Today (september - 00:20am) I went to walmart and been interested in an HP monitor that was being offered for $(I have picture and, if interested, can send)However, when making a purchase at the register I was informed that the monitor cost dollarsEven after the employee confirming the location that the advertised price was $120, the company has not fulfilled the offer and I ended up giving up

was told would receive credit on card in to business days it has been days/called the walmart customer service line and they stated it would be 7-dayscalled walmart cc company and they stated a refund hasnt even been submitted yetthey are holding my money as an intrest free loan which I realize isnt illegal as of yet but that doesnt make it righti stayed at the store after the return and video taped it being put back on the shelf and sold...they have doubled their money and havent paid a refund while still collecting intrest

The Walmart in Houston Mo has the rudest pharmacy employee's ever! My Drcalled in one RX for my blood pressureI had a refill on the second oneI called the refill in days priorMy husband went to pick up my RX on the second dayHe was told there was only He came home exasperated at the poor customer service and rudeness he experienced The next day I returned to Walmart to retrieve the prescription The tech insisted there wasn't anyFor the 2nd time I explained I had called it in on their automated lineThe tech went to the computer and verified it indeed was there but the birthday was incorrectShe turned to speak to *** the pharmacistI had the empty bottle that had all the information and tried to hand it to herShe looked over her shoulder and turned back aroundShe didn't acknowledge me in anyway although the empty bottle had all the correct information on itThe Tech came back to the counter and told me to go to the drop off counter and they would look in to itI walked over to the area muttering to myself it is always something here." Not to anyone, as it was not busy and there were no lines I stepped up to the counter as the tech launched in to her rant immediately"It's not our fault; the Drgave the wrong information." "ma'am, I called in the refill, yesterday there was no problem picking up a prescription" I repliedShe continued her rant as he picked up the phone and spoke with the Dr.'s office She was rude and asked them multiple times to verify the birthdateTHEY HAD THE CORRECT DATE! The pharmacist *** had approached and waved a piece of paper in my face as to prove somethingHe then turned and walked away with the paperThe tech hung up and stated "it's not our fault if they input the wrong information."
I was now so irritated and could feel my blood pressure rising, that I stepped away to wait for my prescriptionI then decided I could not let this behavior go and I walked back over and asked for the young ladies nameShe flipped her name tag over and said haughtily "Christina, do you want to talk to my supervisor?" I indicated yes, and then asked if it was ***? "YA, it is." The same *** that had witnessed everythingI then walked back over to the counter and indicated I wanted to speak to himI wasted my breath repeating the exchange with *** He stared at me Blankley and I felt compelled to let him know I had no choice but to write a review and a complaintHe looked at me and said "the number is 1800walmart." I informed him I had the numberHe then stated he would speak to herWith that he sauntered back to his stationWithin a minute he walked to *** and spoke in a low voiceThey laughed and he once again returned to his podium
After returning home and waiting until my blood pressure lowered, I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager *** came on the lineI explained the incident and he said he would let the store manager know and he would go speak to the pharmacy nowHe only took my first nameNot my last, not my phone number, nothingRegardless, I gave him the opportunity to handle it instore as he requested days later and still no word from the Houston Mo Walmart, I called backAgain *** came to the phone, after identifying myself and stating that I was calling to see if anything had been doneHe stated he spoke to *** and let her know that her behavior was not acceptable and the store manager was speaking to *** the pharmacist at that very momentIt is Now hrsafter that call and the 4th day after my original complaint and yet no contact from Walmart managementI have NO faith that there will be any corrective Actoin taken to ensure that this pharmacy treats customers with dignity and respect

I just visited this Walmart location in which I do often because I live across the streetI tried to cash my check at the money services only to be met with an incompetant rude assistant manager EddieEddie refused to accept my interim license as a form of ID along with my actual expired license, which makes no sense since the interim ID was given to me by a government agencyI asked If I could bring my social security card inside to show along with the other documents, being that it was listed on their wall as an accepted form of ID, and I was told no by EddieEddie proceeded to check my interim ID and chastise me about the reasons why I do not have my actual IDI do not understand why Eddie felt the need to ask me about my interim over and over when I do not have control over a government agency and their workingsI also do not understand why I was questioned at all about a government issued documentOnce the so called assistant manager Eddie decided to finally approve the transaction, he took it upon himself to inform me that he could refuse cashing my check, which to me seems like a power tripIt was very embarrassing, discriminatory, and uncalled forEddie should be demoted or fired for his insensitive demure

I purchased a sanyo blueray player at the walmart in phenix city al HWY 280, for $I miss placed my receipt and couldn't find itI always got my money back all of it when I had to take things with out a receiptWhen I took it back to walmart I gave it to a employee who put a sticker on it for $even though I paid $I feel they think i'm someone they can pick on or can't catch what they are doingI've been followed by store employees because some how they think I am going to shop-liftI have never shop-lifted anything at walmart ever in my lifeI was only given $back instead of the $plus taxWe did complain to the walmart manager and he instructed the employees that when I find my receipt to let me have the rest of my money back
The manager lied saying he was their while I was taking the blueray player backThere was nobody at the time when I was in there just me and the employee Just because I didn't have the receipt walmart is going to keep $of my money Walmart don't have their system set up like some stores where you can swipe your card to look it up to see if you purchased it theirThey don't do it that way because they want to keep your moneyTheir have been on occasions where employees have laughed at me because of the hard time they was given meBecause they knew what they was doing was wrong

