Thank you for your response regarding this matter. Online City Tickets maintains that Ms. [redacted] was adequately notified she may be paying above face value. As we previously mentioned, the prices listed on our site are set by sellers based on their assessment of customer demand and market value. Additionally, as Ms. [redacted] has accepted our previous response, we consider this matter closed. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact us with any additional concerns she may have regarding her order. Regards, Online City Tickets
Thank you for reaching out to us. At Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely...
facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by [redacted] Field.”Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, U2 with [redacted] and Sons, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $931.06 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of our site that, “We are a resale marketplace. We are not a box office or venue. This site is not owned by any venue. Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order" at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Online City Tickets, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. The fact that customers may be paying above face value is clearly stated throughout the checkout process. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Our customer has indicated that their shipment did not arrive, this is inaccurate. Our customer placed their order on 1/16/2017 and their valid tickets were delivered, and signed for, on 1/20/2017 prior to their event which took place on 5/14/2017. In regards to our 100% Money Back Guarantee, we would like to provide clarification. As stated throughout the website, this guarantee ensures customers will receive their valid tickets prior to their event. This guarantee does not allow for cancellation upon request as Online City Tickets does not own or generate tickets. This is the first we are learning of our customers concerns as, prior to receiving this claim, our customer had not contacted us to address the matter. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.Regards,Online City Tickets
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: When we purchased these tickets we were on what we believed was [redacted] CENTER We were, not once was on ONLINE CITY OR ANY OTHER SITE....we were unaware that these tickets were purchased through this site UNTIL THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH. This whole transaction was to be through [redacted] Centers website...but when final transaction popped up and it came in the email they were through Online City...A company we did not do business with.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Very easy
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: On line City tickets represented that they HAD tickets at the time I submitted my payment information. Only AFTER they had charged my credit card did they reveal that they DID NOT have tickets. Because I was concerned with the likelihood of tickets selling out, I purchased a ticket from the venue itself when they became available.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Disappointed that I am paying over $300 for 2 tickets with one being obstructed view and one limited view. This info should be told to you when selecting seats. I went on live chat with Andrea however she sent info that said that because I agreed to terms seats could not be changed or cancelled. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy play with these poor choice seats.

Online City Tickets, we appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. It should be noted that we are a ticket resale marketplace, meaning that we have no affiliation with any venue or box office and do not own or generate any tickets. This is stated at the top of every page on our website.
Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s claim that her tickets were not sent to her, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. The tickets were purchased on 4/20/16 at 8:26 PM CST, and we have documentation showing that the tickets were sent on 4/21/16 at 8:56 AM CST to Ms. [redacted]'s email address. The subject of the email was, "Download and Print Your eTickets," and the email contained a link to download and print the tickets. Additionally, directly below this link, the following message was displayed in bold print: "You must print out the PDF document to gain entry to the event. The PDF document is your ticket. This email is not valid for entry to the event." We can confirm that Ms. [redacted] did not download her tickets. With contact information listed on our website and on all correspondence, our customer service team is available until Midnight CST every day to assist our customers, and would have been happy to resend the email containing the download link to Ms. [redacted]. However, no issue was reported to us until after the event had passed.
As she has noted, in addition to this current claim Ms. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If Ms. [redacted] has any questions or concerns about the outcome of this dispute, we encourage her to reach out to her financial institution. Online City Tickets has fully adhered to the sales terms and conditions to which Ms. [redacted] agreed prior to purchase, and therefore considers this matter resolved. If she has any further questions or concerns, we invite Ms. [redacted] to contact our customer service team.

generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Ms. [redacted] has stated that she purchased tickets to [redacted] at the [redacted] Rodeo though this is inaccurate. The event Ms. [redacted] purchased tickets for was the 2017 [redacted] Rodeo event though [redacted] was scheduled to be a featured artist. The event later made changes to the featured artists. It appears Ms. [redacted] misunderstood our policies and we would like to provide clarification. Prior to placing her order, Ms. [redacted] was adequately notified of the “all sales are final” policy Online City Tickets has in place. Additionally, our policies clearly state, “All sales are final. A full refund of the purchase price will be given for cancelled events” and “Event date, times, venue and subject matter may change… We shall not be held responsible for any such change and will not be obligated to provide a refund or any other compensation in the event such a change occurs.” Prior to placing her order, Ms. [redacted] selected a check box signifying her agreement to the sales terms and proceeded to place her order. As the main event is the [redacted] Rodeo, the event is still taking place, and Ms. [redacted] tickets will still be valid, she is not due for a refund per the agreed upon policies. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. In regards to Ms. [redacted]' concerns relating to the delivery date of her tickets, though she was provided the Estimated Shipment Date of 3/11/2017, tickets often become available prior to the given date. In Ms. [redacted]' case, her valid tickets are currently in transit and set to be delivered 2/28/2017. On 2/27/2017 she received an email with the tracking number for her to follow along with the delivery progress. We clarified and discussed Ms. [redacted]' concerns when she contacted us on 2/14/2017 and 2/17/2017. As Ms. [redacted]' tickets will still be valid for her event occurring on 3/14/2017, we consider this matter closed. Should Ms. [redacted] have any additional concerns regarding their order; we encourage them to contact our customer service. Regards,Online City Tickets
So far I am satisfied with my purchase and the timeliness of delivery.

artist or venue; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. And yet while Online City Tickets does not own or generate tickets, we do process thousands of successful orders each day—and each order is given the full protection of our 100% Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee promises that any tickets customers purchase on our marketplace will be valid for entry to their event—and that if tickets are deemed invalid, the customer will receive a full refund. In our measures to maintain this high standard, we carefully screen each seller to ensure their listings are legitimate and distributed properly. After investigating this matter with the seller and Ms. [redacted], we have determined that Ms. [redacted]’s tickets were not invalid as she was able to attend the event. As customer service is important to us, Online City Tickets has been in contact with Ms [redacted] and provided an amicable resolution for both parties. As such we consider this matter resolved. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome them to contact a member of our customer service team.Regards,Online City Tickets
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although their response denies that they are responsible for the financial burden requested because they are a third party, they are processing a refund for the requested amount (although untimely and done in poor communication).
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Terrible..... The original coat of the tickets I bought were 81.00 a piece I bought two tickets they charged 141.00 per ticket and a 42.00 service fee per ticket. Outrageous!!!! Do not uae this website

When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets for [redacted] on the Block with [redacted] and Boyz II Men she navigated to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold text. means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, the delivery date and the total price in bolded text. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final.
