ACA has reviewed the Transunion credit reporting and have found the information in the report to be accurate. We will send Ms. [redacted] a copy of the history we are reviewing by secured email so she can compare it to the report she has obtained. The report we are reviewing does not include any payment information and comes directly from Transunion. We look forward to resolving this matter.

We have attached a copy of the contract for Ms. [redacted]’s review. The contracted payment schedule was 72 monthly payments of $404.19 due on the 19th of each month beginning 4/19/2014. However, six monthly payment extensions, as well as paying after the payment due date, have affected the amount of interest that has accrued. Accordingly, the current maturity date (if Ms. [redacted] makes timely monthly payments going forward with no further extensions) is 9/19/2020. Regarding the amount of the payment which is applied to principal and interest, this is dependent upon the number of days between payments. Paying after the monthly due date causes more of the payment to be applied to interest. We would be happy to discuss this further with Ms. [redacted]. We tried to reach her at the phone number showing on the Revdex.com complaint on 3/29, 4/2 and 4/4. We will be glad to speak to Ms. [redacted] at her convenience. She can call Karen R[redacted] at 864-[redacted] or me at 864-[redacted] during regular business hours.

confusion this situation has caused. ACA, at the request of the customer, will notate the account that she wishes to receive statements but would prefer not to receive phone calls. both checks had been received from [redacted] Auto Finance on October 30. They had been forwarded to ACA’s Payment Processing department. However, the payment processing agent, not realizing that Ms. [redacted] had two accounts with ACA, was processing one of the checks as a duplicate check. It would have been returned to [redacted]. However, upon receipt of the complaint, ACA caught the error, and the check was applied to the appropriate account on November 3, with an effective date of October 30. The account now reflects as paid in full. We apologize for the confusion this situation has caused and appreciate Ms. [redacted]’s business. If she has any further questions, she can contact me at 864-[redacted] or [redacted].com. Keith K[redacted] Customer Experience Manager

the way he has handled his account. We apologize for the confusion surrounding how payments are applied to his account. ACA applies the payments as outlined in the contract and payments are always applied in accordance with ACA’s Payment Allocation Order. ACA’s Payment Allocation Order is as follows: 1. Repossession fees, if any 2. Interest (currently due) 3. Principal (current and past due) 4. All other fees (such as late fees and non-sufficient funds fees (NSF)) 5. Remaining principal Any amount collected that exceeds the Total Amount Due (Interest, Principal and Fees) will be applied to Principal. Whenever Mr. [redacted] made a payment, we applied his payment to the accrued interest first, then the remainder to the principal. We have also included a copy of ACA’s Simple Interest flyer which will provide additional information concerning interest accumulation on the account. If he should have any additional questions or issues, he can contact me at 864-[redacted] or [redacted]@acacceptance.com. Keith K[redacted] Customer Experience Manager
