brothers heating & air have servied my units for 14 years
[redacted] always does a great job of maintain and repairs to both units
and keeps the units fresh and up to date --- but the best part is [redacted] is always friendly and professional and easy to speak with and he explains each step to me -
We had our countertop replaced over a 2 day period and Brothers did the disconnect and reconnect of the plumbing system. Brothers met all scheduled dates and times. Their tech (xxxxx) was efficient, helpful, courteous and neat in appearance as was his assistant. It was a pleasure to have their service.
We had a very comfortable and professional experience getting our water heater replaced by xxxxx with Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Well worth it.
I have done business multiple times with Brothers before and since their merger to xxxxx and the biggest reason we have stayed with them is there customer service and professional attitude on the job site.\r\n\r\nToday we had Plumbing don and xxxxx the technician was knowledgeable and offered solutions based on the age of the part, cost options and then let use make the choice. He completed his work, checked it, and then had us inspect it for satisfaction.\r\n\r\nAgain a great job from the whole Brothers Team.\r\n\r\n
I had my maintenance check-up this past week & Brother's Air did a fantastic job. They called to let me know when the technician was coming, the technician was on time, professional & polite. He checked both units. We informed him we heard some noise coming from one of the units & he fixed the problem. He was very courteous & caring. He wrote out his diagnosis & continued on his way. It was definitely one of the best experiences we have had. Job well done.
The service plumber arrived on time and he was very efficient in replacing the garbage disposal. He made sure everything is working before leaving and he was very polite. Great job!!!
We purchased and had our heating and air system installed by Brothers Air & Heat Inc. We also entered into a maintenance contract with them. The service technician who was sent out recently did an excellent and thorough inspection and replaced a few things that were still under warranty. The technician took the time to explain and answer all of our questions, Thank you Brothers for your service. We highly recommend them.
THE BROTHERS REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME TO MY HOME TO DO MY HEATING INSPECTION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY!
On time,kept to the initial schedule and sent two performers of talent to do a job without delay.Front office precise billing from the initial estimate without extra charges. Payment options were agreed to and and main owner showed up for the final inspection prior to final cleanup.The workers were glad to see their boss,a rarity saying something very positive about their employer.I would highly recommend that a customer request either xxxxx or xxxxx for a water heater or any other plumbing challenge.Thanks for the quick service,Brothers Heating and the professional demeanor to keep a customer satisfied.....If you have questions they will answer them..............xxxxx 3-7-16 xxxxx NC

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Their customer service is over and above any company's that I have ever dealt with. I have had both a hot water installed and an AC unit. Their personnel are professional in appearance and manner. If you need to call, they are polite and heloful.
I have utilized both the heating, cooling and plumbing services of Brothers for at least 11 years. They installed a new heating cooling system for me in 2013. Every technician, salesperson, and office person I have dealt with was trained, efficient, and friendly to my needs.
Review: We used Manhattan Apartments Inc. to broker an apartment at [redacted], owned by the [redacted] Management Corporation. Our brokers at Manhattan Apartments were [redacted] and [redacted]. At the time of our lease signing, they gave us a 'Financial Summary/Fee Agreement' stating the following: $2,900.00 for Security Deposit, $2,900.00 First Month's Rent, $2,900.00 Last Month's Rent, $375.00for Application Fees, $5,220.00 for Broker's Fee....making the total $14,295.00. We deposited $3,150.00 to hold the apartment and application, and then owed $11,145.00 at the lease signing. Making the total amount of monies paid to Manhattan Apartments Inc., $14,295.00. These costs were split between the three tenants: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].
When we vacated our apartment, our management company, [redacted] Management Copr., informed us that we would were only owed our security deposit. We did pay our last month's rent because we had expected to resign our lease. Therefore we had expected our last month and security deposit returned to us, totaling $5,800.00.
After a lengthy discussion with multiple people at [redacted] Management Corp, we have discovered that Manhattan Apartments only paid [redacted] Management Corp $5,800.00, instead $8,700.00 as agreed upon by the 'Financial Summary/Fee Agreement'.
We tried to contact Manhattan Apartments, but it appears that they closed in December 2012. The contact information for our brokers is also inactive. The various numbers listed for Manhattan Apartments go straight to voicemail. The [redacted] of Manhattan Apartments was [redacted], we have discovered many news reports documenting the financial mishandling by his company.
We believe that Manhattan Apartments stole $2,900.00 from us by not remitting the agreed funds upon to [redacted] Management Corp. on our behalf.Desired Settlement: We would like the return of our money not given to [redacted] Management Corp.
