I purchased Orig3n's DNA profile kit as part of my membership with ***. I received notification via email from Orig3n on April 22, 2020 that they had received my sample and it was being processed - and that I would have results available within 6-8 weeks. On August 2, 2020, I filed a support ticket to see when I could expect my results. The auto-reply said to allow 72 hours for a response. On August 22, 2020, I had still not received a response to my ticket - and replied for an update. It is now September 15, 2020 and I have still yet to receive a response or my results. I am completely sickened that I provided a DNA sample to a company that is apparently a scam.

I have had a response from them that they will work with *** to process that refund.

sent DNA sample to them May 15th, 2020. Told it would be 6-8 weeks. Way past that. Tried to contact company just get an automated email.

I purchased Orig3n of June 15, 2020 as part of *** program to help with my weight loss journey. Orig3n was super quick to send me a swab. I got it within 3 days of purchase. I took the test and sent it back ASAP. They emailed me in 6/26/2020 that they received my swab sample. On the email they state that will take 6-8 weeks for me to receive my results. On 8/21/2020 I emailed them asking about my results because I have not hear from Orig3n. On their website it says it takes 72 hours for someone to respond. A week later still nothing. So I emailed them again in 9/5/2020 and till this day I have not received my results nor have I hear back from the company. Their promise to receive your test results 6-8 weeks is a lie. It’s been more than 11 weeks no results nor a simple email from the company. Please don’t use Covid-19 as a excuse.

I, like many others on this site, paid for the DNA test, submitted the sample and received a confirmation that the sample was received on July 8, 2020. This test results were to be available in 6-8 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and no one has ever responded to my inquiry regarding where the test results are. I either need my results or a refund.

I submitted my test in early May. They CONFIRMED they had my swab on May 15. It is now Sept 11 and I have yet get results despite multiple emails. I should have read the reviews before using this service. I did this through Noon and will be sharing my feedback there if I don't get a response by the End of the day Monday, Sept 14.

Received and sent a DNA swab test to be completed. Have not heard from them in 5 months. I have tried to reach out on multiple occasions via email and left messages.

I purchased 2 products from Orig3n which involved sending samples for DNA analyzation. I sent the samples in and Orig3n emailed me on June 2, 2020 saying they received it. On June 10, 2020 they sent an email saying they were analyzing my sample. It is now September 10, 2020 and it has been OVER 14 weeks since they have received it. The package I purchased said I would receive results in 2 weeks and then the Orig3n app stated 6-8 weeks. I have waited and been patient during Covid but 14 weeks is unacceptable. Orig3n customer service did not respond to 2 emails I sent on July 12, 2020 and August 12, 2020 (their automatic reply says you would hear a response within 72 hours). I paid a lot of money for these tests and I feel the company should not be selling these products and taking customers money if the customer does not receive anything in return.

I emailed him back with the signed form and my address to mail the refund on 9/12/20. In the email I asked him when I can expect the refund in the mail and I did not receive a response. It is now 1 week later and I highly doubt they will respond to me or take care of this issue. I would like to know when I can expect the $200 refund in the mail please as it should have been taken care of by now.

I ordered the *** DNA test from Orig3n on 5/7/2020. I received it and sent it back on 5/11/2020.

On 5/19/2020 I received confirmation via email that they received my sample. It is now 9/9/2020 and I have received no updates from the company. I tried to reach out to them on 7/6/2020 and received no response.

The app says I should receive results within 6/8 weeks after they receive my sample. It is now over 16 weeks and I have heard nothing.

I would appreciate a refund in addition to "new swabs" to complete my dna profiling as this is only being addressed due to a Revdex.com complaint. If I had never submitted the complaint nothing would have happened and I would just be out the money. Unacceptable business practice.

I submitted a nutrition DNA test at least 3-4 months ago and still have not received my report. The app keeps saying to wait 6-8 weeks. I've done that at least twice already. Where's my report???

