I ordered the sterling silver birthstone infinity band. I was SUPER excited to receive it and was very disappointed when I did. For the cost $153 I thought it would be much better quality. It looked nothing like the picture. Only one of the infinity symbols looked like an infinity symbol. The rest looked like blobs with holes in them. I also don't think she had the size correct. Every ring I own is a size 7 and fits perfect. This size 7 however is SUPER tight! But most disappointing was the stones...there are 5 stones total...and 2 fell out within 24 hours! I think I have bought jewelry from a gum ball machine with higher quality than this.
My daughter, Gina B. of Weatherford TX ordered me a mother's bracelet for Christmas. It came very late to her on 1/28 /16, I received it in USPS on 2/2/16. It is not as neat looking as the ones on website. Put it on, slept in it, and lost a small stone overnight. That is really shoddy workmanship!!!!!
My children ordered me matching rings for Christmas: One ring contained my boys names, the second contained the girls names. The rings, when they arrived, were two different sizes and as a result one would not fit. I emailed them and waited for a response, a week went by before I had to email them again. They explained that if I returned the rings and they determined it was their error, they would replace the rings for free. Fair enough. I returned them and received the replacements only to find that although they were the right and same size, they had missed a name on the engraving. I contacted them again, 2 times as again you don't hear from them right away, and this time demanded they foot the fee for the return postage. While waiting for the return postage label, I received the replacement ring, the one missing a name and this new one was also missing the same name even though the work order specifically labels all three names. This time around, I am going to demand they ship me a single ring with the one missing name. I'll wear three. And I won't give up until I am satisfied.
I am very happy with all aspects of my 1st purchase with lisa leonard designs. I say '1st' because I would not hesitate to order another piece of this artisan jewelry. I ordered the sunburst ring and love the fact that it is true to size, looks exactly as pictured and arrived well before I expected it.
I wanted to love the pieces I got but the 3 rings were sooo flimsy and the metal ('gold and "sterling silver") permanently tand multiple occasion arnished with in a month and will not polish away. I have much cheaper stacking rings and also my wedding band that I never take off and were wearing simultaneously so know it's not an exposure of something. Plus it happened on different occasions in different spots. I think for the price those very typical metals would not do that unless other metal content was used. Thinking about taking it to a jeweler to see if they can decider. I wouldn't have written this if the other piece of jewelry (necklace) did not break after the first week of wear. I've fixed the chain multiple times as I like the look, and it just breaks again in other spots. So the chain/rings are very poor quality. As mentioned, I do not remove my jewelry very often so it was not handled at all, so should be able to with stand normal wear(?) Plus I am not hard on my jewelry and have plenty of delicate necklaces that have held up fine(?) I finally gave up on the rings now, permanently tarnished, & the necklace having bought my own chain for the charm. Calling the business I did not want to have to pay the shipping just to have another low quality product sent out so there was no resolution and I ate the money.
Review: Ordered products that were "custom". Due to web site glitch, ordered twice. Products were mailed twice. 1st off did not like products, not as shown. Called company and they report policy is store credit for "custom" items. Both sets of items were identical! Not custom obviously. Attempted multiple times to call without success. By the time I reached someone, they said store credit only but my thirty days were already up (in purchase policy) but was bought for a gift a head of birthday to ensure it was correct etc. The company proclaims custom work takes time etc., but the purchase clock is ticking from the day you bought. Horrible customer service and sneaky purchase agreement. No satisfaction on my end for the product-NOT AS SHOWN AT ALL.The double order they said was my fault. The return policyDesired Settlement: I do not need two of both "custom" items I bought. I am too late for store credit. I do not want the two items I have. Can't they at least accept some responsibility and adjust bill for 2nd set of items, or issue credit for second set of items. On top of the fact they don't stand behind what they sell. Rings are not as advertised.

My husband ordered me a ring for Christmas that had my daughters birthstone in it (amethyst). He splurged and got the 'real" amethyst. I wore it for less than an hour and a stone fell out. A couple hours later another stone fell out. My husband tried calling the company several times and no one would pick up the phone or return our calls. Finally, after weeks of this, he was able to get a replacement ring. It took 6 WEEKS to get a replacement ring. Sadly, within 24 hours ANOTHER stone fell out of this ring. I really wanted to love this ring but unfortunately we paid way too much for the quality of ring. I would not recommend getting any jewelry with stones from this company. I'm sure the rings that are engraved are just fine but the stones/workmanship are not of good quality at all.
Review: Complaint involves both advertising issues (misleading/untruthful) and delivery of product issues (not delivered as promised). On May 3 I submitted an order for merchandise via a Mother's Day online advertisement for Lisa Leonard designs. I paid for expedited shipping ($29) which guaranteed delivery within 1 to 7 business days. I emailed three different requests to Lisa Leonard customer service to confirm/inquire as to whether the items ordered would arrive by Mother's Day (May 10). I received auto-replies stating someone would get back to me. My credit card was charged in full on 5/5. Mother's day came and went, and finally on 5/11 I received an email apologizing for no response(s) to my inquiries, also for not getting the items shipped to arrive by Mother's day, and a promise that they would arrive "in a few days". Please see attached document. As Mother's day already passed, I requested that the expedited shipping charge be refunded, which the company did, and I was told to expect the items that week. On 5/14, having still not received the items, I again inquired (on both 5/14 (no answer) and 5/15) as to the status of the order. I was informed on 5/15 that the order was still being manufactured. I also was informed that the company was still "expediting" it. Which is totally inaccurate. An expedited order would have arrived latest on 5/12, per their shipping guarantee. Today is 5/21 and I still have not received my order or any update on its status. I was charged $250 on 5/5, repeatedly not responded to, given excuses of inadequate staffing on their part. This for Mother's Day gifts that still, as of today, have not arrived.Desired Settlement: I need the items I paid for weeks ago, and that were promised to me for Mother's Day, 5/10. This has taken up much time, has been a complete inconvenience, the responses from the company have been aloof and unhelpful. And of course, I was unable to gift these items for Mother's Day. Very poor customer service, false advertising and false promise/guarantee re: timing of delivery.

