Our experiences with Brothers Air & Heat have always been excellent. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

HVAC unit less than three years old stopped cooling early Wed morning. Service call made that afternoon by xxxxx. Due to several problems with the unit, including two separate refrigeration leaks and faulty relay, xxxxx worked for a solid 5 hours to make sure the unit was cooling before he left around 8 that night. Unit was still under warranty so cost to us was $0 for repair. xxxxx was extremely knowledgeable and competent in addition to being a friendly fellow who bothered to explain the entire problem with the unit. He is welcomed here anytime. Brothers also stood behind the warranty on the unit we purchased from them.

We were extremely disappointed with our Brothers Heating & Cooling experience. Being new to the xxxxx area, when our air conditioning broke we asked for a recommendation from another family member. Without hesitation, they recommended Brothers. We called on Thursday to schedule an appointment, and were told a technician wouldn't be available to come out until Friday afternoon. I planned to be home from work early to wait for them to arrive, and were told the technicians worked till 8pm. It wasn't until around 7pm that we were notified the technicians got tied up, and therefore we would need to be rescheduled for Saturday, at a reduced service fee. We spent the day Saturday waiting for them to come; calling at 2pm to confirm we were still on the schedule (which they confirmed). Finally around 4:30pm, after no one had shown up, we called them again only for them to notify us "the technicians had gotten tied up" once again. This was very frustrating, especially since we had out of town guests in town, and had spent the entire last two days sitting around waiting for them to come. They did not seem bothered by the fact we had been cancelled on twice, and simply offered to waive the fee, and "try" to send someone out Sunday. We were not concerned with the service fee but simply expected Brothers to come out when they said they would. It would be my expectation that if we were cancelled on Friday, that we would be first on the list the following day. If their strategy is to prioritize current customers that is fine, but they should be more realistic about their service windows. At this point they appear to be a company who over commits and under delivers. We do not plan to use Brothers in the future, nor would we recommend them. Bottom line- terrible customer service.

Technician extremely helpful in diagnosing and fixing problem and making recommendations for future operation. Very cordial and patient at all times with our numerous questions about the unit, warranties, etc.

xxxxx serviced our furnace on Sunday and solved the problem. He was prompt, pleasant and worked efficiently.

[redacted] came to perform the fall service on my HVAC units and was extremely thorough and professional. He explained all issues he found and made recommendations that would increase our safety from flooding if our unit failed in our attic. Thank you!

I have used Brothers Air & Heat, Inc. for the last four years. Each time there is a service call, the service representatives have been top notch. Extremely personable, professional and took time to explain everything I needed to know before performing a service. Very satisfied customer!

Technician stopped out to review an issue I'm having with my condensate drainage line. He explained very clearly the reasons for his recommendations and never put any undue pressure on me to choose any course of action. I felt very informed and would certainly recommend Brother Air & Heat to friends and family.

Selvin was knowledgeable, competent and outgoing. The service we received was excellent. he explained everything clearly and understandably and his work was first rate and I would gladly welcome him back in the future for any plumbing problem

We recently purchased a maintenance agreement with Brothers, and today was the day for our annual heater inspection. We have always had great service with Brothers, and today we were not disappointed! [redacted] the service tech, was the best of the best. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things heating-related, and took the time to explain the answer to any questions I had. He was very professional and friendly as well. We will continue to call Brothers for heating, A/C, and plumbing issues thanks to this kind of stellar service and expertise.

Brothers is a class AAA buniness I highly recommend them to all your plumbing and heating /AC issues that got you covered

xxxxx was on time and one of the friendliest tech. I've met with Brothers.
He was very knowledgeable. and did every thing he was supposed to do.
I would have him back if I need any work done

I am writing to complain about the service that I received. [redacted]. came to my home and spent 5 minutes. In that time, he assessed that my sump pump needed to be replaced. I paid him $49.00 and he left. [redacted]. said the repairs would cost $1605.00. The sump pump was not in the sewage pit, so [redacted] said that he plugged it in while I left the room and it didn't work. He never plugged the sump pump up in my presence to indicate the needed repair. Needless to say, the sump pump did not need to be replaced at all. Another plumber made the repair and it only required a $20 float. I think that it is horrible that your plumber tried to gauge me at Christmas time for almost $2000. when the repair only required a $20 float. This is bad business and I plan to let all of my friends and family know to never use Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I also plan to contact [redacted] from [redacted] and file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I purchased my upstairs heating and cooling system from Brothers Heating and Cooling several years ago thus I am a customer. Recently, I requested that they provide a service system check (which they advertise frequently) to ensure my systems were ready for the summer. The first technician arrived at our home and spent over 3 hours on a simple systems check. He concluded that we had a leak in our condenser unit and proceeded attempting to sell us a new unit. When we were not convinced we actually had a leak, he left. I then back checked his work and discovered that he had cut PVC pipes on our systems which he never informed us he was doing and left a mess. I then called Brothers to voice my concern and they sent another technician to our home. He spent over 4 hours on one heating and cooling system and could not find any issues / leaks with the condenser unit. He did however state that he found a leak in the evaporator coil. Now I have one technician stating we had a bad condenser unit and nothing else wrong. We have a second technician stating nothing is wrong with the condenser unit but have a bad evaporator coil. Regardless, the second technician was concerned and confused on how the first technician arrived at his initial findings that our system was broken / leaking. Understanding now that we have had two dramatically different stories, Brothers sent the two technician's manager to our home to check our system for the third time. How ironic that the manager found a leak in the condenser unit but not in the evaporator coil. When I questioned how he found the leak when the second technician could not, his response "I am a manager and have better equipment than the field personnel". Thus, if a Brothers field technician tells you that he has discovered an issue that is going to cost you thousands of dollars, ask for his manager because they have better equipment. Better yet, my recommendation is not to use Brothers at all and save yourself money and time.

Great service! With the temperature in the 90's, my air conditioner went out. I called Brothers, who was able to send Technician xxxxx out that same day. He was both courteous and professional, as well as willing to answer all of my questions. He repaired the problem and explained that as I am a premium maintenance club member there would be no charge. You can't imagine my relief. Keep up the good work, Brothers!

I had a great experience during my service visit last week. The technician was kind, courteous and efficient. He is a great representative for your company! Thank you for a job well done!!

The technician who came to fix our issue was very knowledgeable and courteous, he explained the situation to me so I could understand what was taking place and get the issue resolved correctly. I have used them on several occasions for issues with my residence and every time they have displayed honesty and professionalism which makes me a repeat customer. I would highly recommend this company for any problems with your residence.
