It's was simple and easy, definitely would guy again from this site.
Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. At Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or...
generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The price Ms. [redacted] mentioned refers to the face value of her tickets. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets does not own tickets, therefore does not set the price at which tickets are listed. Instead, the listing price is set by the individual seller based on their personal assessments of a range of factors, including customer demand. This fact is noted on the listing, checkout, and homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by Consol Energy Center.” When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets for the [redacted] Orchestra event occurring on 12/27/2016, she was directed to her checkout page. Here Ms. [redacted] was prompted to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price of $243.75 in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. As Ms. [redacted] was sufficiently notified of this information prior to placing her order, we consider this matter closed. If Ms. [redacted] has any additional concerns she would like to discuss, we encourage her to contact customer service. Regards, Online City Tickets
Thank you for your response regarding this matter; however, Online City Tickets maintains that all necessary order details were shown to our customer throughout the purchase process. Though our customer has indicated they were redirected from the venue website to our website to purchase tickets, we would like to note that this is inaccurate. The transparent website our customer visited has no affiliation with any venue or box office and is clearly notated as such. At the top of the website’s homepage, it is stated, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” On the right-hand side of the same page, we also further clarify, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by Pavilion at the Music Factory.” Our customer was provided ample opportunity to review these details prior to entering shipping and billing information on the checkout page. Online City Tickets does not own or generate tickets as a primary box office; all tickets listed for sale on our site are priced by individual resellers. As Online City Tickets acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers, we must ensure policies are fair to both parties. We are unable to offer our customer a refund and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the secondary market industry. This policy was agreed-to by our customer upon checkout after they entered their shipping and billing information. As we have adequately addressed all of our customer’s concerns, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue. Online City Tickets has provided a resolution to this matter that is amicable to both parties. As noted, Ms. [redacted] has filed a dispute with her financial institution. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we encourage Ms. [redacted] to follow up with her bank for more information regarding the resolution we provided. As such, we consider this matter resolved, and hope that Ms. [redacted] will consider Online City Tickets for her future event ticket needs. If she has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we encourage her to contact a member of our customer service team. Regards,Online City Tickets

questions about an order or our website, we welcome her to reach out to us.
Thank you,
OnlineCityTickets.com
I was initially charged $1.00 on my bank account before I submitted an order and I also didn't like that there was the price advertised and than additional cost for downloads especially when I am printing the tickets with my own ink and using my own paper. And the price for download for 2 tickets is 2x the price for it. I don't have to do that when I order tickets elsewhere for the [redacted] center.
I found a good price for a very good seat the day before my event. The electronic download and access to pay via [redacted] made my purchase simple and worry free. This is the second time I have used Online City Tickets and I was just as pleased as the first experience!
Very happy with my results!
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: based on the response, the company did not read my complaint. It specifically says on the email (the email was on 6/19 - not 8/11 as stated in the response) "If there is an issue at the venue, call us immediately at [redacted]" So, why is that printed on the email? We had an issue at the venue and called immediately but there was no one there to answer the phone. Was that on purpose? No one available the night of a concert? I need an answer to this question. This is fraud. I stated that the tickets were not printed before my daughter left for the 2 hour drive. She was excited about getting to the concert. So there is no alternative? You are just out of luck if you forget? There was no other way to get them printed? Were we suppose to lie to the venue? Is that a reasonable expectation? If the company puts that statement out there to call immediately if you have problems at the venue, then the expectation is that you will call that number to get help. We did not get any help. If we would have received help, then this entire situation could have been avoided. The company failed to meet expectations and should have offered another way to get the tickets printed when you are 2 hours from home. My $80.00 is to be refunded immediately as that is the only acceptable resolution.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and on our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office.” Mr. [redacted] claim that Online City Tickets did not deliver the tickets he purchased should be noted as inaccurate. We spoke with Mr. [redacted] about his concerns with his order and reiterated that our site is user-driven and no order can be placed without the customer aware of the order details selected, including ticket section. On 9/7 Mr. [redacted] selected tickets in Section N1 Row 1 for the [redacted] Halloween/Nightmare Before Christmas- Live to Film eventat the Hollywood Bowl on 10/30 and was then navigated to our checkout page. From there, he was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the section and row, price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. We have discussed this order with Mr. [redacted] and offered a courtesy resolution which Mr. [redacted] accepted. Mr. [redacted] valid and authentic tickets in the section he selected were delivered on 9/28 prior to his event on 10/30. As such, we consider this matter closed. Regards,Online City Tickets
Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. We made multiple attempts to reach out to Ms. [redacted], prior to cancelling her order, regarding the pricing error on her orders but we were unable to reach her. As we have stated in our sales terms and conditions, which she agreed to prior to completing her purchase, pricing errors do occur on rare occasions and as a result we have provided Ms. [redacted] with a refund of both orders. As it currently stands, these orders have been cancelled and we have exhausted all possible resolutions. If Ms. [redacted] wishes to discuss this with our management team she may reach out to us at any time.Regards,Online City Tickets
Thank you! I was most excited and also great communication! A+++++++
I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for Christmas with Elton John tickets. I was in a hurry to [redacted] some good seats within minutes of them going on sale. I was planning on spending about $500 total. When I got to the Arena's website, I didn't realize I had been directed to the Online City Tickets website. I looked at the arena map where I planned on being, and no tickets were available. I looked at being closer, and clicked, and got it.
The tickets "looked" like they were going to be within 5 rows for $2,000. I was nervous and on a 10 minute work break. I clicked to purchase. I thought well, it's a price you can't put on an experience like that.
Disappointingly, after reading what I had just done, I saw I would be guaranteed 2 seats somewhere between rows 1-20. I thought that was strange. The tickets were to be fed-exed to me enough time before the concert, but the company changed that to getting them emailed to me the night before the show. After several communications through emails & phone calls, I could not get a refund so close to the concert date.
To make this long story short, we were in row 18, I got ripped off! Someone I work with got better seats in row 10 for less than $400 on Stub Hub.
I emailed them saying I would never use Online City Tickets again, that they ripped me off, and I don't agree with their business practices!
tickets will not be avail until next Aug., so we haven't 'received' the product- however, we have been given confirmation and updates- and the process has gone smoothly.

facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. We would like to provide clarification to Mr. [redacted] concerns. Mr. [redacted] placed two orders, filled by separate sellers, for a Slipknot with [redacted] event which took place on 8/26/2016. Mr. [redacted] later contacted us on 8/27/2016 stating that he was denied entry into his event. In the highly rare event that we receive a report of tickets being invalid, Online City Tickets acts quickly to conduct a detailed investigation into the matter. If the customer's claim is substantiated, our 100% Money Back Guarantee ensures that the customer will receive a full refund for their order. In the case of Mr. [redacted], our thorough investigation resulted in verification that the tickets he received for order [redacted] were in fact valid for entry to this event. For this reason, Mr. [redacted] is not due to receive a refund, per the agreed-to terms and conditions. However, an issue was discovered with order [redacted]; as such, per our guarantee, he was issued a full refund on 9/2/2016. This information was clarified to Mr. [redacted] in an email in September when this refund was issued. Mr. [redacted] later inquired about his orders in October, at this point we reiterated this information and clarified that as there was no issue with his tickets for order number [redacted], this order would not be eligible for a refund.Nevertheless, we have since attempted to contact Mr. [redacted]. We provided Mr. [redacted] with a one-time courtesy resolution. As we have fully addressed Mr. [redacted] concerns, adhered to our guarantee, and provided a resolution, we consider this matter resolved.Regards,Online City Tickets

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms.[redacted] concerns. We should explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online resale marketplace,...
which means we do not own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue." The prices of tickets on our site are set by the individual ticket sellers, not OnlineCityTickets, in accordance with their assessments of market factors such as customer demand. This means that ticket prices can fluctuate at any time, and sellers are notified as soon as an order is placed--a practice disclosed throughout our website and the order process. Furthermore, because customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties.
Because so many sellers list tickets on our site, and because the prices of these tickets often change, typographical errors on that part of sellers that leads to pricing errors do occur in very rare cases. OnlineCityTickets was notified of such a pricing error from the seller that listed the tickets that Ms[redacted] ultimately selected. As a result, her order was ultimately canceled as a result of this error, and her tickets were invalidated. While we regret that Ms[redacted] experienced such an error with her order, OnlineCityTickets does not own the tickets in question--meaning that this unfortunate occurrence is beyond our control. As mentioned above, our status as an intermediary marketplace means that we do not own tickets--and that sellers alone make the decision to withdraw tickets if they discover they have made an error in pricing or describing a listing. These facts are clearly explained in our Sales Terms and Conditions [redacted] "Since we list tickets from a large number of ticket resellers on our Site, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors within the inventory listed for sale. When an error is found in processing your order you will be notified of the error and provided with available options, if any, as well as the option of cancelling your order."
The terms that Ms[redacted] agreed to at checkout addressed the possibility of the unfortunate error that Ms[redacted] experienced, and Ms[redacted] has since been refunded. While we regret Ms[redacted] unfortunate circumstance, we are unable to meet her desired resolution. If Ms[redacted] has any further questions or concerns about her order, we encourage her to reach out to a member of our management team.
It was easy to get tickets. I was able to print them out right away. When I bought them the site provided me with the row but not the seat number so I did not know how far to the side I was paying for. They need to provide that information.
Fool me once, shame on you! Do not do business with this company. I don't even know how I got redirected and then ripped off by this company. I thought I was buying from Ticketmaster. Bottom line is I ended up being charged $158.30 for two $33.00 tickets. This business took advantage of me. Unfortunately I had been drinking and was in a hurry and didn't notice. Ok I'm a dumbass! But you can bet I will write a review of this business on every review website I can find!
