I ordered a DNA kit through *** on 6/6/20. Received the kit, mailed back my swab, and received an email from Orig3n on 6/20 that it was in their hands. Several months go by and no results. I put in a service request ticket with them on Aug 25, and then called and left a message with customer service several weeks later. I have yet to receive any results or any kind of communication from the company

I purchased a DNA test kit in late February 2020. I submitted my sample and received an email notification that sample was received in mid March 2020. In mid April 2020 I received an email that sample was being analyzed. In mid May 2020 I received an email that the lab was helping out with COVID testing and to be patient as there would be delays. In early August 2020 I submitted an inquiry online because I had still not heard anything back. The email said to allow 72 hours for a response. The generic response again mentioned the COVID testing, but also said they have not stopped processing DNA testing and are working through the samples, and processing time is still 6-8 weeks. In late September 2020 I called and left a voicemail. I have not hear anything from the company since the automatically generated response I received in August.

I have determined that ORIG3N is not a reputable company based on my own experience and the experience of many other people who have filed complaints with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com). I received an email from ORIG3N that they received two saliva samples (myself and my partner) for DNA Vitamin testing. It has now been five (5) months and no results or refunds have been provided. Additionally, I have read several different news reports that their testing is NOT accurate and they were disqualified from participation in COVID testing by the state of Massachusetts, due to almost 400 false positives.
I paid for the *** blood test $48. Sent in DNA test in April. I called and emailed with no response. Either give me my money back or my test results.

I paid For a swab in early 2020 and received an email about a delay in May. It’s now September and I’ve heard nothing more. I’ve paid for a product that wasn’t delivered as stated. The app has no information other than my registered cheek swab. I’m concerned with the number of reviews stating the same. Communication from the company is necessary or a refund.
I purchased an Orig3ns kit through another company in June. As soon as the kit arrived, I registered it, and sent away the sample. On 7/7/20, I received an email saying they had received my sample. On 7/8/20 they sent another email that they were analyzing my sample, and I should receive my results in 6-8 weeks. I sent customer service an inquiry as to the status of my sample, and have received no communication back from the company.

I ordered their DNA nutrition test on 7/22/20. I received my swab, registered it and sent it back on 7/26/20. They said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to complete and that I would recieve updates about the status.
I have not yet received an update as to where my test is.
I tried calling 3 times to get an update and was never able to get through.
I filled out an online form around 9/7/20 requesting an update with no response.
I sent another request on 9/20/20 requesting a full refund of $39.00 and still have not recived any resonse from them.

I wouldn't recommend people doing business with this company with such poor service.

I ordered a nutrition test in June submitted it to them and they received it, July 7th telling me to expect results by 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I started to reach they have not answered multiple emails and a phone call.

I received an email June 23rd that my sample was received and I should have results within eight weeks. This is September 25th and I still don’t have results, and my emails to *** and Orig3n are unanswered

In April I sent in a DNA kit. I mailed it in. In july I called the company and talked to ***. He told me that my kit had been delayed in transit but they know have it and I would have my results in 6 more weeks. I asked if I could get my sample ahead of the line. *** said he would try but unlikely. It seems weird to me they could not facilitate this. I emailed and called again on August 29th, Sept 13th and 25th. I get no responses.

I bought a DNA test from Orig3n in May 2020. I completed the sample and sent it back to Orig3n in May 2020. I received an email they got my sample and I would have results in 6-8 weeks. Today is Sept 24 2020 and I still have no results. I have sent emails and messages on their website with no response.

I received my DNA kit and sent in my swabe on May 12, 2020. I received an email that it had been received on 5/19/20 and was begin tested. I have heard nothing since. I sent an email on 7/31/20, after waiting longer than the 6-8 weeks it said it would take and. I then waited again and called and left a voicemail inquiring about my sample at the beginning of August. I really would like a resolution to this problem. It makes me question the authenticity of the test now if I ever do receive my results.

I submitted my DNA sample in April and was told 6-8 weeks for my results. I have checked the app and received notification my sample was received but no results. I contacted them 30 days ago asking for a full refund. They have yet to process a refund or my test results. We are going on 6 months. I want a refund.

I purchased this DNA kit through ***. I received the kit, registered my swab as instructed, followed the directions and sent in my sample. I received an email on May 29, 2020 stating my sample had been received and would be processed in 6-8 weeks. It has now been 16+ weeks. I have requested an update by email twice, with no response. I now have no results, and they have my DNA. This is completely unacceptable!

Well, it appears I find myself in the same boat as all the rest. I submitted my swab in May and I purchased it as an add-on to my ***. Apparently, *** isn't the only one ripping off its customers, it has partnered with another company that does the same. I have had ZERO feedback on my results and ZERO response to my inquiries. And I feel I have been pretty patient give Covid. But now, I'm ***. Even if their customer service reps are limited, they should still be working from home and addressing all of these customer concerns. I'm not sure where to go next, this was not some $10 add-on. And this is not the time to be spending money frivolously. If I don't get the results, I expect a full refund. Actually, at this point, I just want a full refund.
Fraud around DNA results is particularly concerning.
I provided my cheek swab in June and it’s now approaching October. No response to my email support ticket or voicemail. Not just shady business practices - illegal ones.

This company offered a DNA sample kit. I received the kit and sent back the sample to learn more about my health and reasons for weight gain. They stated that I would have results in 6-9 weeks. We are in week 11 and still no response from the company. I have tried to email them multiple times--no response. I have tried calling--only to be able to leave a voicemail, which I did multiple times and still no response.

On June 11th I received an email stating that Orig3n received my dna sample. On June 15th I received an email that Orig3n was analyzing my sample. That is the last communication I have received from them. Their app says that it can take 6-8 to receive results. I emailed the company on August 14th inquiring about the status of my results. I also left a voice message at approximately the same time and I have never received a response to my phone message or email. I followed up on September 3rd that no one has followed up and I still have had no contact from the company.

I bought a a DNA kit and returned it to the company for processing the beginning of June 2020. I received a confirmation email stating my sample was received and they began processing on 6/12/20. The email also stated it would take 6-8 weeks for results. It’s now been 13 week with no communication. I have emailed them several times yet no response at all. No response from messages I’ve left with the business. I want what I paid for or my money back. This business is awful and their customer service is non existent.
