I am rejecting this response because: this is exactly why I was so off with themThey don't admitted their mistake as offering the cars with car accidents reportHowever, the one I had deposited, didn't have any accident report and car owner, or interior or exterior, engine, power seat, maintenance, everything they had was NOT matched with my carThere was only one car matched with my car was the one with higher priceBut they DID NOT compromise AT ALLI hope they are STOP lies on their defenseHope they learn what brings more business into their businessBAD, HORRIBLE, WORST!!!

I am rejecting this response because: Auto Holding is saying they will buy the car back at a fair price, but Auto Holding knows that I am still financing this vehicle, buying the car back at a reasonable price will not solve my issue if I am still paying for a car that I no longer have in my possession. There is currently a note left on this car at almost 15,000. Is Auto Holding saying that they will pay off the loan that is still on the car?

I am rejecting this response because: The salesman & the manager told me I can take it anywhere to be fixed and it would be covered, they didn't tell me about there facility tell after the job was completed, they told me if I would have taken it to there facility, it would have been covered, which makes no sense so does that mean the warranty company pick and choose who they will pay? I recoreded the Conversation, why tell me to take it to any license facility if it's not covered? They assured me it would be that's the only reason I purchased the car. The rep at park ave BMW spoke to the salesmen (rick) he stated the car was covered and he will get the manager involved to resolve this. I will them involved also cause they record all there's phone inquiries.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have put OVER $1,000.00 into this car within the last 20 days.... that "WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT" that would not even pass Inspection.  The darn oil wasn't even changed on it!For a nice, high end Car dealership, I was shocked that they did this!  Lied to me about the car.......Lied to me about the finance rate.......Could not even change the oil!  Was down a quart when we checked it AT the dealership! Come on people! This is crazy.....I'm returning the key and Fob that isn't working......That I was charged a extra $200 (Which I want a refund on)  The key does NOT turn and the electric start isn't working.....  
Sending the key and Fob out tomorrow.....Been working extra hours to pay for all the repairs on this car!

For a business with almost a five star rating, it's surprising to see this quality of customer service. I am curious to know if the General Manager, Tony R is being made aware of this conversation?

As with every customer, we break down all fees and pricing on the contract at time of signing. The buyer than has to review the documents and sign everything. Our finance team always asks prior to signatures that the buyer fully understands everything on the contract. Upon confirmation, we complete...

the paperwork and the transaction. Although not required, we always offer a return policy to our customers. In order to protect our cars and business we do charge a restocking fee. Our advertisements always show that there is a fee to return the vehicle and pricing of the vehicle does not include all fees and taxes associated with the transaction. I am rejecting this response because: Can you please send a break down of the contract and the fees so I can review before coming to your office.  Once that is sent and it satisfactory as for I have talked to the company I have financed through [redacted] and they don't see the credit of $4000.00 for my trade in. Once this is received we will be able to close out this case.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes they said they would offer us a replacement, then they said that they couldn't find one. But they were certainly happy enough to put us in a more expensive vehicle. I don't work with liars and crooks. That is what this dealership did and is.... What dealership asks if you are still on your way, and is holding the car and then 40 minutes(literally) right after, (5 minutes before we arrive) calls and said they sold it, to a person who came in, didn't want to test drive it, had a 800 credit score and was like we had to sell it immediately and they drove away and had all the paper work etc done, with in the 40 minutes from when they called to ask if we were still on our way to the 5 minutes before we got there.... The whole thing is fishy, and I am not biting.

This is becoming repetitive int he sense where we asked the buyer to contact us directly so that we can get to a mutual understanding without sending messages to each other every few days. This cycle would never end. We want to help and do what we can, but we need you to meet us going in the same direction.
