Walmart lube performed a high mileage oil change on my car but did not check the fluids causing my transmission to go out On July 25, I got a high mileage oil change at the Sylacauga, AL location walmartOn Thursday July 28, my car stalled and the mechanic stated that there was no transmission fluid in the carI had to pay to get my car towed and am waiting on the total cost of getting it fixedThere is no way the mechanics at Walmart checked my transmission fluids

TV Damage with protection plan - no help and horrible customer service with a different story every time I call I bought a TV about months ago for my new home Due to unforeseen circumstances I just moved into the home on 10/ The TV I purchased was in a room by its self in a dry safe location When I opened the box to put the TV in my new home the TV screen was crackedI even bought the 3-year warranty plan and they told everything was covered including cracked screens I took it back to the Walmart store and they said "there is nothing they can do but it does look like it was cracked from when it was bought." I reached out to Assurion who does the warranties and they said they can't help me I then reached out to LG and they said they can't help either and to call Walmart I called Walmart on 10/and the employee names [redacted] or [redacted] and he stated that my case made a good claim and he will report it to higher up for review for a replacement TV I was told I would here

The walmart store located in glenwood ave durham, nc is by far one of the worse walmart stores ever. None of the employees know how to treat customers and do not know a thing about customer service. Every time we go to this location we always have a bad and negative experience. The managers are the worse part of it. They are lazy and incompetent. You should check wisely who is representing walmart because they are not doing a good job.
