I liked the ease of purchasing the tickets and being able to see the area of the seats!??

At Online City Tickets, we value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets has no affiliation with any box office or venue and does not own or generate any tickets. Rather, our role is simply to facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. For this reason, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties, and therefore must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy, to which all customers must agree prior to purchase.
Our company takes unauthorized claims very seriously and, when Ms. [redacted] first contacted us, our team reviewed her transaction to address her concerns. Upon further review of the order there was no indication that the order had been placed illicitly, thus we were unable to provide a refund for this order due to our "all sales are final policy" which is in place to ensure both customers and sellers are treated fairly. This policy was agreed to by the purchaser prior to checkout, as no order can be processed on our site without this having been agreed to. It should also be noted that multiple previous orders have been placed on our website using all of the same billing and contact information used for this purchase, with no issues reported on the previous transactions.
Online City Tickets has fully adhered to the terms and conditions to which the purchaser agreed prior to checkout. Although she is not due to receive a refund per the agreed-to terms, we have reached out to Ms. [redacted] in an effort to provide a resolution to this matter that would be amicable to both parties. However, we have been unsuccessful in reach her. If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution to this matter, or if she has any further questions or concerns, we encourage her to reach out to our customer service team. At this time, we consider this matter resolved.

I received my tickets the next day! Easy, quick and efficient service!!

The prices and fees are expensive. Should of gone to the box office.

This site is not owned by The Fillmore."Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, LCD Soundsystem on 12/5/2017, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. Below the ticket location, our customer was notified, "Email delivery by: 12/1/2017" as their estimated In-Hand Date. After customers select this ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. Below this delivery method the estimated In-Hand Date of 12/1/2017 was reiterated in red text. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of 481.99 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of our site that, “We are a resale marketplace. We are not a box office or venue. This site is not owned by any venue. Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed.The estimated delivery date that of 12/1/2017 that was provided to our customer prior to their purchase is set by the seller. The seller sets this date though the date is often dependent upon the primary issuer of the ticket, with which Online City Tickets has no affiliation. Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; nevertheless, we offered our customer a one-time courtesy offer in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution. However, our customer declined this offer. Got to fix theatre and found that I could buy better seats at face value prices. You guys have stiffed me. Never again.

I received my confirmation number and ticket insurance within a half hour of ordering the tickets. My final judgement will be when I get my tickets August 9, 2017.

date, so we are confident in the fairness and transparency of our checkout process. Mr. [redacted] placed an order for four tickets to the [redacted] show on July 8, 2015 in Huntsville, Alabama. Our system is not capable of changing an order. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the date and location of the event. Then, Mr. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions--visible in a text box below this order total--and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr. [redacted]'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $631.50, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order.
All sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. While we regret Mr. [redacted]'s frustration, Mr. [redacted] received the tickets he selected. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, were disclosed throughout the purchase process--from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us.