I purchased a DNA kit and the sample sample was mailed early May, 2020. I Received a notification the lab received my sample on May 26, 2020 and results would be ready in 6-8 weeks. Today is September 9, 2020 and I still do not have my results. I’ve emailed and left phone messages with the company and only received a response back one time saying they should be ready in the next few weeks. That was mid-July.

I ordered a Orig3n metabolism DNA test. I completed the test per the instructions on April 3 and shipped it to Orig3n in *** with my DNA on the sample on April 4. I received confirmation they received my sample. They were supposed to analyze and send me my results within 6-8 weeks. I followed up with an email complaint about not receiving my results in July. They noted that they were behind on sample processing due to COVID-19 testing they were performing. It is September 8 and I have yet to receive any follow up from the customer service complaint I already sent in. I also still do not have my results. I do not know where my sample is or who has access to the results.

Sham artists in the worse sense. Submitted a cheek swab well over half a year ago for a fitness program (***). After multiple emails and inquiries, I’ve yet to hear back from ANYONE and still have no test results.
This is even more infuriating given that I provided my DNA to these fraudsters. I’m uncomfortable even thinking what may possibly have taken place in this realm. Luckily, my credit union is giving me the opportunity to dispute the costs for the useless test. Stay far FAR away from these folks.

They received my swab on a 5/21/2020, contacted them several times and I still have not received a response (it is now September!). I would not waste my money on this. *** should NOT promote this service at all if they consistently do not follow through with resulting the swabs. This makes me wonder what they do with the swabs. Very disappointed. I would give a 0 stars if I could.

I submitted and registered my DNA swab in June, it is now September 5 and have not had any results. I have called an emailed. I feel cheated and robbed as they not only didn't provide the results they stole my genetics.

I received My DNA kit on 24 Feb and sent it back the next day it was received back to the lab on March 6. On jun 30 I wrote to Customer support email asking if their were any updates. Somebody named *** didn't respond until July 23 and said the swab I sent wasn't a good enough sample. I responded again the same day asking how I could get more swabs, as it was indicated in ***'s response that they would mail me swab. He had even asked me to confirm my address, which I did. I is now Sept 4, 6 months past when this all started. I have not gotten any further updates. I understand that this has been a difficult year, I feel I have been more than patient.

I purchased a DNA analysis via ***. I sent the kit with my dna material and received confirmation via email that they received my kit om May 6th. I was told it could take 6 to 8 weeks. I contacted their customer service on July 21st inquiring why I hadn't received my results yet and I did not receive any response.

The reason I am not satisfied is that I just received an email stating that they will reprocess my sample, if my sample is still processable. That is no different than what I had before: a promise. Thus, I don't consider the issue solved. Once I get my results, I will consider the issue solved.

I purchased a *** Orig3n test on July 17, 2020. I mailed the test in on July 21, 2020. The test was registered on the Orig3n app prior to sending in for analysis. At that time, I received a notice that I will have my results in 6-8 weeks. It is September 2nd and I still have not received my results.

If I could begin this review with zero stars, I would. I sent them $ which of course they took. I did the test and sent it in. TheY responded with a promise of 6-8 week turn around for results. That was 21 weeks ago. Even allowing for Covid delay, this is ridiculous. What’s more, they do not respond to inquiries regarding order/result status. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

On June 16, 2020 I received an email confirmation that this company had received my DNA swab and that they would have my results within 6 to 8 weeks. It’s been much longer than 6 to 8 weeks and I have emailed the company as well as called them and I’ve never heard a word from anybody who works there. I feel that I’m not being taken seriously and I’ve been lost in the system. I’m very frustrated and I’m looking at this as a last resort.

This is completely ridiculous and vague on every level. I need a response from them that gives me a date or completion and I need to know that they are prioritizing my DNA test results above others who were sent in after mine. It has now been 12 weeks! These liars need to get it together or stop pushing these test because they are clearly full of st.
