I am rejecting this response because:I have called several occasional and left message with the front desk receptionist. Her response to me was that all manager were busy and that someone will return my call. I also emailed Corey H[redacted] who was my sales associate and he also failed to response to me. I also stop by to see a manager and waited for an hour and nothing. I have not been able to even drive my car for two weeks because of the issue I came across with this car. I had to get the vehicle towed to a Mercedes Benz dealer due to your company failing to respond to me or returned any of my calls. I also purchase "Extended Warranty" and nothing is cover under this warranty. So technically i'm paying for a vehicle that I can't drive. I'm not satisfied at all with the services nor do I feel safe driving this vehicle. I had to replace tires, windshield wiper and other items that the dealer is working on. As you are aware I'm protected under the "Lemon Law" and I have consulted with an attorney regarding this.
