I ordered on April 29, 2019 and now it is july 18, 2019 and haven't received my order and they quit replying to my emails I've sent.

I ordered from fly polar on April 18, 2019 and it is now June 13th and my order is still not delivered. $83.96 ORDER #750. I left voicemails, emails and social media messages no answers. Now their phone is disconnected. I had order many times in the last few years and never had this horrible customer service experience.

In March and April of this year, I purchased clothing feom flypolar clothing. It is now July and I have not received any of the clothing that I purchased. In the past, I was able to contact a live person to check on my orders and was told on several phone calls that my orders will ship the following week. The gentleman did apologize for the delay and explained tome that it was peak season. I ezplained to him that I felt that my wait time was unacceptable. He apologized and offered me a free t-shirt and gift certificate that would be sent to me via email. I have not yet received ANYTHING! They say that they sent out oneof the 2 piece outfits. I have not recieved not one item from flypolar. I recently tried contacting flypolar and now I'm being told thatthe number is no longer in service. I've sent several emails and have not gotten a response. I really would like to receive the clothing I ordered along with the free items insteadof an refund. If I can't recieve what I purchased, I would like a full refund along with the charges I was charged for 2 day delivery.

I am trying to receive my orders.from flypolar that I ordered in March of this year. I have tried contacting them on several occasions and have not.yet received a response or my orders. I even filed a complaint with Revdex.com and flypolar told us that my orders would be shipped the following week along with my free items and a promised gift certificate. This was on 7/12. I still have nothing
I ordered 3 items from this company on March 26, 2019 and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I have called and emailed this business recently but have not been able to get a hold of someone. When I called the line it said that it had no longer existed and when I’ve emailed there has not been a response. I spent $95.00 on my order and the order number is ***.

I purchased an outfit from this company in March. They sent me an email saying that my outfit was in the printing stage. In April I contacted them again they told me the same information, but that they had a hold up and material just came in. I contacted them again in May they never responded back via email so I called in May the man I talked with told me that my outfit was in the printing stage & that they would have it out to me with the email of the tracking number. I called again in June explained to the man that I would like answers. He told me that someone would be contacting me with information on a refund. I still haven't heard from him.

Their ratings should be ZERO m, but they insist we leave a rating...... I ordered from this company back on March 9, 2019, a total of $192. I received a partial order in May and had to email them regarding the rest of my order. Then is when I was told the remaining of my order was on back order and had a priority shipping on it and will be shipped as soon as it’s done in Production. It is now July 7, 2019 and I still have not received the remaining items nor can I get a refund. When I email in regards of the rest of my order, I’m been told the same thing, “it’s in production, and as soon as it’s done, it has a priority shipping and will be shipped out”. This is bad business and they shouldn’t be allowed to do people like this. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!!! Beware
If I could leave no stars I would. I am filing in small claims court as I ordered my items in February and still have yet to receive the items. This company is a FRAUD and SCAM stealing peoples hard earned money. I have reached out to them and they have promised several times my items will ship next week and they added free stuff. this has been going on for months with no end in site. this company should be closed down as they are thieves stealing peoples hard earned money. Plus the one thing they did actually ship the quality of clothing was horrible and nothing like advertised.
I placed an order for a sweatshirt and leggings on their website in March 2019. I paid $56.00 and never received the product. I have emailed, Facebook message, and called numerous times and still no resolve. Now their phone number is disconnected and still no product or refund that I have requested at least 5 times.

I responded to the company saying to please send the leggings then, and to provide me with a shipping confirmation when they are shipped. The business has yet to respond or sending shipping confirmation. They are claiming they cannot give me my money back either, so this is no real resolution.
On 04/02/2019 I placed order 741*** and was charge $146.36 to my visa debit card and was promise 5-7 business days for delivery. I was reviewing my bank statements two weeks ago, when I came across this charge and realized I have never received ANYTHING from the company! So I sent my first email stating I feel as though I have been ripped off. I also called the customer service number and was then told that my order was ready and in the warehouse and that I would have it delivered by the end of this week-which would be today 07/05/2019. I have since then sent 3 more emails to customer service simply requesting the tracking information and never get any response. Now today since they have once again not held to their promises, I have tried to contact EVERY phone number listed for them...THEY ARE ALL DISCONNECTED!!! Even the one on this Revdex.com site does not work! I have emailed them once again stating I just want a refund! I feel this is a scam company at this point!

What legit business that has received funds on an order would then be UNABLE to provide a refund because of time lapse in their system?! I conveyed to this company very clearly that to make me satisfied with this ridiculous situation caused by them, all I need is to be refunded my money. And why would they ever even offer a discount to their customer's when they don't even send them the goods they order?! Who would spend more money with this company?! That was just insulting on their part.
I placed an order over 3 months ago and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed them multiple times and get told it’s peak season and they are sorry for the delay. They promise it will be shipped within the next few days. I have asked for a refund but they will not do that. I keep sending emails with the same response. 3+ months later, I still have not received.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! They send you receipts with disconnected phone numbers. When I did more research online every number even the one on their website is disconnected and they have nothing but terrible reviews for people never receiving product. I disputed charges with my bank because they have no way to contact them and they stated that was enough for them to refund my money.... I suggest you do the same!!
Placed my order on March 1st for 4 items. Received two items on April 16. Company indicated remaining 2 items we're back ordered and I would be notified when they were ready to ship. I have followed up by call, email and social media. Company disabled email briefly and removes any negative comments from FB page. Company became unresponsive in May. Recently filed a complaint with my credit card company to resolve matter. Received canned reply by email from company providing NO information whatsoever about refunding my money or when I might expect my items.

