I telephoned Brothers Air & Heat on the recommendation of our neighbor and to also take advantage of their "early bird" A/C Tu& Cleaning "BLOWOUT PRICE" I could not have been more pleased with whom they sent to check out our A/C units - Mrxxxxx He arrived on the day and on time as scheduledxxxxx practical, helpful & constructive suggestions to maintain our units, for many more years, are deeply appreciatedI don't know whether this is a compliment or not, but Mrxxxxx did things just the way I would have!!

xxxxx serviced our system this week and did an excellent job He is smart, efficient and friendly We highly recommend him and Brothers

We called Brothers because we had a water leak under the floor in the slabWe've been needing a plumber to come out and fix several miscellaneous issues around the house so they fixed those as wellAt the end of the day, new water lines were run throughout the house, all the misc issues were fixed and they installed a new water heater, done very professionallyFor everything they did, the price was very reasonableThey stayed pretty late to get the job done, we had water the next day and everything has been working great since!!!!

*** *** was sent to my home yesterday to do the maintenance service on my and HVAC systems He has been here before, and I have always found him knowledgeable and friendly I would welcome him back anytime

We have used Brothers for several years and have always been treated well Their numerous service technicians are always prompt and professional and any time I've had a question or scheduled an appointment I've been impressed with how friendly and helpful their office staff are We have used their heating, air and plumbing services and replaced an entire system w/o issue We recently sold a home and purchased a new one and had several repairs/upgrades done and they were able to take care of everything almost same day I would be happy to recommend Brothers and we will absolutely use them again in the future

xxxxx was an excellent technician who anticipated a potential problem with a new sink and garbage disposal and had a plan in mind to fix the problemsHe was the consummate professional in all of his communications with us, his work ethic was without question, he treated our home with respect and completed the work with the fine skill and quality The premises were left as clean as they were when he arrived on each of the four visits he made to our homeI would gladly have Mrxxxxx complete work at our home at any time

This company should not even be allowed to operate and I would advise anyone reading this to never do business with them They installed $15,worth of new heating/cooling systems in our house in Still under warranty but you cannot get them to come and service the equipment Have had several issues with equipment and always have an issue getting someone to come out They are always too busy to provide service, once you spend the big bucks they are no longer interested in you as a customer Called them yesterday and they promised to be out today Rearranged whole schedule to be here and then they call and say it will be Monday Meanwhile, have almost year old grandmother and special needs animals here in degree weather They don't care Asked to speak to a manager, their managers don't work on the weekends Asked for a supervisor, no one available They said I could talk to an on call person, not even located here
Worst customer service EVER Run like the wind and find someone who wants your business,

I usually hate having to make an appointment with any service company, due to the fact that there are a lot of Techs out there who think the customer is stupid, and they try to rip you off with services that are not needed! I was pleasantly surprised with this company! The Tech showed up within an hour of me calling, and was very professionalHe diagnosed my problem within minutes, and it was a simple fix! And when he gave me the bill, he didn't charge me a penny more than the price of a service callIt was a pleasure doing business with this companyHonesty and integrity is a rare find these days !!!

We believe that xxxxx, the technician who came out both times, was upset over locking her keys into her truck the first time.  After she left the house warmed up to degree even so the thermostat was sitting on 77, Auto and Cool. The house did not cool down. I called and xxxxx came out again. We explained to her what happened and she wen under the house. There was something not turned on, which she corrected and now everything is running perfect
xxxxx was very friendly and did not show any resentment about having to come to house again. We are satisfied with her service

Shame on Brothers air for price gauging in North Carolina I have a service contract for my central AC and still had to pay $for a part that cost $It took the technician a total of minutes to diagnose and replace the partIf it wasn't degrees here I would have called someone else
