I placed an order with this company on 3/31/2019. I have sent several emails requesting the 2 items I ordered from them and I keep getting the same response saying I ordered during peak season and they are behind. ReI recently emailed them again 2 weeks ago and they said my order would ship next week. Next week came and went and nothing and so I emailed them and they gave me the same response that my items would ship next week. So I finally requested a refund of $48 for the 2 items I ordered and got a response with a link saying they don’t give refunds. It has been almost 3 months since I have made this purchase and I’m pretty frustrated at this point with them!

I am rejecting this response because: my order was originally placed on 3/31/2019. Every time this company has been contacts about my order, they tell me my order will be shipped in a week. It’s the same response every time and no resolution!

I order 1 outfit in one March 14th, its June 21st and I dont have a tracking number. I contact them and it's all excuses. I will never spent another penny there. They should be shut down it seems like a scam. I just want my money back at this point.
This Company has completely ripped me of! I ordered merchandise back in April and I have yet to receive the items.. they continue to lie about the whereabouts of my 125.00 order!!!!
Negative zero !! These people are crooks and liars !! I ordered from here years ago and the delivery was as advertised and the clothing was nice .. I ordered again in January of 2019 and I’m still waiting for my items I literally emailed them 20 plus times and they tell me my items will be mailed that same day and or week every time .. thieves and crooks !!!
I placed an order on 4/11. I received part of it (1 item) in 5/25. Everytime I send an email asking about the remainder of my order I get the same computer generated reply about peak season ordering and it bei g in production. They collected their payment right away!
1st time I bought years ago went ok, sweats decent. I purchased again April emailed several times kept getting sorry for the delay then emailed again then getting failed delivery finally I went through Pay Pal to handle it and all of a sudden my package is shipped and delivered. Never again and material was bad and not worth my money. Disappointed.
Took forever to get shipping details. I asked several times to cancel my order and kept getting generic emails "because your order is already in the printing process". I would not recommend spending any money with this company unless you are willing to wait months for a product to arrive.
If I could give them no stars I would! This company is awful. When you wash the clothes, even inside out, the writing washes off. My daughter's pants were uneven by 3 inches on one leg. Then to top all this off, over $300 was spent on all of this btw, I ordered almost 4 months ago and still waiting on part of my order that was NOT backordered and keep being told that my order is on the way and that they have made it a priority. Ha! Never again will I order from here. Wouldn't recommend it either. Seriously 4 months of waiting for an outfit because it is "peak" season even though it was in stock. Good customer service alright. Oh let's top this all off by offering a free t-shirt and a gift card even though I asked for my money back 2x. I placed my order 2/3/19 for reference btw.
This company is a scam they have you order items then say they are always waiting for overseas materials for sweater they try the you can’t get a refund act do not order from them and they have now changed there email address my next step is a complaint on this company

I received prompt service and the clothes fit perfectly. Bought outfits for myself and nephew and nieces. Will order again.
Ordered clothes about 3 months ago, spent almost 100 dollars. They continuously give me the run around saying my clothes are in printing, then their in production... A week will go by ill ask again suddenly my clothes are back in printing. This company is a joke. I tried being understanding at first and giving them the benefit of the doubt but their lack of transparency and constant games.... im over it. The moment I asked for a refund they refuse to message me back! Would have loved to be a repeat customer because their clothes are cute, but eventually they will sink and die.. bummer
Flypolar Apparel I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I Ordered March 14th and STILL Have not received anything, I spoke with someone last week on instagram who supposedly updated my order and shipping and was told my new order would be shipped last Friday. Ive been messaging on instagram for uopdates as well as emailing, when I email I get a bull*** automated response with no real info in it, when I called just now my shipping info was not updated and now my order will "hopefully" be shipped by next weekend. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND YOU ARE BASICALLY STEALING MY MONEY!!!!

Never received my items $105 worth gone down the drain
I placed an 1 order on 02/28/19 and another on 03/01/19. I have received only partial order (shirt with no pants) on 04/26/19. Almost 2 months later. It is now 05/07/19 and still have not received the pants nor my second order. I've called many times and every time the person says "I'm sorry. Your order is in quality control stage and will be shipped soon. Sorry for wait but this is our peak season". I have asked for cancellation and refund and they won't do that. They say they will send me a couple free shirts with my order and email me a gift card. As of today, I have received nothing else but a shirt. While I like the quality of the sweatshirt I purchased, I will never order from this company again because of very bad business. No communication and no guarantee. Keep saying it will ship out in 24 hours and still nothing. I just want my items that I paid my hard earned money for. They need to update their website to reflect the long shipping terms. I owner a custom apparel business as well but like to support others apparel when I like what I see. I am 100% sure it does not take this long to press a logo on apparel.
You guys have nice clothing, but you have to fix your business method and customer service.
NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE I PLACED AN ORDER AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AND NOW HERE IT IS THE END OF THE MONTH AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY CAN'T EVEN GIVEN ME AN ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE IT'S EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES.
I was so excited for my order since if you bought over $50, you'd get a free hoodie. Well the outfit I wanted met the criteria! $83 later [shipping included] I completed my order on 03/13/2019. I read their policies & knew my order would take 7-10 business days to create, but even after that time frame, I never received a shipment tracking. I tried using the "Find Your Order" link on their website [shopflypolar.com] and kept getting an error message that the order number wasn't found. Contacted them through Facebook messenger & was told "due to peak season, we had a delay in processing your order" but also that they were going to add a "priority alert" to my order number. Contacted them 3 more times & specifically asked for a shipping date, which I never got. Mind you they already processed my $83. Fast forward to 04/13/2019 still with no update on my order or a tracking number. I ultimately filed a dispute with my bank for "services / items I did not receive" I haven't been contacted by the company but at this point I don't wanna be. My order was for a light hoodie & sweats but the weather took a turn toward the high 80s, making the clothes pointless!

I really like the product offering from Flypolar Clothing. I ordered around the holidays, so my order was a bit slower, but when I received it, I was very happy with the outfits for my kids, and my outfit was super cute! Their customer service is excellent as well! They are very responsive to inquiries and timely with response and results.
Order March 3, 2019 and its April 12,2019 still have not gotten my order never again will I order from them.
