I purchased a Fit Bit Charge HR band on 5/13/at Walmart in Sioux City IowaAt the time I also purchased an additional warranty thru Walmart With in a couple of months the band started falling apartI had first contacted Walmart locally for this issue since I had purchased the warranty and they told me that I had to go thru FitBitI have contacted FitBit via email and phone and was told from them that Walmart should replace this since I have purchased and additional year warrantyI have been to the store physically on different occasions and been told the same thing each time that they (Walmart) will not honor the warranty that this issue should be taken care of thru FitBit Product_Or_Service: FitBit Charge HR

This is in Regards to Gift Cards purchased for me as a Birthday Gift on 3/from both my Mother and sister purchased at your Comstock Park , Walmart store, both purchased on separate date prior to my birthday when I received these 3/tried to use the First one at Taco Bell , a $Gift Card , go thru Drive Thru and surprise $Dollar balance , so proceed to use Second Card same day at Burger King a $Card and $Dollars available on that as wellHow embarrassing Returned both cards to my Mom and sister they took to the Walmart store 4/explained to management and they treated my Mom and Sister with the most disrespect telling them they have nothing to do with the Gift cards and to call the 1-number on the back of the Gift CardsHow can you say that , You sell the cards it is your responsibility to make sure they are properly activated and treat your Customers with the Utmost Respect !! walmart not only owes my Mother and Sister an a Apology they need to take care of this matter Promptly

So at 9 months pregnant I waited a half hour to get to the front of the line to be told I had to wait in the online purchase line!! needless to say everyone was RUDE. I sent him a text message with all 3 order numbers on it. he could only find 2! then says he was going to give me a gift card and have all 3 purchases at the front counter waiting for us. my mother in law was on the phone with walmart as well trying to accomplish the same thing - she was also told that the order would be at the front desk. My husband now goes back at 6:25pm to pick up this order that is waiting. waits in line AGAIN for 45 min to be turned away again!!!! they cant find the order anywhere! call my mother in law again to explain the situatiuon. we only got this order at 8:01 PM. most ridiculous waste of time! what a joke this store is and the employees! they don't have respect for their selves and jobs so they treat customers like st. I never received a confirmation email that I even had purchases waiting for me. how was I to even know the order number unless the purchaser gave it to me??? they acted like they didnt even know that you could do a baby registry online. I will NEVER return to this store maybe even never go to walmart again even if I have to pay more. to waste most of my day off of work to deal with this bull!

Horrible experience, Walmart in Secaucus NJ. I used to come here all the time but recently have decided to avoid it unless I have to, because of the lines and customer service, but recently their service has caused me to write this review. I don't normally write reviews but you must be forewarned, they cannot and will not deliver on their promise for same day pick-up. This past holiday season I needed a few items for a party I was having before Christmas along with some small gifts. I specifically selected items from the online store that said "ready for pickup today". I waited for the email to tell me that the order was ready it didn't come so I went into the store that night to inquire since when I called I was on hold for 25 minutes and no one was picking up. When I got there they said the order wasn't processed yet and they don't know when it will be, yet they already debited my account the money. I said can I please go pick the items myself and just write it off against the order but they said their system doesn't permit that. I asked to speak to a manager, the assistant manager came over to speak with me and she was dismissive and said too bad we are busy we will get to it when we get to it, it doesn't' matter that we market and push that we have same day pick-up we don't care what is said we aren't sticking to it that is not my problem, and told the CSR person at the desk to stop helping me and to move on to the next [redacted] . Luckily he was nice enough and told me there were another 50 orders ahead of mine. So I asked if it will be ready tomorrow and he said yes. It is now tomorrow and it still isn't' ready. I am again on hold for their pick up department to see if I can get my items that I already paid for.

on 6-11-I placed a refill for (tramadol a controlled substance) this is for my corgie dog who has bad hips the prescription is for pills because he takes aday per his vet.when I picked the prescription up I did not even open it up in the bag when the clerk handed it to methe next morning getting ready to feed my dog I saw there was only pills in the bottle I called the pharmacy an told them what happened and they told me they had to check there inventoryI went back to the pharmacy and the pharmacy told me there count was correct I realize it is my word against theres but I know I donot have the missingpills they offered a refund for the missing pills and that was the end of it I feel the person who filled the prescription should be responsible now I have to go back to the vet for a new persription becauaswith out it my dog has to drag his legs behind because he is in pain Order_Number: XXXXXXX perscription
