I ordered from *** on the 8th of june and paid in full for this order. Today is now the 22nd of june and ive yet to receive any communication from them other than the initial order confirmation. As per reviewing the shipping and returns section of their website ...even during what they would consider a 'peak season' , orders would still be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Ive repeatedly attempted to contact tgem via the one route of communication they offered which was thru email. Ive yet to receive any response whatsoever. I'm very disappointed because I am a mother of 3 who never ever buys herself anything, especially brand new. And the one time I do in Lord knows how long....this is what happens. Judging by the insane amount of similar complaints here on Revdex.com website regarding this so called companies lack of proper operation standards, I'm confused as to why theyve got a website that continues to operate at all....not to mention they are clearly updating their website on a very regular basis as ive seen new items and sales added multiple times in the past week alone. I just want my order OR a refund at the very least so I can buy myself some clothes elsewhere. Come on 'fly brand's *** cannot fulfill orders in a timely manner as can be proven easily by the amount of complaints here, then shut your website down or atleast suspend people from ordering until you can catch up on orders that are owed your paying customers!

I ordered products from this company and never received my order or a refund

I don't no to much about this company I just saw it on *** alot. I seen things I like and I was like one day I'm going buy something. So I did it took me a while but I did I order the love myself shirt get a receipt and confirmation email and all that was on the 11 I no it's soon but after time have pass I wanted to see when would my item ship never heard from no one at all noe it been a whole 7 days still ain't heard anything so I start to investigate a little I start seening different address from my receipt to my confirmation number and unusual company is different then it brought me hear to different people complaining out they service but they can seen me emails but not answer me smdh

Never even got my complete order! I only received a bad quality T-shirt for 44.00 When I asked customer service where was the rest of my order, they stated they have so many orders that items are backlogged and would have to print more. Why not just give me my money back? Never received order nor heard from them ever again! Terrible business do not buy nothing from these frauds

I Placed an order 02/24/2019 and have yet to receive one item on the order and I also returned an item for exchange and have not received my replacement item . I've emailed several times and as of 2020 have not received a response. I love this brand but I spend $100 on items I haven't received a year later.

Saw the ad on Facebook with shirts you can order. Placed an order, paid with Paypal, on February 14, 2020. Received an email with confirmation of order and it stated I would receive an additional email with shipping information. I tried contacting them by phone which doesn’t ring and email which no one has replied. This is the email: Order confirmation Thank you for your order, *** We have received your order. I had order an outfit on 2-11-2020
And they claimed that it would leave shipping in 3-5 business days and it never happened. I never received any information no tracking information..nothing. I don’t wanna loose $64.95 on something I can never get back.

I placed an order from this company as I always Do. This one item; I have Yet to recieve. I have Inboxed on Facebook, customer service and instagram.
I get Back the same reply; it’s gonna take 14days; I have just a sweat suit and the leggings and it’s February of 2020 and nothing. I inboxed this company on Instagram and they said in November I would have my items; nothing; they online everyday but the company just stopped replying back. My closet is full of fly polar and live free items. Once I receive my order; I will not be ordering again from this company. It don’t take that long to transition. 60 more days and it will be a whole year and I wont Be able to wear my outfit due to it being the summer. All I want Is what I ordered.

I ordered 2 hoodie outfits from flypolar on 04/13/19 still haven't recieved anything I've emailed them numerous times but no answers but they kept sending me emails about a sale but wouldn't answer any of my emails

I ordered items last April 2019 and still haven’t received them, no correspondence. I have sent several emails since April inquiring about a refund and still nothing.

I ordered 4 shirts through FlyPolar in May 2019, a few weeks after the order I received of the shirts and invoice noted that the other were on backorder. I had contacted the company numerous times regarding the status. In Dec 2019 they finally emailed me back and said they could not fulfill the order and that I could contact my bank to dispute the charges and get a refund, I contacted my bank and they said that they could not do anything on their end as it was way past 60 days. I then contacted Flypolar about getting refund, they have not responded to any emails. Today is Jan 14th and still nothing from the company. It was a $75 order and only received part of it and I am out $54.

I ordered some items online from this company spent 122 dollars paid for express shipping in February of 2019 I never record my whole order or refund for my express shipping or the 15 dollar gift card I was promised I’ve been asking and calling and communicateing via messenger they’d lie and say something different every time I still have not received my order

I had ordered 40 dollars in merchandise from this company in march of 2019. Months later I had contacted a representative and he told me that my order was being shipped out with a free t shirt for the delay. I never received my products nor my money back. It has been close to a year that I have ordered my products with nothing in return. Please help me.

I ordered over $200.00 in merchandise in March 2019 and I still have not received any of it. I ordered multiple hoodies, a pink hoodie w/ matching camo joggers, also another matching hoodie/pants set. In late Sept early Oct I did finally receive a response from FlyPolar stating that they are under new ownership and would like to make my order right, they requested my email info and I have not heard from them since then. They state that they dont do refunds but if they arent providing the product then that wouldnt be a refund. I just want my whole order cancelled since it has been such a long time, I dont expect to ever receive my order.. Their business is a fraud!!

I ordered $155.04 worth of clothing this included a Fiery red/black Lifestyle comfort hoodie, Kids Hoodie and pants camo outfit, adult hoodie in gold camo and adult joggers in camo. I only received 1/2 of my order, which was nothing as advertised, and never received the rest. they kept promising free items and gift cards and I still have yet to receive my order. I ordered these items on 2/25/2019. It is order No. 71576. The company has failed to respond and I am feeling like I was robbed of my hard earned money.

The quality of the product is not what I paid for and I am unable to dispute with my bank because it has been over 120 days. I would either like a refund from the company or else I have no choice but to file in small claims court.

Placed an order back in March 2019 for a hoddie outfit with camo pants and never received it. Everytime I sent an email asking where my order was they said it was coming and it was on back order but it was still coming and they was going to give me a free hoddie since I waited so long and still nothing. Then I asked for a refund because I never received the items they said they don't do refunds that they could give me a store credit and they still can't even do that. It has been over 7 months and now you can't call them or send emails but because they are cowards and taking all these people's money. Please help