I am rejecting this response because: My credit card shows a refund in the amount of $96.95 which is the total of the amount of items NOT received. THANK YOU. That is what I asked for for 5 months. The TOTAL amount refunded would have been $154+ Thank you for refunding the money for my non-received items, but you don't get to act like a "heroes" for "giving me" items that I paid for. Buyer beware! NEVER doing business with this company again.

This is the second time ordering from this company. The first time I received responses to my email in a decent time manner and received my order after waiting about a month. This second time around I placed an order on April 25th and on April 29th I received an email stating my order was in the production stage. I have not heard anything since. I have sent 2 emails to support and have called 3 times with no answer. I will not attempt an order a third time. I would like to request my money back, but in order to that I would need to actually speak with someone.
This company is horrible, I placed an order (wish I had checked Revdex.com first) on April 16 2019 for $131I received a confirmation email stating that they are processing my order. It is now June 29 and I still haven’t received my items after many attempts to contact them and resolve the issue or at least cancel my order. I never received anything stating my items are on back order and only received an email once I sent a inquiry regarding my items. They have since blocked my email address, the phone number never gets answered and the live chat gives me the same stupid response saying that “they know I’m unhappy and my items are in the last stages of production and will ship shortly, I will receive a email with a tracking number once it ships and that they do not offer refunds or cancellation do to the product being made on demand” they charged my card on the day I placed the order. I don’t even know what my options are at this point but the company is complete sham and I have tried many many times to resolve this issue with zero results. Someone should shut them down because they don’t deliver the goods ordered. They also changed their shipping policy on their website after I told them it was false information and misleading to buyers. I kinda laughed at that but that was 2 months ago and I have given up. I’m going to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges since I never received my goods. However I think that this procedure IS their business, they get people to order clothes, charge them instantly and feed the buyers a line of bull until the buyer just gives up and considers it a lesson learned. Meanwhile this so called “company’s” pocket gets fatter with out any repercussion. Isn’t there anything that can be done to stop this company from “selling”? I really hate that this seems to be a continuing pattern with them, has anyone ever received items? I wish I would have done my research before buying, I’m out $131 but mostly I would like to prevent this happening to anyone else and this is against the law I’m sure, so I feel they should be prosecuted if this is something they continually are doing. I really wanted the items I ordered but I’d be happy just to get my money refunded because I don’t want to wear anything representing this fake company. Please if there anything that can be done to stop them from basically stealing peoples money using the false pretense of a clothing store, do so, please they have gotten away with it long enough and have profited plenty at expense of the consumer. I also noticed they took off the “order look up” link from their website

I ordered clothing from this company over 3 months ago and I have yet to receive my order. Recently I took a trip out of town and was hoping to wear the clothes while on my journey but as said before, received nothing, I sent an email three times to them and was given the run around, another person on this site was told the same info as myself and I also requested my money back to no avail, really would like my money back asap

This company is very FRAUDULENT, they steal people’s hard earned money. I placed a order in January 2019, and I still haven’t received my order. They literally took my $110 dollars. Just think how many people these scammers have robbed. They need to be shut down.
I wish I could give this company zero stars!!! I purchased 3 items on May 8th thinking I’d have my items before June 2nd which is my sisters birthday and I wanted to get her a present from this company. I kept contacting them through the chat on the website, the same person named Shawn would come up every time. I kept asking where my items were and asking for my money back and they kept saying it’s because of peak season the items were delayed. So they finally shipped 2 out of 3 items a month later on June 4th and they shirts arrived on June 6th. Now it’s almost been 2 month and I’m still waiting on the leggings to give to my sister as a birthday gift. Horrible company and needs to be shut down.
I've order my iteams back in March 2019. I've chatted with the company a couple of times and they keep telling me that my order is on back order and don't know when they will mail it out. I complain to them and I wanted a refund. I spent over $100 in my items and it said it will be delivered from 7-10 days after order was placed. It's been over 3 months and still haven't received anything. Now I went to check again on my order status and now they no longer are in business. They are so fast to take my money out but NOTHING has been delivered. My order number is #*** and I still have all the emails from my order. Hope you can help me get my money back.

Back in March I placed an order with this company for over $100 in merchandise. I originally order these items for a upcoiming vacation. A few weeks went by and I began calling and leaving messages non stop. No one seem to respond so I attempted to reach out through the online customer service chat. I spoke to someone 3x in reference to my merchandise. I was told it'll be shipped next week. It has now been 3 months and not even an email with an update. this is ridiculous and after reading these reviews more has to be done to share light on this company. I'm beginning to believe they are a scam. I ask for a refund and of course no response. I am extremely upset. Then today they respond and told me due to peak season it is delayed but come one major companies who deal with peak seasons during major holidays has NEVER delivered my merchandise after 3 months. This is discouraging, disgusting and unacceptable .