Response:
According to our records this order did not ship by the requested date. In response to the customer’s request on May 8, 2015 we refunded the expedited shipping fee. As the customer notes, our company interacted with her numerous times over email. The order was held up in production beyond our company standards. Once the order was made, we paid for Fed Ex 2nd day air delivery free of charge to expedite the order as much as possible. The order was delivered on May 27, 2015 at 10:10a (Fed Ex Tracking # 514[redacted])

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10636397. The resolution remains unsatisfactory to me, but it is what it is and I am glad to not have a need to work with Lisa Leonard designs again.. I have now received the items ordered, however they arrived three weeks late. This was much later than advertised (and weeks after Mother's day, which the items were ordered as gifts for), and then much later than they promised after my inquiries about the ordered items being late. There was some email correspondence, but I had to request responses multiple times prior to receiving them from this company. The product was sent only after they were contacted by the Revdex.com. Way too much time and effort here. This business had no problem charging my credit card within two days, but could not respond to inquiries about the item for a week (see submitted emails) or complete production of the product as advertised. And I had to contact Revdex.com to actually get the products ordered, and very late. Not a way to conduct business or to interact with a customer. I will not be utilizing this business again, and have spread the word about their poor customer service. My hope is that given my experience, Revdex.com will consider their rating of this company.

Review: I ordered a necklace for my wife for her birthday, ordered May 27th. I paid expedited shipping 2-7 business days which included the time required to make the necklace. It should have delivered at the latest June 4th. After repeated emails and calls prior to June 4th they provided me with a tracking number. As of June 5th it still has not shipped which means the tracking number was created to appease my repeated emails. My wife's birthday was ruined, and "S[redacted]" a manager there was rude and condescending when my wife called to track down her own birthday gift. Horrible.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund posted to PayPal today.

I personally spoke with your wife this morning. She was abusive to my staff and personally miligned my wife and son. Your order is cancelled as she requested. I see the charge has been reversed in PayPal. This order is now closed.S[redacted] | President/CEOLisa Leonard Designs, Inc.

So I ordered something from here and immediately sent an email explaining that the wrong item was ordered.
They told me that the item was started on immediately. Really? At night???? After hours??? They didn't even return my email for 3 damn days!!
I sent several emails since I hadn't heard back from them. I then call them about the order and they also DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.
They refuse to give me a refund even though I cancelled the order immediately.
After I threatened to tell everyone I know about how this was handled in person and ALL over social media, the ONLY thing they offered me was a store credit.
That's NOT enough. I don't EVER want to use this company again. EVER!!
Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!! The timeframe of them getting back to you is terrible and if you cancel an order immediately, it should be cancelled.
Don't tell the customer their order was started in to middle of the night. I'm not a fool. Try that with someone else.
Also, one of the rings arrived with the incorrect spelling of my daughter's middle name.
My sisters and I ordered a necklace from here for Mother's Day. They promised that it would arrive before then. We got the necklace a week after Mother's Day. When we finly received it we were to embarrassed to even give it to our mother. It looked NOTHING like what was promised to us. After emailing, 10 times, calling customer service numerous times and Facebooking, we have yet to get a response on how they are going to make this right. [redacted]responded one time to a post saying to private message her and then nothing happened when we did.
I can honestly say this is the first time I have written a BAD review about any company. They are unprofessional in not getting back to you, but have no problems taking your money. All we want is a refund!!
Review: I ordered a ring on April 30th and was guaranteed delivery before Mother's Day May 10th. I have emailed several times with no response. When I have tried calling it is rare you can get thru to anyone. I have left messages with no return call. My daughter in law called 5/14/15 and was told it was in production. An email was sent to me same day by Lindsey and it stated "Your order is on the very top of our priority list and we are working hard so that your order will be arriving very shortly. We have shipped out your order today and you will be receiving it very shortly." Which was a little contradictory. I was skeptical the ring was mailed since the first sentence stated the order was on the top of their priority list and when I spoke with Lindsey she stated the ring was still in production. Today is 5/19/15 (10 days after guaranteed arrival) And I was told again today the ring is in production but they can not give me any additional information at this time.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be able to tell me how much longer it will take to produce the ring or a refund so I can take my business elsewhere.
