They are telling it's my mistake because I didn't ask about my cash ($300), but I asked them by phone in 12-30-after days after I received my order (TV)Then they sent the coupon after minutes from my call, but the coupon was invalid.So I would like to ask, how is it my mistake? I asked them when I didn't receive my cash
