I purchased a Nutrition DNA kit from *** back on April 18 2020 for $69.99. After receiving my kit I registered it on 4/22/20, send in my sample & received an email verifying that it was received on 4/28/20 & my results would be available in 6-8 weeks. After numerous unanswered emails & calls, I received an email to verify my email address connected to the account. I responded by forwarding the “sample received“ email. I have followed up via email & phone numerous times since then & still have not received a response (with the exception of an email addressing someone named *** & information relevant to me). This company sold a product to me that they are not delivering on.

I had purchased a nutrition kit and sent my swab out in June 2020. I have to receive my results. I have sent numerous emails And left a number of voicemails, but I have got no response. I did receive an email stating they received the swab, but nothing since.

I purchased an Orig3n DNA test through *** and submitted my DNA sample to Orig3n in early July of 2020. On July 13, 2020 I received an email from Orig3n stating that they had received my sample and that I should have my results in 6-8 weeks. On September 14, 2020, after waiting 9 weeks for my results and hearing nothing from Orig3n regarding my results, I sent an email to Orig3n through their "contact" form. I received an automated email from Orig3n stating that my request had been received and to "please allow 72 business hours to receive a response." As of today I have received no response to that request from Orig3n. On October 1, 2020 I submitted another request via Orig3n's contact form asking about my results and again received the automated email from Orig3n saying that my request had been received. As of today I have not received my DNA test results, nor have I received a response from Orig3n regarding my inquiry the status of my DNA test.

I wish I had read this review page first instead of sending my money to these scam artists. I also sent in my DNA sample at the end of May. In September after emailing and calling several times I got a call back. He said they received my sample but with Covid they are delayed. He said it should not be much longer and I could have my money back. I stupidly said no because I thought if I try another DNA testing company they would be delayed as well and I would have to restart the clock. It's now October and no luck. My issue is they knew about Covid when I sent my sample in. If they cannot process my DNA test they should have stopped taking samples and focused on Covid. Clearly, this business is unable to do both. It's adorable how they answer to people on this website to say just send an email or leave a voicemail. I had to leave 3 emails and 2 voicemails before I got a call back the last time. I don't have all the time in the world to hound you.

Like the rest, I got my test through *** (which in and of itself was problematic). Sent it back mid April 2020. I have yet to receive my results or any contact regarding my test after numerous emails. Maybe at one point this was legit, but don't expect anything now. Looking into how to get a refund currently.

I received a $99 Orig3n DNA Beauty kit as a gift. I registered on their site, mailed in my DNA sample of spit in June2020. The site said it takes 6-8 weeks for results. I've not received any results. I contacted the company thru email. I was told they're working on it. That was in Aug 2020. Still Nothing.

I ordered there DNA swab kit. I sent the kit back June 15th. I sent an email in September to check the status. I received an email back about a week later giving me their customer service number. It stated I would need to leave a voicemail and someone would get back to me. So I called, left my info. I hear nothing from Orig3n. I sent another email October 3rd. No response from the company. Called again October 7 left another message and have yet to hear anything. I just want my money back. I feel this company is just scamming people after I've read all the reviews on Revdex.com. People have paid for a service and are receiving nothing in return.

I ordered and received the *** DNA Kit from Orig3n in May. I received the confirmation "***" email on May 11 that they had received my sample and a follow-up email on May 14 saying they were processing the sample. I haven't received any further communication from the company. I waited over 8 weeks, contacted them in August and received no response except the confirmation email with a ticket number. Then I waited until September and contacted them again. Same thing. At the end of September I requested help from *** and they forwarded my request for help to their liaison at Orig3n, but again there was no response. I've done all I can do to receive a response and the company refuses to respond.

I purchased an Orig3n caffeine tolerance dna test for my son on 2.26.20. He followed the instructions and sent in the sample. In March of 2020. Then Covid hit. He received the following email response in May...

It has been 6 months. I have called and left messages, I have emailed (Request #***)and NO response!
I understand Covid has disrupted a lot of businesses, but this is unacceptable and there is NO customer service. NONE.

I registered my kit 7/13/2020. I was received by Orig3n on 7/21/2020 and was told processing started on 7/22/2020. I contacted the company and after waiting days for a response was told by Mike B that "I don't have a specific date as to when they will be completed by, but I will continue to keep an eye on it and make sure they move through as quickly as they can"... this was 9/28/2020. Today is 10/3/2020 and after reading reviews on both social media and the Revdex.com I realized that I was scammed. I purchased through ***, so I am concerned that is a scam of sorts too. I'm be filing a formal complaint and start the process to obtaining a refund. Please stay away from this company, they will take your money and not give you anything but the run around in return.

I ordered my test months ago with no contact from company after trying multiple times. After reading reviews and seeing the Revdex.com rating I need help getting my money back on this product. Im very disappointed this didn’t work out.

I ordered a DNA sample kit around June of 2020. They confirmed they received my sample July 8th, 2020 and they informed me my results would be viewable on the app within 6-8 weeks which would have been late August 2020 to early September 2020. It’s now early October 2020 and I still haven’t received any results. I’ve called them 3 times and left them voicemails requesting a status on my results but they haven’t responded. I’ve emailed them as well. Since they haven’t contacted me regarding my results, I’ve now requested a refund of my full purchase price plus shipping via email and several voicemails that I’ve left them but they’ve failed to respond to both. At this point, I feel they illegally stole my money without rendering the service they promised. I would like to be issued a refund.

Back in March 2020, I submitted an sample swab to Orig3n, on March 16, 2020, I received and email saying that they had received my sample and that within 6 to 8 weeks. Almost 7 months have gone by, and I have not received my results.
I have since sent them 2 emails and 1voicemail requesting information on my results. Five days ago they sent me an email saying that my email does not appear on their search, so they do not know of my sample. How can that be, if they sent me an email to the registered email, that they had received my sample.

I purchased a nutrition test for $150 back in March of this year, and sent it off. On April 2nd, I was told that the company had received my sample. On April 15, I was told that they were processing my sample, and that I would receive my results within 6-8 weeks.

Six months later, I have not gotten my results back. In addition, I have attempted to contact this company multiple times, but I have never gotten a response back, whether the contact has been through phone or email. At this point, I feel as though they have stolen from me.

This company should be out of business. I paid for two of their DNA tests at the beginning of the year. One test I have still never received. The other was to get personal vitamins, which I did get but now I am trying to cancel them and it is impossible. If you got to the website and try to cancel, they tell you to send an email. I've sent three email and only have gotten an automated response and no help in cancelling my vitamin subscription. I tried calling and only got voicemail.

I ordered a DNA kit back in May, I received notification my sample was received and should have an answer in 6-8 weeks. Ok so July at the latest I thought. It is now October. I have reached out to the company three times with zero response. Their e-mail advises all emails will be answered within 72 hours, which is not accurate at all. The phone number says to leave a message and someone will get back to you. The company has no way of communicating with clients. I would like to know what's going on and refunds if possible

I waited 9 or so weeks before contacting them about not recieving any results. I finaly got an answer and was told that they did not have the entire test results something about the sample. They were going to talk to the lab and get back with me if they needed another sample. I have not hear back from them and I have sent numerous emails asking for my money back.

I submitted my DNA sample to be analyzed in June. I received notification on June 18th that my sample was being analyzed and that I could expect my results to be delivered within 6-8 weeks. That was 15 weeks ago. I have tried to contact their customer support multiple times and have not received a single response.
