I am rejecting this response because: This is a delay tactic by My Pillow Everything they needed to issue a RMA for me to return BOTH pillows (paid & "free") was included with my original complaint A "day money day guarantee" seems simple enough I sorry but at this stage I would not doubt that My Pillow will claim that the day return period is been exceeded.I will try one last time with MY Pillow.My Pillow can contact me by phone at 897-on Tuesday, January between 12:noon and 12:pm Easten Standard Time (EST) (that would be 11:am to 11:am Central Standard Time (CST)) with a RMA for return.OR To make it even easier, My Pillow can issue me a RMA number for return to the two pillows (paid & "free") for refund via email to me at: thomasdavida@mail.com Which is the exact same email which they have had since I placed the original order with them back in November 2106. The promo code was given with my order and for some reason the decision to just give me a 30% discount for king size pillow was made without my consent instead of receiving the buy one get one promotion that I expected. I returned the pillow unopened with the label that Sarah emailed my wife on Saturday. The bottom line is that I requested one pillow using the my*** code and did not receive the second pillow. As far as I am concerned this was advertising. If I wanted just one pillow I would not have used the my*** code

I am rejecting this response because: during the check out process, your website allowed multiple gift cards to be entered (as multiple products previously ordered over the holidays were registered) AND confirmed with CSR the amount before order would've been cancelled and was advised the amount would be the $- on your "thank you for registering your product warranty emails" there is nothing saying only one per order can be used --- very dishonest business practices/unethical and down right deceivingMy Pillow should be ashamed and the Revdex.com rating (REVOKED) obviously was earned and well deserved. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!!!

You advertise try at no charge, you say phones are open 24/and each time I called I waited to talk to someone but after too much time I left a very detailed message that I wanted to return the merchandise and get the RMA # but when my calls were returned your staff just said were returning your callNo infoNo resolveWhy can't you just give the information? The customer paid $for 2-business day shipping by FedEx on 12/4/17. The package was delivered on 12/11/17, well within the 2-business day shipping time frame

The customer did not enter a promo code to receive discount.  The customer cancelled the order and received a refund.

As previously stated, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  This specific policy is not stated on their website.   I never received a packing slip since I purchased from a craft show.  This policy needs to be made very clear when purchasing from the website, TV commercial, or any type of trade shows.  I also think that it needs to be made clear that the free pillow you receive in the Buy One Get One Free deal, is not really free since you would have to return it if you didn't like your original pillow purchased.  I appreciate My Pillow doing the ethical thing and issuing me my refund, but better policies and they way they are presented need to be worked on.

I am rejecting this response because:
No thank you on the offer to take additional money from me. I do not trust the integrity of the company as I feel this method to have consumers pay a higher price to avoid providing 2 pillows at a loss to company profit or during a supply chain issue at Christmas should be tolerated in the business community. How about My Pillow providing the second pillow as complimentary? exactly how many consumers made this same complaint  this is not an isolated issue.

I am unable to locate this customer by name, phone number or order number that has been provided.

WHO WANTS TO TEST A PILLOW FOR $22.00? THE CLAIM ON THE COMMERCIAL WAS 'AT ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO YOU', AND WE WANT OUR ENTIRE AMOUNT BACK. WHEN THE PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO FIND OUT HOW TO RETURN THE PILLOW, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT SAID THAT IF WE BOUGHT THE RETURN LABEL THROUGH THE COMPANY, WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND. WHEN THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT CAME IN THE MAIL, IT WAS CLEAR THERE WAS NOT AN ENTIRE REFUND.IN SHORT, THE COMPANY HAS DECEPTIVE PRACTICES TO SELL A POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. THERE IS NO WAY THAT AMOUNT FOR SHIPPING CAN BE  JUSTIFIED

They have no record of receiving it because they don’t want to have a record of receiving it uncanny. It wasn’t until  I left a message telling them that if I didn’t get a call back I would be contacting the Revdex.com that I finally received a call back after the fifth car. I will be looking through every single receipt in my taxes just in case it went there, but I suggest they keep looking for my return because they have Two extra pillows in their warehouse that I returned over a month ago.
