I bought a DNA test for my wife in December and we have not received the results despite repeated calls and notes to the company

I ordered a Noom DNA test kit through Orig3n in February of 2020- I was told 6-8 weeks until I received the results from when they received my sample. I have an email stating they received this on February 27th. In June 2020 I emailed customer service and was told they were still running my results. I have since emailed and requested the results or a full refund and have had no further updates as the company refuses to communicate with me and provide the service I paid for.

This is a company that you receive an at home DNA kit, swab, send it in, and are supposed to receive the results in 6 weeks. I sent my kit in well over 6 weeks ago, and received an email notifying me that they received my sample and are now analyzing it. However, they now claim to have never received it. I sent them proof of the emails I received saying they did, and now they are no longer responding to me.

It has been 10 weeks since I sent in my swab. No results. I contacted them via email and got a dumb generic "we are sorry". Phones go to voicemail and noone responds. This company is a scam. Lawyers need to be involved. Considering these people took my personal DNA and scammed me, I am very concered. I left an email with my Lawyer and she is going to get my DNA back and file in court. This company is a fraud. Something shady is going on.

I paid for a DNA service for which I never received my results. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times over the past 4 1/2 months and I have not been able to receive a response or at least an offer to replace the kit that they never sent me the results for. I received an email from their company indicating they received my DNA sample on February 3. Never heard anything more and cannot resolve the current issue with the company.

Ordered test and got results in 6 weeks that were very informative. I cannot relate to any of the negative experiences here and when I did reach out to ask a question that were extremely responsive. I plan to order more results from them in the future.

Ordered through *** in January. Come end of April still no results. Contacted them and was told I would get another kit since my samples were tested to many times and that I would not have to wait the 6-8 week time frame. Well here is is, 4 weeks later and still no results. Contacted them AGAIN and was told it would be a bit longer. Seriously, how can this company still be in business with such horrible reviews? Money wasted on a terrible company.

I received an Orig3n Metablism test from my wife as Christmas present in 2019. On January 1st, 2020 I registered the sample. On January 2nd, 2020 I sent the sample to Orig3n. I received a confirmation e-mail on January 14th that my sample was received and that I would receive results within 6 to 8 weeks. As of today, June 18th, I have received nothing. in early June, I contacted Orig3n customer service via e-mail, received a confirmation that my message was received, but have not received any response to my inquiry. My wife was very disappointed that her gift ended up being a dud and a hassle.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I submitted my sample in January and still haven't receive the results! It's been 6 months and they do not respond to inquiries or requests for a refund. Do not use this company!! This is definitely a scam - they say they are helping with the COVID crisis but if they can't handle their day to day business how are they able to help with the pandemic?

I received confirmation that my DNA sample had arrived at their lab on April 15th, 2020. The information on the app indicated that my test results would be ready in 6-8 weeks. I reached out to their customer service on a few times, the first being almost 3 weeks ago, and have received no word from them (not even the usual automatic replies a lot of companies will send to let you know they're "working on your request"). It has been 9 weeks since they stated via email my sample arrived at their lab.

I placed an order back on 2/9/20 for their nutrition DNA test. I never received my results. They advertise that you will have your results in 6-8 weeks. Since passing the 8 week mark the company has been giving me the run around and as of late become unresponsive.

I ordered a test from them several months ago and it has not arrived. there is no number to call and they do not respond to emails.

The company has basically gone awall, it's like they don't even exist, I paid a good amount of money for services from them

I received results for a test that is still on my counter. I haven’t mailed it yet. I contacted the company several times and cannot get anyone to address this situation. I used them in the past for other tests and now I really question those results. This definitely seems like a scam.

There was enough available to us to complete some of those reports. Please let the team member in touch with you know if you have any other questions.

Purchased DNA testing solution from provider in January of 2020. They claim to provide results in 6-8 weeks. Almost 6 months later, I have still not received my test results and reached out to them requesting a refund.

Also, now the results of their testing are very much being questioned :

Sent my DNA kit in in Feb 2020. In early March they confirmed they had it and it would be ready in 4-6 wks. Well the date passed and I e-mailed them and was told it would be 6-8 wks. I waited two more weeks and e-mailed them again. The following is what I was told =
" *** (ORIG3N) May 11, 2020, 10:37:49 AM EDT- Hi ***,
Apologies for the delay in response. My name is ***, I am the Director of Customer Success here at Orig3n. I see we received your swab on March 6th, so we have passed the six to eight-week timeline. You still have a few genes pending so I am going to request that the lab re-extract your sample to see if we can finalize your report. This means we locate your swab from our secure cold storage, re-extract and process the sample to see if it will read for those failed genes. If this fails, we may need to send you an additional swab free of charge.Best,***" I then asked for the results they had and was told oh no they can not send at 40%! I asked for a refund, was told okay however this has not been sent either! Don't get your hopes up with this place, horrible place, takes your money and DNA and thats it. I STILL want a refund.

Bought Orig3n Nutrition DNA test from a local ***. Sent in the sample next day. After 3 weeks of sending it in I got an automatic email saying they received my sample. Month after that, received another automatic email saying they were processing my sample. It now has been over 6 months and have not got an email or anything from them. This company is just a scam. Do not buy their products.

I submitted my DNA swabs in February of 2020. February 10 I received notification that my swabs had been received for both the Fitness and Nutrition DNA profiles and results would be ready in 6-8 weeks. On April 10, the 9 week mark, I reached out to the company to find out what the delay was. It took 10 days before I heard back from anyone. On April 20th I received a message from "***" stating "You still have a few genes pending so I am going to request that the lab re-extract your sample to see if we can finalize your report. This means we locate your swab from our secure cold storage, re-extract and process the sample to see if it will read for those failed genes. If this fails, we may need to send you an additional swab free of charge."
I waited patiently until April 30th when I sent a follow up email to "***" asking how long this re-extraction process would take. He never responded. On May 13 I send another email to "***" requesting follow up before I file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Still, nothing as of May 20th. This entire process has been a huge frustration and waste of my time.
