I am very disappointed with this company. A family member of mine recommended me to order from Lisa Leonard Designs for a special Christmas present and on December 5, 2016 I placed an order through this company and I was assured 3 times that I will receive my order before Christmas. Well, yesterday (12/21/16) I received an order from them but it was NOT the necklace I had customized and I was not even sent an email saying that my order had shipped prior to receiving a delivery from Lisa Leonard Designs. In fact, I received an email saying my order had shipped the day AFTER I got a delivery. I have been trying to contact their customer service team NONSTOP...no one picks up my calls. It looks to me that the company has shunned out all customers. I do not understand why a company has a customer service phone line if they don't even answer the calls. I understand that it is a busy season but the fact that I trusted a company to deliver me a very special Christmas present and I've waited almost 3 weeks for it, I would expect someone to assist me and make sure I do receive what I have purchased...especially if my money was taken out of my account on the day I ordered it (12/5/16)

Because each piece is handmade, we do occasionally make mistakes. We are so sorry that it caused a delay. Our apologies for not including the extent of the communication. It is so important to us the our customer's love their items and we are sincerely sorry for the trouble. Our intention was that the discount communicated our apology, but we appreciate the feedback that we should have communicated that more clearly. I am rejecting this response because:This issue was NOT a fedex issue and to say so is flatly wrong.  I spoke with Fedex on several occasions, and they advised that they received incomplete info from the shipper AND received a phone number that was never answered (because Lisa Leonard designs doesn't answer its phone yet put that on the shipping label).  Fedex received incomplete shipping info and instead of my phone number (the recipient) it received Lisa Leonard Designs phone # which they DON"T EVEN ANSWER.  Fedex tracking shows Lisa Leonard received the package (after failed attempt due to incomplete address) on Wed Dec 21.  The package did not ship out again (with the correct address) until Dec 28, which is 4-5 business days later.    (The package was returned and signed by a Lisa Leonard employee on Dec 21 (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=777[redacted]0427) Moreove... on Fri Dec 23, I was told there would be an attempt to overnight, yet the package didn't send out until Dec 28.My issue is threefold: 1) the business sells custom jewelry, a gift item, and continued advertising that orders placed before Dec 16 were guaranteed arrival by Christmas, yet my Dec 6 order didn't achieve this goal.  This is not about delivering a week late but rather falling short of a sentimental holiday and leaving my kids empty handed with a gift for mom,  2) the business doesn't answer its phone to handle time sensitive requests like mine, 3) repeated underperformance, overpromises, disengagement, and neglect by the company toward me the customer.  I was promised the option of a "substantial" refund per email response from the company.  Substantial is not 25% when ever other jeweler offers 25%+ off after the holidays.  I was promised attempts would be made to overnight, such attempts were not made until a full week later.  I've asked someone to call me again and again, at least half a dozen times.  That request has gone unfilled.  Regards,

Poor communication about order status, late delivery of product orders, false advertising and a general lack of customer service. Very poor experience.

I ordered the sterling silver birthstone infinity band. I was SUPER excited to receive it and was very disappointed when I did. For the cost $153 I thought it would be much better quality. It looked nothing like the picture. Only one of the infinity symbols looked like an infinity symbol. The rest looked like blobs with holes in them. I also don't think she had the size correct. Every ring I own is a size 7 and fits perfect. This size 7 however is SUPER tight! But most disappointing was the stones...there are 5 stones total...and 2 fell out within 24 hours! I think I have bought jewelry from a gum ball machine with higher quality than this.

my boyfriend and I placed an order for a $200 ring through this company on November 28th and have only received one email saying the order is confirmed. It was GUARANTEED the order would reach us by Christmas... it is now December 20th and it still hasn't even shipped. I try to get a hold of the company through email, call, website support, etc. and all I get is an automated response through every option.... I get that it is the holidays and they are busy, but I am just really amazed that they will not help customers in the slightest. Do not bother with this company, poor customer service is first sign in a low quality business.

