I inadvertantly made a duplicate order of a ring on a recent Saturday afternoon I made a cancellation request less than hours later early Sunday morning
Lisa Leonard denied the cancellation request claiming that work had already been started on the duplicate ring, and I'd have to return it after it was delivered in order to get a refund
It strains credulity that a) work on the ring was started late on a weekend afternoon, and b) the company's systems cannot allow cancellation before shipment, and c) the company would rather create the product, pay for shipment, and wait for return before issuing a refund
I have not yet received either ring at this time I will return them both Hopefully, the refunds will be issued
I ordered a simple letter necklace for my wife for our anniversary it has now been almost three weeks since ordering and my product has has yet to even shipI understand on the website there is a possible 2-week turnaround however, I have contacted customer service and continue getting the same impersonal responseNo one can tell me when my product might arrive or be readyOur anniversary has since come and gone and I still am no closer to having my wife’s presentI received an email today saying there will be an even longer delay on my order (no reason why) and they don’t know when it will shipI don’t understand how this company has such a good rating with similar complaints but I would never recommended themThey now have my money and I don’t have my product
After paying 25 dollars for expedited shipping for Christmas ( to arrive in 5-7 business days), my order arrived in 8 business days and missed Christmas. Additionally, the engraving on 2 of 3 of the bracelets ( grow, thrive, flourish) the word grow was not legible due to s blemish in the metal). While I understand that the unique and natural state is part of the beauty of the gift, it is the engraving that makes it special and if that cannot be read...this is just a bracelet with some leaves on it
Just received my sterling silver cuff bracelets with my grandchildren’s names on them... four names on each bracelet. I just love them!
After reading all these reviews I am honestly very surprised.I received my items in timely manner only problem was a bracelet was missing.I contacted the company got a reply within the hour was told A new order was submitted and I should receive my new bracelet shld be on it's way.I hope I will not have to come back and give a negative review.

I ordered a mother's ring from Lisa Leonard Designs in February, 2018 which had 3 little gemstones and cost about $80. In April, 2018, one of the gemstones fell out and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and replacement of my ring. Now it's July and yet another stone has fallen out. I've tried contacting the company three times and have received no response. I am deeply disappointed with this company and at this point would love to return the ring and get my money back. Will definitely not recommend to anyone.
My children ordered me matching rings for Christmas: One ring contained my boys names, the second contained the girls names. The rings, when they arrived, were two different sizes and as a result one would not fit. I emailed them and waited for a response, a week went by before I had to email them again. They explained that if I returned the rings and they determined it was their error, they would replace the rings for free. Fair enough. I returned them and received the replacements only to find that although they were the right and same size, they had missed a name on the engraving. I contacted them again, 2 times as again you don't hear from them right away, and this time demanded they foot the fee for the return postage. While waiting for the return postage label, I received the replacement ring, the one missing a name and this new one was also missing the same name even though the work order specifically labels all three names. This time around, I am going to demand they ship me a single ring with the one missing name. I'll wear three. And I won't give up until I am satisfied.

I ordered a piece of jewelry for my wife on 12/7/16 with a guarantee of 1-2 weeks delivery, so I was confident I would receive the item before Christmas. Today is 12/21/16 and I have yet to receive the item and have not received a shipping update. I did reach out via email to Lisa Leonard designs, because you cannot reach anyone on the phone and they tell you not to leave voicemails, but all I received was an automated message in return basically saying they were too busy to respond and that as long as my order was placed prior to 12/16 I would get it before Christmas. That is great, but based on the history here I doubt that will happen.
I had originally asked for delivery to my office so keep the gift a secret, but I am not working the rest of the year and need the package delivered to my home. But guess what, there is no customer service to relay this request too!
Ordered rings for my daughter for Christmas with the names and birthstones of my newborn twin granddaughters, paid for actual stones. Received them today. You can barely see a chip , much less a stone. Sorely dissatisfied with this company.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again this was a birthday gift my wife picked out. I purchased and it stated 2-3 week delivery. Then I received the delay notice. The card didn't even make it on time to me. 8 weeks delivery is a big difference from 2-3 especially when money is taken up front.

Ordered on 12/7 and orders before 12/16 were guaranteed to be delivered before 12/25. I had to ask for a tracking number on the 22nd (even though I was supposed to receive one on the 7th), and as of the 24th, no delivery, or explanation even though it was supposed to be delivered on or before. Don't take in the orders if you can't deliver on what you promise. Extremely disappointed, as the auto response you get upon ordering is entirely inaccurate:
"We are so blessed by the love you have shown our brand this season and can assure you that if you placed your order on or before 12/16, unless notified, you will receive your jewelry in time for Christmas. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information."
The issue was resolved on 12/12. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding and we were more than happy to issue the refund requested.
The customer's issue was resolved on 11/17. The order was refunded in full. Correspondence attached.

Although I would state for the record that it is unreasonable for this company to charge the customer 3 weeks before product arrives. Receiving my delivery on A day before Christmas when ordered at the end of November is not good business practice. Any correspondence I sent we a generic boilerplate response. Only after I made a complaint to Revdex.com was when I got a direct response to my concern.
