Mobility Plus Homecare Reviews (398)

We are sorry the situation occurred, but due to the severely delinquent status on the account, ACA was unable to hold the repossession.  It is recommended that a customer keep their account current in the event something unforeseen happens so there is time to make alternate arrangements.  ACA does make courtesy calls to customers, but it is their responsibility to make payments according to the terms of the contract.

Your wrong there was no courtesy call I have the phone records to prove that I guess it’s company practice to lie thru your teeth to the customer because not only did your representative lie to me now you are too. I did call to make arrangements and we had a confirmation number YOU the company had my credit card information so don’t tell me about calling and making arrangements. Just admit that you were wrong and that’s it’s not about helping your customers and it’s all about getting as much money off of them as you can. ACA did nothing to help me and according to some of the reviews I’ve read about your company you’ve done the same thing to many other people. I will take this to social media and show everyone that’s on Facebook and Twitter what you did to me and my family

[redacted] In response to ACA:This I am sure is not the first time that you have dealt with a situation like this. The moment a customer misses a payment interest is accumulated.  We have done everything we were to do and it is disappointing that this was not resolved in a timely manner. We have suffered  greatly due to the loss if the vehicle and our account still showing as active as id we still posses the SUV. OUR FREDIT SCORE HAS BEEN GREATLY  AFFECTED AND SHOWS DEFAULT PAYKENT....WE HAD FULL COVEATE, GAP AND A WARRENTY.  ACA  DENIED us a loan AND required a $3300 down payment or co-signer. ABSOLUTELY  NOT. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.DISGUSTED AND FURIOUS CUSTOMER,[redacted]

We are sorry to hear Mr. [redacted] is unsatisfied with our response.  We will be available If he or his attorney would like to discuss the account.

I agreed to a 72 month loan which includes the interest, with ACA. I was not told nor does the contract say I would be penalized for paying the loan early. I was told by an agent that I would have to still pay the interest for the duration of the loan even though I'm no longer borrowing money and on...

asside from that I pay $4 a day until the loan is paid. He said that if I continue paying the loan on a monthly basis, I would be paying more than the $7000 owed. I don't. understand why when the interest is calculated into the loan. And if I pay it off earlier, why would I still owe the interest even though I'm no longer borrowing money?? Also, I don't understand why I'm required ro pay $4 per day in addition to payment?? For a 2008 Yaris with no power locks, no power steering, no cruise control I was charged $10998 and by the rime I pay the 7year loan, it will be $20,000 and nor to mention the $4 per day I'm being charged is ridiculous and the law should not allow it. All I wanted was to get a pay off amount so rhat I could save some money and get drom under this loan and I was rold I couldn't and I'll be paying interest on a 7 year loan regardless if I pay earlier. And continuing the loan for the time, I will pay even more. Sorry for being redundant, but this is a crime!!! It's not right!!!
