I really love this clothing line. Especially because I’m the only one at my place of employment who wears it. I get sooo many compliments on my Fly outfits. And the colors always match my shoes perfectly.

Placed my order on 1/25/18. Item took a few weeks to receive but was understanding considering where it was being shipped from. Once I received my order, I tried on the sweatpants and decided they were too big. I contacted customer service and they let me know I was allowed one exchange and it would take 14-21 days, again understandable. I wrote all the exchange information down on a sheet of paper, placed it in the bag and shipped it off to Ohio to the return address that was provided. I then emailed customer service with my tracking number. My item was received and company claimed they tried processing but had no exchange information, which was included in the package when I returned it. I emailed them back with the exchange information again. That was on 3/15/18. I never received anything back. No email, no exchanged item and no refund. This company is a scam and practices fraudulent activities!
I LOVE this company. Not only do I love what their name stands for, "first love yourself" but also the fact that they print to order. To me this shows that they are able to take their time to ensure quality of their products. I have ordered from them a couple times and any time I needed to contact them, they responded in a timely and informative manner. The quality of their items are great and I love the different items they offer for the whole family. I will be a FLY customer for life.

Placed a $150+ order on August 7. Card was charged, received email that order was received, would receive an email when items were shipped. A week later, I hadn't received notice that my items had shipped so I emailed their support team. Was told it was in the "final stages of processing" and I "would receive an email telling me my items had shipped shortly." Another week passes, nothing. Reached out again and emailed support team, also tried to call. Never did actually speak with anyone. It just has you leave a message. Never heard back from support team by email so I emailed that I wanted to cancel as items hadn't shipped in 2+ weeks but card was sure charged the first day! I ended up going through my cc company to cancel the order and block the vendor. Wish I had read about your business practices before wasting my time. Fly Polar seems to be losing out on a lot of $$$.
I first learned about this company through Facebook and I checked them out and I really liked their work out gear so I ended up spending about $170 on 2 pairs of leggings, a shirt and a legging/sweatshirt set. Seemed a little high but I know gym leggings are pricey so I went with it. It took almost a month to receive my order and I didn't receive completely I had to email them and see what was going on so they replied within 1 business day or so and said my order was being sent out. That took about another two weeks. When I finally opened up the packages they had completely disregarded the note that I had noted that I wanted a smaller size for the sweatshirt, which I add there was a box that was there for special instructions to the seller if any adjustments such as sizing needed to be made, they could be included in there. There was also a promo going on at the time where you receive a free gift with a purchase of $100 which would be a t-shirt (valued at about $25). I didn't receive that either. I emailed them again asking about exchange policies for the sweatshirt/legging set and the complementary shirt. Turns out I had to pay shipping and handling to ship the sweatshirt back and on top of that they needed a tracking number? And they told me I would be receiving the shirt asap with a tracking number. At this point I decided to keep the sweatshirt to avoid having to spend more on s&h and just told them I'd still like the complementary shirt to be sent out, I mean I did spend money on their products so I should get what they're advertising. They didn't send anything. Not to my mailbox nor to my email. I emailed them again and no response. Until I brought up how unprofessional they were being ignoring my messages, they then again told me I would be receiving the comp. shirt. Here I am a month later and still nothing. I'm not on here to bash them but their not worth the money. I just want to share my experience in hopes that others don't have to experience this or so they know what to expect.Their stuff is overpriced for such low quality. The sizes run small or too big. The branding on the shirt I got cracked and started to peel off. They make the item when it's ordered? Why? At such high prices they should already have some of their items in stock and ready to be shipped out as soon as their orders come in to keep their customers satisfied instead of annoyed because they take a really long time to receive their orders. Their customer support is probably the worst! I feel like they reply to what is convenient to them! Not cool! It's really unprofessional to do this or make customer feel this way when it regards your business. And this review is not just over a complementary shirt, but don't advertise what your not going to do. It may have been a simple mistake it may have not, but it could of easily been resolved. Lying to customers about doing something you're not is how you start losing them! Work on bettering your customer service!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER ATTEMPTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! They don’t respond to emails or calls (voicemails they “make you” leave bc no one ever answers the damn phone) and they keep your money and have ZERO DESIRE to resolve ANY ISSUES they provide you with. This company is a scam.... they don’t care about their customers whatsoever!!!!! I had to wait a month if not more for my item and when I got it,’it was wrong, they make you pay for shipping to return it and then don’t answer your emails or calls on the status of the situation. After two months I finally disputed the charge with my bank... they will never get my business ever again and anyone who I see even thinking about buying from them I will in fact stop them and explain my experience!!! These bad reviews are all over the internet!!!! FLYPOLAR CLOTHING SUCKS!!!!!!!!
I haven't received my order and its been 2 months. I am constantly emailing and calling the company and they blow me off. This is a poor business with poor customer service
I am very unhappy with the customer service from this company. I have called and left messages on their voicemail and via email. After several days, only one of the emails was returned with an apology about the delay and asking for the order number (which was probably a tactic to delay communication since I had included the order number in previous emails). They sent me a child's size leggings when I ordered in women's (and this was also on their invoice). They took two days to send me a package slip to return them. I spoke to *** (which is a person giving a positive review here on this site so I find that review and others VERY peculiar.....) who told me she would send those leggings out on Tuesday so that I would have them by Friday because I was headed out the country. I have not received confirmation of the reorder nor a tracking number and NOW, no one at the company can be reached. I am requesting my money back and I will not purchase from them again!! I anticipate a flood of false positive reviews after I post this...... My order number is ***.
Flypolar is a very customer service oriented company. I love their products, If ever there's an issue , they are prompt to help me get my purchases to me asap! I love supporting a locately run budibusi. I would recommend them to everyone!