I am an avid user of your Walmart app The app as you can see tells me I can pick up my television aty local store for $ When I get to the store they would not do it and I asked to speak with the manager, ***, who gave me every excuse not to come out and speak with me Finally after a while, he came out with a policy that had nothing to do with the ad He then stated that HE would not sell me a tv for that amount I didnt know it was up to him I thought that an ad, by your app in which you advertise for your customers to use, would determi e a price At dirat the excuse was that there was a glitch but I have purchased items from your app before, was the price I paid for a glitch too? I was very reasinable and reapectful so there was no argument but it seems that your store manager is maki g his own rules I have pictures and the add and will be reporting it to the Revdex.com for asvertisement I was told that it was on sale at my local store and the store will not honor YOUR walmart.com app

While at a store I checked the Walmart website for price match policy (http://help.walmart.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/31/~/walmarts-price-matching-po... and selected items I wished to purchase which appeared to be covered by this policy (match was for exact match and from best buy.com)At the checkout I was told that Walmart does not pricematch and shown a contradictory policy noticeI was unable to find this policy on their corporate websiteI spoke with customer service manager and assistant manager who were unable to helpIn my opinion this was effectively a bait and switch operation, where I was lead to believe that I would receive a lower price due to price matching policy on their corporate website, and told that the items would be much more expensive at the checkout, where I felt pressured to purchase the items at the higher priceIt would appear that Walmart no longer feels that it is necessary to honor their own policies

Terrible management and contradicting judgement by two different shifts of my situationI was told one thing by the night shift assistant manager and then accused of being a liar by day shift and in a condescending manor, two days in a rowI spent minutes on the phone(mostly on hold waiting for the night shift AsManager), two nights in a rowI waited for minutes the first day and hour the next day to get my issue(refund) resolved by day shift management, only to be sent away because of inconclusive and contradicting evidence on the first day, and then called a liar and treated in a condescending manor the second dayI admit, I got a little heated with the day shift management, but only after being sent away (two days in a row) with a contradicting conclusion from that of the night shift assistant managerBoth day shift and night shift insisted that they looked at camera footage and that the other shift manager was wrong about what they saw or investigatedNight shift manager said to come in and collect both evenings that I spoke with him and that he was sorry that there was a miscommunication, that day shift had incorrectly checked the kiosk, and that I would receive my refundHe also said that he would notify day shift that I would be coming in to collect with his approval(unfortunately he did not)Night shift insisted that both he and I were wrong and the second day the female assistant manager I spoke with said that I absolutely would not receive a refund (I assume because I threw her attitude, and insinuated that I did not believe her findings to be correct because of the conclusion of the same night shift assistant manager two evenings in a row)She was also very smug and rude and interrupted me after I made her review the video footage againShe brought out her two "trained eyes" the second time and that seemed to boost her smug attitude that manifested from my skepticism of her findingsAll that I was insisting on was for the truth to be told (whether in my favor or not), and for the day and night shift assistant managers to agree on the conclusion on the matterI was trying to see if my current roommate was dangerous and a compulsive liarTHAT IS ALL I WANTED, the $dollars would have been nice and would have proved my suspicions to be incorrect, thus, the innocence of my supposed friendI will never shop at Mal Mart again, and neither will my familyThey have also unjustifiably been rude to my mother in the past and that is unacceptable from a business that is dependent on customer service

Wife paid for eye exams for glasses and Walmart Vision center would not give her Pupillary distance
My wife set up an eye examination at Walmart vision center in Amherst Ohio on August 4, She completed the examination and we asked for her prescription work order with her pupillary distance measurementsWe had no intention of buying glasses from Walmart ! The manager stated that they would not give us those measurements unless we purchased her glass through Walmart ! The pharmacy inside this Walmart is terribleThey never answer their phone and they will not respond to faxes from other pharmacies to have patients meds transferred overWhen I called the store I was told that they just received hundreds of orders from another pharmacy or somethingThat has nothing to do with me and I feel that they should not take on more customers if they can't keep up with the ones they have already

I purchased tires from Walmart in Sevierville Tennessee and they refuse to honor the warranty ,said it was my fault they are faulty,talked down to me

I went to Walmart on Old National Hwy in College Park GA on 6/16/I went to the money center to cash a payroll checkI was instructed by the associate at the money center that I could not cash my payroll check because my valid South Carolina license was not from ***On Walmarts website it states that you need a drivers license to cash a checkI called corporate and was instructed by *** that I would be able to use my SC license as long as its validI asked *** was she sure, she placed me on hold When she came back to the phone she assured me that she contacted the store and there should be no problemsSo I went back to Walmart and was denied once againI was not under the impression that each Walmart has their own criteria when it comes to check cashingI called corporate back and spoke to another gentleman who stated he called the store and spoke to a manager named *** informed the corporate rep that they will not cash the check with an out of state licenseI have called the store to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for over a half an hourI am totally disgusted with the College Park WalmartPlease let me know what business that discriminates to customers cashing checks if there license is from another state it is a government issued ID

The store manager, James, is a very prejudice person and has a real way of ruining a holiday for the stores customersHe has NO business being an employee that deals with the public, much less being the store manager
He cussed at us, talked to me and several other customers in an extremely negative wayI made the comment that I was going to call 1800walmart to file a complaint while he laughed and wanted to know what good it would do me since the complaint would come directly to himAfterwards he felt the need to make a few other explicit and negative commentsI was also trying to ask him if he knew where to donate toys for Christmas, his comment was to find a salvation army employee out frontI told him that they were not out front and if he knew when they would be backHis very rude comment was, do I appear to work for the Salvation Army or for Wal-Mart
