I am disabled and order my groceries from Walmart to go. My last two orders were extremely late. First order, Aug. 3, was to arrive between 1 and 3 and was delivered after 8:30 PM and consisted of items needed by 4:30. Second was yesterday, Aug. 13, to be delivered 3 to 5 and was delivered at 9:00 PM. No help from customer service just I'm so sorry. I believe that this problem is just this one store in Colorado and involves store management.

I was told by Walmart that I had won a $gift card and then my personal information was shared! I received a message from Walmart saying that I had been randomly selected and that I had won a $gift card from Walmart I was then sent to a survey in which I was asked to give information so that they could confirm my identity and send me the cardI was asked questions about my email address, my phone number, my address, my gender my age, my political affiliation who I would vote for, my income my housing, if I was interested in solarThen I was taken off siteNow I am receiving unsolicited phone calls and emails about getting solar added to my home! This is a dishonest phishing scheme and I am very disappointed in Walmart!

Tire Purchase / Warranty Issue Lawrenceburg, KY Store would not Resolve but noticed Defect of Excessive Wear of Tires We purchase New 235/60RVIVAtires on July 15, for over $ December 11, I took the vehicle in to look at the wear of the front tires and was told the wear was excessive (tread of front tires & tread of rear tires 7&8) The vehicle has only had 8,miles since the new tires were installed and it is evident that the front tires have worn excessively when the tires come with a 60,mile warranty Walmart refused to do anything because we did not purchase their extended warranty of roadside assistance at $per tire They told me if we had spent the extra $up front then they would replace both tires at no cost to us Once again this seems to be another way Walmart can cheat its customers into spending more money The roadside warranty to me sounds like a "Wal-Mart Repair Warranty" instead of a wear and tear warranty of excessive wear
