The Heating and Air division of Brothers has always been excellent but xxxxx was very thorough and even identified other issues not relating to my A/C unit. xxxxx identified a gas leak.
xxxxx was efficient, thorough, and very nice and friendly. He answered all of our questions, and offered explanations for what he did.
All technicians from Brothers have been quite good so far, but [redacted] was really exceptional. His thoroughness in checking the systems and his politeness, actually his whole demeanor, were outstanding. From now on I will always ask for him personally to check our HVAC systems.
I had a water leak when replacing my kitchen faucet. The first plumber wanted nearly $250 each for repairing the leak and another $250 to replace my faucet with my supplied faucet. Seemed high so I paid the $59. For the estimate.
Called xxxxx who uses Brothers to install kitchen and bath. Had the nicest tech who repaired the leak and installed the xxxxx faucets for about $ 150.
Brothers has been our go-to company for years now. They have never been anything but the definition of professional. If there was a six star review, they would get it! Great equipment. Great service.
I called Brothers early Saturday morning and within a couple hours I had a technician at my home. The problem was pretty simple a broken connection under the kitchen sink. However it turned out that the connection in question was a xxxxx connection and could not be resolved without using the xxxxx parts. The faucet could have been changed, but the Brothers technician was very open and honest. He recommended I call xxxxx as there is a life time guarantee. I did and they supplied the part free of charge despite being 9 years old. I must highly commend the Brothers technician for his honesty. We have all experienced these onsite situations were we are sold something we didn't really need. NOT in this case! Thanks Brothers.
We had a regular maintenance scheduled for early December, but woke up and the downstairs heat wasn't working. Gave Brother's a call to see if the appointment could be moved up and they said that would not be a problem. A couple of hours later xxxxx showed up and did an outstanding job. Turned out the regular maintenance took care of all of our problems. xxxxx was very polite, took the time to explain everything to us clearly and so we could understand everything. We've been using Brother's for years and will continue to do so.
Yesterday I called Brothers Air & Heat requesting for a plumbing specialist. My request was scheduled for today afternoon. Around 11:45AM I got a phone call from Brothers to let me know that xxxxx would arrive in 30 minutes. Punctually xxxxx arrived as scheduled, professionally inspect the place where my issue was located, let me know his plan to fix my issue, discussed the price, then in few minutes my issue was fixed and for less than the initial quote. xxxxx cleaned the area where he worked. I really recommend xxxxx for plumbing services.
I am one of Brothers customers since 2015. I am a happy customer having a maintenance agreement with Brothers for Air & Heat services. I also highly recommend the company for cooling and heating.
The technician came a day later than was originally promised. Its been a warm summer and I'm sure they are busy. They did waive the service call due to this. The heat pump was under warranty from Brothers so I was only responsible for the labor. The technician said 2 parts were bad and a third was likely to go bad so I agreed to have all 3 parts replaced not knowing that the cost for labor was based on how many parts were replaced not the amount of time it took. 3 parts were replaced at $224 each for a total of $672. The technician replaced the 3 parts in less than an hour. It seems excessive for the cost to be so high for an hours work. This process also gives the technician incentive to find more parts to replace as it would increase the cost.
I am in the Brothers Heating & Air preferred customer program and recently purchased a new HVAC from them. The installation went smoothly even though extraordinary measures had to be taken to get the new bigger unit in place. Understandably, the removal of the old unit resulted in a few nicks in the walls. Brothers sent out a repairman (xxxxx) who did a perfect job.
The guys delivered what was promised. They were very business like and efficient.
xxxxx came out to my house today to do the 6 month maintenance on my heat pump. He was friendly, knew what he was doing and best of all, didn't try to sell my anything. He won my trust! I was very pleased with the work he did and plan on having him return in 6 months.

I have [redacted] to help me install toilet. [redacted] is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When [redacted] opened the toilet package, there was one piece, a tank, missing. He immediately contacted the company to find the missing piece. Sure enough they had a special delivery to my house. [redacted] did a wonderful job. Thank you [redacted].
xxxxx was our Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing service technician today. She is the BEST we have ever had to address our HVAC needs, and we'll ask for her by name in the future. A pleasure to have in our home, incredibly knowledgeable, and diligent. She left us confident and extremely satisfied with her work. We highly recommend Brothers and xxxxx for handling your HVAC needs!

xxxxx came out from Brothers to fix my plumbing problem. They provide service on weekends at no extra charge, which is great when you have water backing up in your toilets. I had a clog in my main drain and xxxxx cleared the clog quickly. xxxxx was great and provided excellent customer service!
My experience with [redacted] was absolutely first rate. He arrived at the time I was given by the operator, and acted professionally during the entire time it took him and a supervisor who later joined the quest for a solution to the problem with my recently installed xxxxx heating and air conditioning unit. The process took over 9 hours and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it, but only because [redacted] was so convincingly upbeat.
Service technician xxxxx was very prompt with time & took time with the maintenance as he explained just what he was doing as well as things we may want to add to the unit to help in the life of the unit. He took time to explain the reason for such and answered all questions that were ask. xxxxx was one of the best service technicians to come service our unit and I would highly recommend him for great service as well as explaining all that he is doing. Hope he returns as the next technician when we need one. He gets an A+ in our review.

Great Customer service! I have been a client of them for many, many years and have always received great service. The techs are very nice and professional. They don't tell you that you need something that you don't. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
