while my order was not received on time I was compensated for the delay appropriately and the service was good
I really love the website. My order really fast and when I received my hoodie the material was really soft. The hoodie was also comfortable and the fitting was awesome. I will definitely order again.
If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would. Lol. It has been well OVER a month (March 20th to be exact.) since I purchased from here and still NOTHING. And they "shipped" "PART" of my order that was "suppose" to be here yesterday. Of course it wasn't...so I check today, and there it still sits in Columbus! This place is a *** joke...
I have ordered a few times from Fly Polar! I love how comfy and baggy their clothes are! This last time I ordered I ordered the wrong type of pants..I’m short and the open bottom pants were like a foot too long for me ?? I messaged them on FB messenger and they said if I paid for the shipping to return the two pair they would be happy to remake me two new pair with elastic bottoms! It was well worth the wait ..and very impressed that they sent me two new pair!!! Very cool ??

This company has poor business ethic. They should revamp their structure or fold all together. It takes a month to receive an order then the company does not respond when you reach out by email or call the phone number listed on the website. If you call the phone number on the website, you have to leave a message but no one calls you back. If you call the number on the order confirmation email or on the shipping slip, the number is not in service. If I could give this company zero "0" stars, I would.
It’s been almost a month, 2 emails sent, and a response on their Facebook page, and still nothing. I put in an order on March 21. I spent almost 200$, and I still have got no response to my order or it’s status. I think it’s rude and very unprofessional. I hope to get my order sooner then later, and if not a complete refund.
Flypolar is Amazing! The clothes are great quality. I am a tall but extra small in size and I ordered a small and it fits great. I love the products. I tell everyone to look Flypolar up. Its awesome that the clothes are made for every size from babies to adults. I deff. will be ordering more. Thank you everyone that works at Flypolar you guys rock!??
Their customer service is horrible! I paid for my order March the 16th I have contacted them through email and phone numerous time trying to check on the status of my order no response... Here it is April 4the and my order is still in unfulfilled status I called the number they have provided online for customer service and it just takes you to a voicemail there clothes are way to expensive for them to take our money and not communicate with their customers when their customers try to check their order status. They have to do better I'm not sure if I'm taking a lose on my money or not it really sucks...

I have purchased clothing from Flypolar multiple times and absolutely love them. Fit is nice, material, and style. It does take longer sometimes to receive items if its during busy season, but it's always been worth the wait. Also have had great experience with customer service . I have always gotten prompt response in timely manner to answer any questions about my orders.

I order a sweatshirt on 03/12/18 for a trip on 03/30/18. The site says the item typically ships in 3-5 days, 7-10 during peak season.
I received an email today 03/22/18 stating that my order was IN PRODUCTION and that it could take 7-10 days before it is even shipped. I won't need it by then, and I won't be able to be refunded either. Very deceptive with the shipping description.
I placed an order with FlyPolar Apparel for several items. According to their website, during their peak season orders can take 7-10 business days. It is beyond their 7-10 day production time and I have yet to receive the products I ordered. I sent an email a week ago and they told me my order was in Day 6 of their production. It is now 2 weeks since then and I still do not have the items I ordered. I have not received a shipment notification nor a tracking number because they haven't processed my order. Their customer service is horrible. I warn anyone against purchasing their products.
Ordered a outfit on their website on March 2nd, it's now the 20th with no shipping or tracking info. They are extremely hard to get a hold of and every time I ask for a refund they ignore the question and jus state that during "peak season" it can take 7-10 businesses days to ship, it's now day 12 with no response. Filed a dispute through PayPal and the company won't respond to the claim they sent them so looks like I'll be getting a refund. All the negative reviews and complaints on this site are exactly what I went through so buyers beware.
I love the items I have ordered. They have been amazing about answering my questions and getting my items to me.
I read a lot of negative reviews before ordering from them but ordered anyway. My personal experience with them has been great. They respond very quickly through messenger and solved any issue I had. Even made the process of exchanging my pants for a different style very simple. I am satisfied with their service and will be ordering from them again.
I received my order today and the quality of their clothing is amazing ! The material is so soft and the colors are so pretty. I even received a free t-shirt with my order and the material of it is great too. When I emailed them , they replied back and told me they would send me a tracking number for my order. I got that email with the tracking number and a email saying my order was shipped. I am very happy with my experience and can't wait to order more ????
I placed an order. After a week of waiting I checked the status and there was no change in status so I tried to cancel. I sent an email and no one got back to me. I did get a confirmation email with a number and I tried to call it. It was a fax machine. Tried to email again. A month later and they still have yet to respond. I tried a number on the website but they are only open during my work hours and there is no answering service of any sort. I see that have a facebook so I message them. I get an automated responce. One option is to call them. I hit it and it input a phone number into my phone that is so long it fills the whole screen so obviously I cannot call it. I followed up with them two more times, the third time I was very impatient and let them know and I finally immediately get a response telling me they will not refund me. It has all around been awful experience and I need to warn other people how awful this company is to deal with.
