through with thisAfter contacting a manager he stated that I was correct in the fact that they do accept this site as a price matching candidateBut still, several time and have never succeeded

I had my tires rotated at Wal-Mart in Columbia SC and two weeks later the tire flew off my car damaging my car door .fender and fender and I can't open the passenger side front door so upon inspection it was verified that the wheel studs were scripped and one stud was broken mind you Walmart knew that they messed up the studs and still let me drive home anyway.so I went to the store and ask for a salary manager and she was so mean she showed no compassion that I could have been killed and lucky my kids wasn't with me but she later said fill out this claim report and just as I figured out she didn't even turn the claim form in and that was verified by Walmart home office insurance.then the lady said that I was supposed to torque the bolts myself after miles I told her I didn't drive miles yet it's a show car so I don't drive it often I know it was bad judgment letting Walmart work on a show car but I would recommend that nobody take any kind of car to them enspensive or not they need to hire real certified workers.Im just so upset about this they damage my car and get a attitude with me this is so wrong for a multi million dollar company could not afford to hire real certified mechanics.but whether it's willingly or court order they are going to fix my car

Bought a tv at Walmart yrs ago,bought an extended warranty that is supposed to start after TV warranty expires.well the TV is not working and the warranty won't honor the extended warranty saying it expired because the warranty started the day I bought the TV..Now who sells an extended warranty that starts when the TV warranty is still valid.they told me the yr extended warranty starts after the TV warranty is up..contacted Walmart and talked to a mgr.named *** and he told me it was a Black Friday sale and more or less TV is junk.Talked to the maker of the TV *** and they gave me a case number#XXXXXX to use and said Walmart is responsible because they sold the extended warrenty,and sold the TV.well after calling each place three times each is saying the other is responsible..the TV is only yrs old

I am a year old mother of three and the legal guardian of my disabled nephew, I have shopped at the Decatur Walmart for over three years with absolutely no problemToday I took my three kids and nephew to WalMart for some grocery shopping and to get cat food, grocery cart full of groceries such as grapes, apples, milk, water, and other food items, I decided at the end to get a single bottle of Wine, so I go to the self check out with my family as I have done thousands of times before and it beeped when I scanned the Wine, the Lady came over and asked for ID, ok so I go to get out my ID and before I can get it out she is wanting my nephews ID who is standing on the other side of the cart with my 12, 11, and years oldMy nephew is disabled, he doesn't work, drive, he collects social security disability, and obviously he doesn't have an ID, I was making the purchase not my nephew, the lady refused to sell me the wine, she even went as far as removing from the screen and having me hand it back to her from my cartI am then explained by another employee that in a situation that might seem "suspicious" they wont sell the alcoholso then I look suspicious with my grocery cart three children and nephew? Then I'm told "because he looks of age?" He wasn't even purchasing anything I was at the register, so by all accounts then a mother with a year old that may look older cant purchase alcohol unless her child can produce ID? I was embarrassed, humiliated, and by the time everything was done there were four Walmart employee's and I don't know how many on looking customers as they made me look like an adult trying to purchase a bottle of wine that thought was suspicious???? My poor nephew is standing there completely confused, so yes, a mother of three and guardian of a disabled young man was refused to be allowed to purchase a single bottle of wine with her large grocery purchase because her disabled Nephew who was making no purchase and was standing on the other side of the cart with the three young children couldn't produce an ID, in front of other customers and her family, I've never been so embarrassed in my life!

My experience with Wal-Mart has been very unpleasantEven though the employees are friendly, they are bit knowledgeable of policy at allEvery store is not consistentFor example, I was informed by a store manager that Wal-Mart only price match if the customer submits the receipt through their savers catcher which is on their app because the stores no longer have the ability to price matchHowever, that is partially correctI called corporate customer service and was informed that Wal-Mart only price match if a purchase was made through walmart.com and the item had to also be sold by Wal-MartNo third partyAlso, if the customer has purchase an item from a store and submits the receipt via the Wal-Mart app, they will price match for the items except for electronicsSo, even though I purchased a fair amount of electronics (Xbox One, Laptop, and games) and was told I would be able to price match through the savers catch program via their app, that was incorrectI was told by a supervisor within the customer service department (via number listed for corporate) that it was my fault that I was misinformed by the store manager and that the price match policy online referred to walmart.com onlyEveryone have their own policies and I will not be compensated even though I was told I wouldLet's just say, I will not shop at Wal-Mart againI have heard stories on how they treat customers and now I have experienced it for myselfWal-Mart should take more pride in training and informing their employees better so they can be better at customer service because they surely lack in that department
