I purchased my Xbox One and Warranty in march of 2016. I filed a claim to have my xbox controller looked and sent it in but it wasn't fixed. Had to send my controller in to be looked at because the Dpad isn't responsive like 80% of the time or acts like it sticks and multiple presses were made. This makes the controller unusable. I sent it in for repair as they asked and they sent it back to me in the same condition not fixed. They stated they repaired the issue but nothing was done. The controller is still in a broken state. I called them and they wanted me to send it back again. This is garbage and a waste of time since nothing has changed. I want a refund on my product or enough to replace the controller.
