I purchased an Orig3n NOOM DNA Test on 2/24/20 & a Nutrition report..waited the 6-8weeks for its results. No results came so I contacted Orig3n via email, on 4/20/20. On 5/7/20 *** the “Director of Customer Service” emailed me back and suggested sending an additional kit, when I explained it wasn’t necessary because they already had two swabs pending results on file. I was waiting for a same-day reply and nothing. On 5/12/20 I called and got voicemail so I left a message. No response. On 5/15/20 I emailed the original Orig3n email thread asking *** for an update and no response. In that 5/15/20 email I asked for a full refund and to-date I haven’t gotten any response.

[The reason I am not satisfied with this resolution is because Orig3n has failed to refund me in full. I have not received any money. They said they would refund me the $199.20 but it hasn’t posted to my account yet and why couldn’t they refund the additional $39.00 transaction at the same time? Why is it through *** when I paid with my debit card, shouldn’t it be refunded (all of it) directly to my debit card. I have also requested that my DNA be destroyed and confirmed and no response- they’ve already basically lost it! ( I can submit that email too)]

I ordered a DNA test in February, they sent a confirmation email that they received it February 11, 2020. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get results, it has been 3 months and I still do not have results. I would like a refund.

I purchased a DNA analysis by Orig3n through ***. Registered and submitted the sample on 1/22/2020. I received an email notice that they were analyzing the sample on 4/17/2020. As of today, I still have not received the results.

I purchased a DNA test and sent it in on 2/21/20. I was told that my results would be back to me in 6-8 weeks. They have an app you download where the results are supposed to be sent back. At the 2 and 4 week mark they sent an automated "were almost done processing your test!" message and then nothing further. We're now at 2.5 months since I submitted the test and have heard nothing. I've reached out directly to them and told them if I did not have my results back to me or an explanation as to why I didn't have my results that I'd be filing this complaint and alas no one ever returned my message. At this point I'd love my money back.

I submitted my 3 samples on March 11th. It has been over 8 weeks since then. No reply to my email. No one answered my call. I will be posting my experience with this company on social media.

I purchased a skin test from Orig3n on 1 Aug 2019, and as of 30 April 2020 I have not received the results. I have repeatedly contacted the company with no resolution.

I purchased a nutrition test to help determine food sensitivities and possible allergies. It is impossible to get into a doctor during these times and I am suffering greatly from *** disorders. I submitted my tests results and received confirmation of them being received and processed at the end of January. The original timeframe I was given was 4-6 weeks, then I checked the app again around that time and the time was changed to 6-8 weeks. At this point I started to do a lot of research on this company and found nothing but complaints. I literally could not find ONE good or positive review. Mainly people complained about the turnaround time for the results to be given, a lot were in regards to there supposedly not being enough samples on the collection and having to submit another collection sample and others just ludacris issues. They not once took any responsibility for any of the issues and always turned it back on the customer. One purchaser even swabbed their dogs mouth and sent it in to see if the results would come back invalid or what, and they reported it as actual HUMAN DNA. I have tried to contact them by phone, noone answers, left voicemails and no call backs, emailed them and have received no response back to any of my emails. I have left reviews and complaints on nearly every platform available. This is just ridiculous that it has been over 14 weeks and I have received nothing for my $150! I want my money back, at this point I've paid for goods and services I have not received. That is the only option I will accept at this time is a full refund of the original price of the testing kit. It is clear this business is a sham and operating under false pretences. This is quite possibly the worst business entity I have ever dealt with and they have ZERO customer service. Something else needs to be done to this company so everyone else who may purchases or looking to purchase this tests is keenly aware to avoid this company. They DO NOT ever follow through with giving the results back to the consumer.

I do not accept your attempt at telling me you have tried twice to reach me, that is a lie. I have answered every single phone call I have received on my cell phone number given. I have zero missed calls or voicemails and certainly nothing from ORIG3N. I just received an employee from your company regarding my complaint with Revdex.com which is the first and ONLY communication with your organization. The fact your message is not sincere and expressed no empathy or apology, let alone explanation will not change my feeling towards your company or it’s business practices.

Ordered the test through *** (do NOT recommend them, either). Followed instructions, vigorously swabbed both cheeks inside mouth, sent it and registered sample. Downloaded app. Got confirmation of Orig3n receiving sample.
3 weeks ago (at 8 week mark after they received sample) got email saying they were working my kit. Can not contact through app and trying to email via website didn’t work as they said I did not exist as a customer.
I wasted money first with *** and also with Orig3n. I expect the pro forma email saying to”contact us” so they can show they are doing something while doing nothing.
I hope the other DNA companies are not like Orig3n.

