I ordered over $200 in clothing in march of 2019 and have only recieved 2 out of my 4 items. The company messages me through facebook every other month stating that the rest of my order will be shipped in 5-7 business days but never arrives. About a month ago, they stopped replying to all of my messages. They have no customer service number or enaio to contact them any other way. I would just like my money back or my items

I am a returning customer that is highly disappointed. I have two open orders right now. One was placed 4/19/2019 and the other 5/1/2019 (which was supposed to come with the promotion for $20 and a free tee). Both of these orders were over $100 each. I have not received this merchandise yet after receiving emails stating my order was preparing to ship. I have reached out to the company numerous times via email and phone. The numbers provided have since been disconnected. I really do not want a discount code for another order I would rather have a refund or my merchandise. Will be seeking legal advice soon if my bank isn't able to resolve this issue.If this business cannot uphold their end of the deal they should close!!!!
I ordered 2 items on April 4th 2019 consisting of a tank top mystery box which included 3 tank tops. Box priced at 30.00 and a long sleeved shirt priced at 28.00. On May 2nd 2019 I recieved an email stating my order was shipped. Only the tank tops had been shipped so I wrote an email to the company letting them know not all of my order had shipped. I've been writing a letter to the company every month since May 2019 trying to get the rest of my order or get a refund on the item that didnt ship because they didn't fulfil my order. For a few months the emails came back undeliverable and their buisness number was out of order. Here recently the emails are going through but with zero response. I just want what I paid for or my money back on the item not recieved.
I ordered 2 outfits and a hoodie from this website and I received ONE of my outfits along with my hoodie probably 3 months after I ordered it. I was told the other items I ordered were on backorder and I should receive them soon. I have tried emailing them back and the email address is no longer valid as well as the phone number I try to call is not in service. I paid for these items and never received them and this is POOR business.

The clothes were decent but now they use cheap material. They ship orders a month or more later and send the wrong items. The customer service is slow responding as well. They've changed their website about 4 times in the last two years so you can't keep up with their "incentive" program. And they will lose documentation of you ever making an order
I ordered a few hoodies and never received one I paid for. I contacted multiple times and I first got the response that it was getting prepared for shipping then I was told it was still in the printing stage. They promised free extra items and still havent received a thing. They refuse to answer my messages now. Its been almost 9months since I ordered.

I placed an order in January 2019, it is now September 2019 and I have not received my order. I have made several attempts to contact their support team in attempt to get my order or my money back and have stopped receiving any response from this company whatsoever. In March 2019 they sent me an email saying my order was on delay but in the printing stage and that I would get an email when it was shipped that email never came and the responses have stopped. I am out $60 and no clothing.
I made an order on 02/02/19, order # ***. After a few weeks, I received one of the sweatsuits and one of the sweatpants I ordered. My order was still missing a sweatshirt. I have contacted customer service numerous times via email and live chat and was informed that production was slow and I will receive my item in a few weeks as it was placed on the high priority list. I was even promised a shirt and leggings for the delay. To this day, 6 almost 7 months later, I have yet to receive my sweatshirt or the things promised for the delay. I asked for a refund and was told one could not be issued but that my order was on the way.

I am missing the below items from 2 separate orders and have made several attempts to contact FlyPolar about when I am going to receive these items.
Order #*** (placed 11/6/18) I only received one pair of KIDS FLY 24/7 365 Joggers (Red) in size small, when I originally made my order I had requested they send me one size 6-8 and the other pair size 10-12, I have still not received the size 10-12 pair of joggers- paid $30

I have attempted to reach out to FlyPolar via email, ***, ***, the chat option they had on their website, and the contact us section on their website. After several attempts in the last 9-11 months I have either received the run around or no acknowledgement from their customer service. It has got to the point now that I can't get any type of response. FlyPolar has removed the chat option from their website and there is no phone number listed either to contact them.

I ordered a couple years ago with no problems at all. The clothing was really nice. I decided to order again in April of 2019, it is now August and I still haven’t received anything.
I ordered back in February 2 hoodies and a pair of jogger pants for 144$ and have not been able to reach anyone regarding my order when I did they told me it would be prioritized order and now months later still have yet to get it I have moved since and can’t even reach anyone to let them no my new address as well

I placed an order with them in February and only received a couple of the items from my order. I was never notified that I would not be receiving my entire order so I sent an email asking about the remaining items and was told those items were on back order and I would be receiving them soon and they told me they put a priority alert on my order. After a few weeks I still did not receive my items I sent another email and this time was told my order would be shipped out the following week. That was 2 months ago and still have not received my items. I have sent 2 more emails since then with no response.

I placed an order on March 1, 2019 order#***. After 2 months they sent only 3 items from my order that were the wrong size and not good quality. I have yet to receive or get a real response about the rest of my order. All numbers are "no longer in service" I've even tried emailing again, their Facebook as well as there Instagram, Twitter and anything else I could.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel like my money should be refunded due to the company taking 5 months and not having a good reason for not communicating to me the issues. Only after I've attempted to contact them on multiple times and file a complaint they decided to have a reason. To me if this was the problem they were having they never should've accepted my order.

I purchase a Lifestyle legging outfit Cotton candy/Black for $64.95 on 03/18/2019 and still have not received it or my money back I reached out to FlyPolar Clothing & Apparel Company numerous time since 05/06/2019 by email and received a response back by email stating that FlyPolar Clothing is working on my order and they will email me once my items are shipped. That was the last time anyone reached out to me, every time after that I tried reaching out and had no luck with calling or sending them a email.

I am rejecting this response because: They still have my money and I never received my merchandise, it’s been since March 2019 5 Months. I ended up ordering something else after Waiting so long and not receiving my order. This Company also has poor communication, I’m not satisfied with they service and can’t afford to take another lost. FlyPolar Clothing Apparel still have my Money and I don’t have my merchandise, I was scammed out my Money.

I've tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt but that's over now. I ordered two outfits in the same day, different orders. I received the one outfit but not the other. It's about to be going on 3 months since I have placed that order. I've tried to contact them with no response. I've ordered before from this company and it was amazing but for some reason this time tanked.

I am reaching out again to reopen this case #***I have not heard anything from Flypolar nor have I received my order or tracking details. I have again reached out to them directly and no response.I am ready to take further action at this point and take them to court if need be. They are able to send other people's orders out but mine has somehow disappeared along with my money spent. I would hate to have to take this to court but if this isn't resolved, that's clearly going to be my only option left.Thank you -
Don’t order from them unless you want to wait 4 months on an update for your order. I emailed them asking for a refund but they say they can’t, they send you the same email back if your unsatisfied. I paid $64.00 for a sweater set . After three months it finally says “being prepared to be shipped”, and still haven’t got it. It was suppose to be a gift for someone two months ago and sadly that person didn’t get their birthday gift. I recommend not ordering from them because you won’t get your refund back.

I ordered some items items from flypolar In Feb 2019 received some of my order but was told the other items was on back order after a month of waiting on back order called for months straight and spoke to someone who told me every week my order was in last stage of preparation and would be mailed that week that because of peak season I would receive a free t-shirt and Walmart gift card and as of July 15 2019 still have not received my order oare complimentary items I had asked could I get a refund.
