Once again, we purchased a contract from ***, Corp (dealer) and have nothing to do with the customer's actual student loans.? The customer needs to contact the dealer to discuss the status of the loans, and what her expectations of the dealer's actions were.? After listening to the audio recording of the verification call done with the customer, the customer agreed to the loan with Equitable Acceptance and understood we were a third party finance company an had nothing to do with the student loans.? If the customer thought her student loans were to be paid off by taking out a loan with Equitable Acceptance, she must contact the dealer and work with them

? I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I appreciate the response from both you and the businessMy issue as I had stated in my initial complaint is the fact that the services that were? financed through Equitable acceptance for [redacted] is not being fulfilledI have still had several emails not responded from [redacted] and I also called Equitable acceptance to try and back out of the agreement that I was inUnfortunately that did not workI understand fully that I signed the agreement and I financed the money is involved to get the hell from [redacted] in that [redacted] originally did get the work done that was supposed to be doneHowever it was supposed to cover all future filings which it did not, and their communication with me has been non existent.? I I also have a friend that told me that [redacted] and Equitable acceptance itself is a scam and that there's a class action lawsuit going on again student have the kids and what they're doingThe Department of Education also told me that they heard of [redacted] but they don't know what they do and everything that we did with [redacted] could have very easily been done on my ownMy friend also had mentioned she paid off Equitable Acceptance in full and they're still trying to charge her every month for something that was already paid for.? My question is:IS there a class action lawsuit against [redacted] and Equitable Acceptance?? What do I do about the fact that I cannot pay this monthly fee for a service [redacted] is not fulfilling?? hThank you, [redacted]

? I am rejecting this response because: This is clearly wrongWhile they did pursue and obtain permission from me, it was in deceitful waysThey clearly were in disguise as my service provider and the loan they are asking for me to pay does not existI consolidated my loans through FedLoan Services and they are still with them as we speakNothing has changedWhat they are doing is against the law or should be and I am Not paying them.? I have already requested my bank not release any more money to this companyIf they want to not be charged or sued, I would suggest they cease and desist immediately they will also need to return any money taken to me immediately.? ***

The signatures on the documents are electronic signatures done through an authentication service called Docusign.?
