What I REJECT is the company's INABILITY to state clearly that the actual cost for ONE PILLOW is $99.00 plus shipping. That's an outrageous amount to be charged for ONE PILLOW. That should have been the cost for both pillows. I would never recommend this company because the advertisements are simply NOT CLEAR since they do NOT state the actual cost of the pillow for the INITIAL COST. One pillow at $99.00 is out of range of every pillow on the market today. The gimmick is clear: you buy the ONE pillow at the outrageous price of $99 plus shipping and THEN they'll send the second one 'free'. NOTHING is free with this deceptive company. Why is it so hard to be up-front and honest with the customer and just state the actual price of the pillow as $99.00. I have told everyone I know that unless you're willing to pay the FULL PRICE of the $99 plus shipping you will never see the 'free' pillow. Is it a great pillow. It's OK, nothing great, nothing that Mr. [redacted] says so in his TV promos. He and aluminum siding hustlers have a lot in common.

I am rejecting this response because: This is false advertising, there was no option to select a "premium" pillow nor was there a mention of a premium pillow in the radio announcement.  I purchased two additional King pillows in Bed Bath and Beyond and they are the exact SAME feel except the ones on line were Queen.  There is absolutely no difference in the feel of the pillows. I also found my receipt, according to the description it says "standard/Queen pillow".  Additionally according to my receipt I placed the order #387647410 on November 8th.  According to the radio advertisement if I purchased BEFORE Veterans day I would receive two pillows for free!  Since Veteran's day is the 11th I clearly met that requirement.  I did not get what was offered.  Clearly they have an issue as I see from your web site you rated them an "F" and I agree with your rating.  While the pillow is nice the customer service is horrible.
