I had a recent fall service by BrothersTheir technician xxxxx came to service my furnaceHe completely checked the furnace and as he was exiting the crawl space, he smelled gasxxxxx checked the gas pipe just outside that door, showed me the bubble his soap solution made, and asked that I call my gas companyThe gas company came immediately and made their repair
xxxxx and Brothers did their job and moreI have used them for many years, had them replace my heat snd air systems when I needed themI am glad to have such a dependable company in our community

Replacing my a/c system became necessary mid a heatwave of degree weather Everyone at Brothers Air made the process a very positive one xxxxx, sales, was so responsive and gave me sound advice and very fair pricing The two installers, xxxxx and xxxxx, were very professional, polite and respectful of my home A special thank you to xxxxx for staying close to the project and helping it all to happen in less than business days! The maintenance technician xxxxx. was very skilled and through with the AC maintenance checkup and cleaning. He took the time and effort to insure that both the inside and outside units were functioning correctly and within manufactures specifications. He made us feel like he was maintaining his personal unit. He was friendly and very professional and made the experience extremely enjoyable. Brothers Air & Heat got it right with this technician, not only with his skill level at his craft but with his personal skills both are at the highest level.

I submitted a form late one Friday night requesting a call for service. I received a call at 7 am Saturday and had xxxxx come out the same day. He was courteous and efficient providing clear direction on next steps. He also coordinated scheduling of the water heater installation and came back to install it. He was respectful of my time and explained who would be coming to do certain steps to ensure installation was up to code. He also called me that night to confirm I had hot water. I was very impressed by this experience and will use Brothers should any other issues arise.

done and pursued the job until finished. The repair consisted of installing
a faucet in kitchen and filler valves in two commodes. Very neat work.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Brothers Air & Heat Inc. and especially with Technician xxxxx. He is friendly, efficient, informative about our heat pumps, tells us exactly the maintenance he performed and the recommendations he has for the equipment. He is truly an asset to his company.

Drew Hendershot is an excellent technician and was extremely helpful with diagnosing and fixing the problem with our rental unit HVAC. He was always cordial and patient with our numerous questions about the operation and maintenance of the unit. We even offered him a gratuity for a job well done, but he graciously refused. Drew would always be our choice for our service calls as we have 3 units total under contract with Brothers.

I have used Brothers heating and air for years, and have always been treated well.
They are always professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!
