tickets—instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue."When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Then, Mr. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, he was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr. [redacted]'s case, read: “By clicking ‘Place Order’, your credit card will be charged $366.30, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees.” This notice was followed by a button labeled “Place Order.” When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to reach out to our customer service department to resolve this issue. As it stands, we consider this matter closed.Thank you,OnlineCityTickets

do not own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. When Ms. [redacted] placed her order on our website, she was presented with an order summary that clearly displayed the delivery and service fees, cost per ticket, and the total charge. She was also prompted to review our terms and conditions, which were accessible via a link on each page of the site and visible in a text box on the checkout page. Following these sales terms, Ms. [redacted] was presented with the following message: "I agree to the sales terms and conditions" and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this, Ms. [redacted] was presented with a message reading "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $735.50" and the "Place Order" button. By clicking this button, she signified her acknowledgement of this price and completed her order. (An example screenshot of this step is included in a PDF attachment.)
Our sales policies, inclyuding our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process, from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Because we are not a primary marketplace, customers who purchase tickets on our site are purchasing those tickets from individual resellers. This means we are not able to offer refunds. Ms. [redacted] was made aware of these facts, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. And so, while we cannot provide a refund, we welcome Ms. [redacted] to contact us with any future questions or concerns.

Great shopping experience. Easy to buy.
Positive experience, however, what happened to [redacted].... every link that I tried for [redacted] I received, forbidden..... are they out of business?
Got tickets on time worked fine no problems.
Quick and timely service with my order. I will say, their prices were not the best, but your selection of seats was better than most third party sites.
Why do you charge double the price for a ticket?. I will never use this site again.
i've received my order
Easy, fast and convenient

facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.Mr. [redacted] has stated that he was directed to our site by an official venue. However, it should be noted that we have no affiliation with any venue and our branding is intentionally different to distinguish our self from those of any other site. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by Scottrade Center.” After selecting tickets Mr. [redacted] was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees per ticket, the price per ticket, and the total price of $1,181.95 in bold text. Mr. [redacted] stated he saw the fees displayed but was unaware it was per ticket though it clearly stated "x 5" next to the service fee. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. We recently reached out to Mr. [redacted] to offer a resolution that would be amicable to both parties, stepping outside of the sales terms agreed to at checkout. However, Mr. [redacted] declined this offer. As Mr. [redacted] valid and authentic tickets were delivered on 10/27 prior to his event on 5/30/17, we consider this matter closed. We encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact our customer service team with any additional concerns he may have. Regards, Online City Tickets

generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. In regards to Ms. [redacted] claim that we presented ourselves as affiliated with the venue, this should be noted as inaccurate. It should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. On our homepage it is featured prominently, "We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office." This information is also provided at the top of every ticket listing page and throughout checkout our site clearly stating, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” With respect to Ms. [redacted] claim that there was no notification of the price per ticket or fees prior to payment should be recognized as incorrect. When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets she was taken to a checkout page. Ms. [redacted] was then prompted to enter an email address and select a delivery method. Ms. [redacted] selected “Electronic – Instant Download.” There is also an order summary that includes an itemized breakdown and in-depth order summary that displayed the price per ticket, delivery and service fees, as well as the total charge. This break down clearly states Ms. [redacted] was purchasing two tickets for "$296.00 each." To place an order, Ms[redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with a message in bold stating, “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Ms. [redacted] valid tickets were delivered to her on 9/16/16 and downloaded on 9/19/16 therefore fulfilling our 100% Money Back Guarantee. We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] regarding this issue, and have reached an amicable resolution at this time. Our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Ms. [redacted] may have; as it presently stands, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets
I understand ticket prices are high. I don't understand a $33 service fee, per ticket! For what using the server for 5 minutes?
I could not be more upset with a company. First of all, this company gets you to buy off of its website by phishing and redirects you to their company website, rather than the select a seat website while the page loads the new window. Second, this website brags about all sort of guarantee's but has a clause that the guarantee's can't be refunds, exchanges, etc. Third, I tried to call the number listed and all I got was an automated message telling me it couldn't find my order. Fourth, I received my tickets extremely quickly, so quickly in fact that I looked at them right away to not to my surprise, the tickets had been tampered with. Thinking this was the case I experimented by trying to sell my tickets on stub hub knowing full well stub hub is great with recognizing fake tickets or tickets that do not exist. Shocker: Stub hub could not recognize my bar code and the bar code, name, and price of the tickets had been whited out and the bar code had been replaced with a fake code. While I didn't pay an outrageous amount of money, I'm a college student and was buying these tickets as a gift for my mom. I'm super ticked that now I have to go through the process of making a claim with my bank, cancelling my credit card (which I need since I'll be going out of town in 3 days) and I'm still out 90 bucks. I will definitely be taking legal action at some point with this company. THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!
Ordered 4 tickets for concert in [redacted] GA and paid for them. Once my tickets were emailed to me they were not for the correct concert... In fact the concert they have me tickets for wasn't even in the U.S where I live. I immediately called after reviewing my tickets and the costumer service literally laughed at my issue and told me they cannot help me. So I'm out of almost $400 and no tickets. All I want it the correct tickets. But they're refusing to make this right.
This company is a scam. They place their add as to be the place to purchase for the venue. But they are NOT. My wife purchased tickets thinking they were from the venue. When I received the order via email, I noticed they were not from the venue. I went to the venues web page and the same ticket was half the price. There were plenty still available and not sure who this Online City Ticket place is, but they are a Scam. I tried to call and cancel my order, they have a no cancellation policy once the order is place. They say that no one in the company can cancel an order. I spoke to 4 different supervisors none said they had the ability to cancel. So buyer beware, Know this place is a scam. Do NOT buy tickets from them.

facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office.” We operate an independent website with no affiliation to the primary market.Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Kendrick Lamar with SZA and Schoolboy Q, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $359.31 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of our site that, “We are a resale marketplace. We are not a box office or venue. This site is not owned by any venue. Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms and the statement, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above. I understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value.” For every order placed on our site the customer’s order total is reiterated below this in large, bold text. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Online City Tickets, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. and agreed upon at checkout. Prior to submitting their order our customer was notified of the nature of their purchase and signified their agreement. As their valid tickets were delivered immediately after the order was placed and prior to their event on 5/4/2018, we have fully adhered to the terms. In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding their order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:this company is a scam. I believe the only reason any action was taken by them is due to pressure from filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have also filed a complaint with the [redacted] Commission, as online city tickets broke the law when they quoted me a false shipping date of "on or before April 12." I will repeat, I did not and I do not accept their coupon for 10% off my next purchase with them because I will never use their scam again. but for the record, I was only offered that coupon when I complained that I had selected those specific tickets because they claimed to be delivered by email, and then I was asked for my physical address for them to be shipped. no wonder Revdex.com does not accredit them, and honestly never should.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
