As I stated to customer service for My Pillows and in my complaint to the Revdex.com I NEVER RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS WITH MY PILLOWS ON HOW TO RETURN THEMIf I would have gotten this information I would have returned them the way they state BUT I NEVER GOT IT

How do I know you didn't receive them??? You keep telling me I didn't return them the correct way in which I have said over and over I did not get the return instructions along with my pillowsHow convenient that now you are saying you did not get them backThis is not fair and I will continue to fight this because I did send them back and now I should be out the pillows and $just not right
