I just had a few issues getting my e-tickets,but they responded quickly to my requests

Thank you for reaching out to usAt Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets?"instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersDirectly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venueTicket prices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by [redacted] .”It should be noted that our site is completely user-driven meaning all order details are either selected or in-put by the customerOnce our customer selected the event they were interested in, Florida Georgia Line with ***, they navigated to the ticket listing pageThe top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout processOur customer was presented with the ticket listings available for this eventEach listing includes a drop-down box for customer’s to select the quantity they desireAfter customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout pageHere, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket and another drop-down box to adjust the quantity selectedOur customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery methodAfter a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculatedA complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the pageThis information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment informationCustomers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these termsCustomers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these termsOnce selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their orderOur customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order" at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellersSince our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy?"a standard throughout the industry.Our customer placed their order on 6/15/for four tickets and received their valid tickets immediately prior to their event which took place on 6/17/Before receiving this claim we thoroughly addressed our customer’s concernsAdditionally, we offered a one-time courtesy resolution in the interest of customer service, stepping outside of the agreed to terms; however, our customer declined this offerAs such, we consider this matter closed and welcome our customer to contact us should they have any additional concerns.Regards,Online City Tickets

I was able to purchase the tickets for the event that I am planning to attend with very little difficulty I already downloaded the tickets, and am anxiously waiting for my show

Thank you for your response regarding this matterThough Mr [redacted] continues to press forward, Online City Tickets maintains that all pricing details are disclosed to customers before any order is placed, including Ms [redacted] ’sMr [redacted] continues to indicate that the pricing details were not divulged to Ms [redacted] , as we clarified in our previous response, this is inaccurateMs [redacted] and the agent discussed the pricing details in relation to her order multiple times, including the fees associated with the order, before Ms [redacted] agreed to the final price, our sales terms and conditions, and proceeded to have her order placed.Since responding to the initial claim, we have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and offered a second resolution; however, this offer was also declinedAs we have fully adhered to the sales terms, delivered Ms [redacted] ’s valid tickets prior to her event, and adequately addressed Mr [redacted] ’s concerns we consider this matter closedIf Mror Ms [redacted] wishes to accept either resolution we have offered, we encourage them to contact our customer service.Regards,Online City Tickets

This website advertised itself as the box office for my tickets After I received the tickets, I was informed that this is a site that resells tickets I feel like I was ripped off by the website

That is not accurate information The company has not made any efforts to resolve issue with customer and many others have complained about the same issues with website functionality The charge of $was NOT authorized We have repeatedly stated the same claim We will go to all measures until this is rectified It is too bad this company is so desperate to rip off customers that it cannot come to a resolution We didn't even use the tickets because this is an extreme hardship for our family of There have been hundreds of complaints filed recently and that's horrible business practice I will be on a mission to draw attention to this company, horrible business practices, and fraudulent actions on customers We completely REJECT business response!