Attempted to reach by phone was not able to talk to a live person. I left a message with my information. I have given my dna sample since February 2020. No email or response from provider. I dont know where my sample reached or even know if its lost. I would like to know if I will get a result or if I will get a refund. If I get a refund I would.like to have something in writing stating my DNA has been discarded/and or terminated appropriately so my personal information is not there. I am hoping we get this result within the next week to get a response.

I received the DNA kit and registered and sent swab in on January 19, 2020. I registered on the app per the instructions, received email. It has been 12 complete weeks and I haven't received notification nor can I find my results on the app. They do not have a contact us information line for anyone to file a question to get assistance. This DNA test was part of Noom membership.

I ordered my dna kit through NOOM. They received in February and it’s been more than 8 weeks. I haven’t heard back from them. I would like my results or if they can’t deliver results by this month I want a refund.

I bought a kit from Origin and had sent it for analysis. The app initially said It would take four to six weeks for analysis. Then after I registered my sample it changed to 6 - 8. I sent this sample on boxing day. More than a month later, Feb 7th, they notified me that they recieved my sample. On Feb 10th they notified me that they were analyzing my sample. Now, April 3rd, they still havent sent any information. I tried calling them and they obviously do not even have a call centre, as the phone just rings for minutes before going to an automated voicemail. JUST LOUSY SERVICE!

I purchased 5 kits (2 vitamin tests & 3 nutrition tests) on December 2, 2019. This complaint is in regards to the 3 nutrition tests I purchased. My nutrition sample started being analyzed Dec. 24, 2019. At the time, the results were to take up to 4 weeks. This later changed to 6-8 weeks. Both my parents, individually, have emailed and complained to the company, and the company responded saying they would re-extract all 3 of our DNA samples. (my mother emailed on Feb. 27, 2020 and received a generic email back on March 5, 2020) Over 14 weeks later, my father and I just received our nutrition results yesterday (Apr. 2, 2020), and are still awaiting my mothers results. Even with the results, my father still has pending results for his vitamin test, and we both have 4-5 pending results for nutrition results. We all lost interest long ago in receiving our results, especially after more research on the company, we all feel as though we are getting the run around, and that our results will/have come back inaccurate. The DNA results are very questionable (for example: my father and I have 2 completely different *** for a certain trait e.g. I have double ***, and he has double ***. From my knowledge and research, that would seem nearly impossible, as you inherit one copy from your mom, and one copy from your dad. We have all done genetic ancestry testing, and he is 100% my biological father.) I do not trust this company, or the results it has provided after multiple contact attempts. I am requesting a full refund for the 3 Nutrition DNA tests ($69.00 x 3 = $207.00). I don't understand why this test took so long to receive the results, when come to find out, the vitamin test tested for more, and came back in a timely manner. This whole process has been ridiculous and sketchy. I have since had reliable testing done, and it confirms that many of my results with this company are bogus. I would like a refund as this has been a waste of time and money, for an inaccurate, untimely, and expensive product that does not deliver. It has been 4 months since purchasing, and we are still awaiting results.

They did not address what Ihaverequested, nor did they communicate how they planned to resolve this. The company has NOT reached out to me in any form. I would please like them to contact me via my personal email, and I would also like a refund for the 3 nutrition tests since I do not trust this companies test results (I am not disputing the vitamin tests as they came back in a timely manner and I don't feel the results were necessarily tampered with, but I can't say the same for the nutrition results). We have gotten the run around since January, when our results should have been posted. It is now April. I disagree with the companies response that they would never provide "bogus" results to costumers, when in fact they have been under scrutiny for that exact reason. My mothers test results for the nutrition DNA conveniently came back today, only after I received their response to my complaint on here. I purchase this product through Noom and it said to expect results back within 4-6 weeks. They received my swabs on November 22, and I didn’t hear anything from them until I sent them an email on January 15 to see what the hold up was. They gave an excuse that they were still waiting on my results to come back and they would send me another set of swabs if the results were inconclusive. I sent them an email on January 16, almost 3 months of waiting, and they apologized and sent me a new set of swabs. It’s now been over 4 months since they originally received my swabs and yet still no results.

Made a purchase with them back in 12/2019 for DNA testing. I have paid in full and I still have not received what I have paid for. Sent several emails to them and my last email was asking for a refund since its been over 4 months and I have not gotten a response back.

I bought a nutrition Orig3n kit through *** website in December 2019. My sample was received by Orin3n in dec 2019. I have not received results over the last 3 months. I wish I had more information as this company appears to be a scam. If you are thinking of buying a orig3n, choose another company. Orig3n is not a trust worthy company.

My Girlfriend and I purchased a nutrition test kit from orig3n and submitted the swab back in january. we recieved an email stating that the sample was starting to be analyzed back on january 9, 2020 and that it would take 4-8 weeks. it is now pushing 10 weeks and I still have not heard from your company with any results back. I have tried reaching out 3 times now and still have not recieved an email back. I am no longer interested in the results and I just want my money back as your company is obviously not reliable in the slightest
