Unfortunately I am unable to refund your money in its entirety, as you are past your 60 day money back guarantee.   You were charged $10.58 on 11/11/16 for a prepaid label.  I have refunded you the $10.58 today and you should see the refund in 2-7 business days.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not believe that they are being honest. Admit nothing, deny everything and make counter accusations! Shameful. As stated, the transaction was authorized by me at the correct price. The later email had a discount, but a different discount. So, their answer today has changed again. Worse than hearing excuses from a teenager. I expect others to follow suit unless you can make them be honest. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am sorry but we took down the buy one get one free offer in January, 2017 (no ads have ran since with that offer). We recently launched a 2 pack offer and with a promo code you receive free shipping.  The price for the 2 pack offer is $99.98, plus tax where applicable.
