We experienced a great visit from Brothers Air tech. [redacted] He was a very likable service tech. to represent the heating and cooling company. Very professional and personable. Very, what we believe to be, honest with the condition of our heating unit. The diagnosis of the visit was positive and fixed within a few hours. We've been customers of Brothers Air for several years now but we were most impressed with this particular technician, [redacted] Thanks.
xxxxx was on time and very courteous and professional the entire time he was at my house. He performed the check thoroughly and complimented the installation, etc. We found a common ground and talked for a few minutes before he left. I would highly recommend xxxxx and Brothers to everyone.

I have been a customer of Bros HVAC for 15+ years and every experience from seasonal maintenance to installing a new system to quick problem resolution has been efficient and professional. The techs are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Bros HVAC to anyone needing that service.
Plumber arrived within 2 hours of call and replaced in warranty food disposal . Very professional, friendly and courteous employee. He coordinated getting the replacement disposal with xxxxx. A xxxxx store employee delivered it within 30 minutes. Very happy with their service, would definitely use again !

I purchased an entire AC system from Brother's in 2008 and I have had over 30 service calls for repairs for the life of the unit. Too many times to count, the unit has had a major failure and a part needed has kept us without AC or heat for weeks. They have never showed up for several appointments and my freon needs to be topped off every visit and they still can not find the leak.
Brother's has replaced the ac and heat-pump units twice without success.
Bad service company selling customers unreliable products. Do not be fooled.

xxxxx performed pre-season AC check ups on our home and a rental property. He was on time, friendly, did a thorough job, and explained what he found and had done. I have already recommended Brothers to a friend!
[redacted] was very professional. He kept was informed as he checked our heater. He was very thorough and tested the system and stayed here to made sure it was working perfectly. My wife and I were very impressed with [redacted].
I have been with Brothers Heating Cooling and Plumbing for 14 years. The service techs are great. They have always given great service and always explain anything they do in an easy to understand way. [redacted] has serviced both heating and air several times and is very knowledgeable and is always very friendly. I would recommend Brothers to anyone. They are the best.
I am writing this as a follow up to a complaint I filled with the Revdex.com. Long story short, Brothers installed a complete HVAC system in my home less than two years ago. The system cost over $13,000 and entering my second cold weather season the system broke due to a faulty circuit board. Brothers prides its self of having the industry's best warranty of 10 years on parts, but thats where the problem begains. I called Brothers to schedule a repair tech to come fix the problem and was told there would be an $89 service charge to get the tech to my home. Not a problem due to a warranted part and I understand nothings free in this world, the tech arrived and after 10 minutes called me at work and said he found nothing wrong with my system. I had to redirect him to look again and I offered him information I read from the owners manual. After 30 minutes the tech called again with the ( good news / bad news ). The computer board is defective but its under warranty and that he was going to order the part, sounds great but just the labor alone to replace the part is $448. add that with the service charge the total cost for Brothers to stand behind the system they installed in my home is $537. I was absolutely shocked so I decided to look up the part in question, turns out I can purchase the part my self for $140. Im willing to bet Brothers gets parts cheaper than the average consumer. Point is Brothers uses the Revdex.com logo on their website and that makes consumers feel better when hiring this contractor only to find later that once again its all a scam. After I complained about the labor cost I was sent a $50 off coupon. Why would I ever let them back in my home for a second shot at my hard earn money. Please before you judge me do the math for yourself and see if you would hire these guys. Read this review again. How many people have been held hostage by contractors like this and suffered a financial hardship because they seen the Revdex.com logo along with a promise of great service on an add and thought they were buying piece of mine, only to realize they made a big mistake. My system has been broke for 2 months but thank God I have a working fireplace. I will not let them back into my home and im currently looking for an honest repair man and i'm sure i'll find one. Revdex.com, you may choose not to entertain this and think i'm just another angry consumer but you would be surprised what I do for a living.
We were having some issues with our AC unit that was fairly new. They called me back to tell me the service rep would be at our house the following day and called when he was actually enroute to our home. xxxxx. was very informative and gave us suggestions that would help us with maintenance on our unit. He had to order a part and said they would call to schedule the installation. Thank you for the prompt service!