According to our records this order (#[redacted]) was delivered on 5/13/15 via FedEx (tracking # #[redacted]). We have record of emails between the customer and our customer service team may 5 (responded May 8), May 8 (responded May 13), May 31 (responded June 3). It appears the initial question was...

over delivery time. As the order did not arrive in the time indicated the customer was given a discount. It appears our reps misunderstood the customer's final email regarding a missing product. In response a member of our customer service team contacted the customer directly today (6/8) to clarify details of the missing item and replace them immediately. We are currently awaiting the customer's response to our inquiry.

A full refund was issued on 12/17 for the trouble. Full correspondence is attached.

I thought this was a reputable business and bought rings for my daughter for her Christmas Birthday. I received a chain with the name Lucas instead of rings with my grandkids' names. My husband and I have both called, left voicemails, and facebook messaged the company. The voicemail answers by telling the customer that they are not answering the phone or responding to voicemail. Sending back the item is the only other option and it does not give me any warm and fuzzies. I am not certain my daughter will have the purchased item for Christmas and neither will Lucas. Bad customer service to say the least.

The issue happened once the package was with Fedex. We did our best to get it out as soon as we could once it was sent back to us. 25% was refunded due to the delay. We would be happy to refund in full if the customer would like to return the order. Correspondence attached.

I ordered a gold necklace from Lisa Leonard. I wore it for a few days with normal wear and the chain broke while I was wearing it. I contacted their customer service. It is a pendant that is attached to 2 pieces of chain and it can't be put on another chain. They told me to get a new chain on their site. They didn't bother reading the email and my complaint... why would I want to buy another chain that is so fragile that it breaks at nothing and that I would not be able to use on their pendant... terrible product and customer service.

This may be repetitive, as I was writing a response and suddenly the message disappeared! I hope Revdex.com will review the inexplicable A+ rating for Lisa Leonard Designs, as there are multiple complaints about them. There is nothing more that the business can do to recitfy the situation for me personally and I do appreciate the additional apology. What I would really like is for the business to improve their customer service practices, as the sentimental nature of their products means that any delays or problems could have significant impact and possibly a more emotionally charged response from customers. I ordered a 10k "white gold" ring from LL. I was SO disappointed when it finally came. Instantly, I noticed the inside of the ring wasn't stamped at all. Within hours of receiving the ring, I went to my jeweler to have the ring tested to determine if it was gold or not. My jeweler also immediately noticed there was no stamp. She tested the ring and said it was not gold. She actually couldn't even figure out what metal the ring was made of. I called Lisa L. to request a refund and they called me back the next day. I spoke with a really nice woman who apologized and said they must've "sent me the wrong ring" and it was a mix up. She promised a refund as long as I returned the ring. Perfect. I returned the ring and a few days later I get a call from a different woman who is very agitated from the get go. She says she's looking at the ring and it has a stamp and it is gold. She also says they cannot issue a refund- only a store credit. I explain to her that the ring I was sent and the one I sent back definitely did not have a stamp. Which is what raised my suspicions in the first place. She continues to argue with me about it saying she doesnt appreciate me calling her a liar. Interesting- because you're calling me a liar by saying the ring is, in fact stamped. Basically, this is them trying to protect themselves. I regret not taking any pictures of the inside of the ring. They are selling cheap, fake jewelry. It's ridiculous. Then when they were called out on it, they tried to make me seem like a liar. I absolutely will not take treatment like that from anyone. After going back and forth with her, she finally agreed to a refund vs store credit. Do not do business with these people. As you can see from the multiple reviews, her jewelry is not good quality and their customer service isn't any better.

Horrible experience, purchased a ring through the holiday special, the website crashed, never completed the order, then two days later saw I was charged, reached out to them, apparently the order went through and they just never sent me a confirmation, then I contacted for how long and they said 2 weeks, 4 weeks later and it still hasn't even been shipped, and then I just received an email saying it wont be here before the holiday season, not once have I been able to speak to someone live, they shut down their phone line, worst service I have ever experienced, spare yourself the trouble and don't engage with this business.

My husband placed an order 12/16/16 because they GUARENTEED Christmas delivery - only reason I even considered ordering from here. After countess phone calls to a number not accepting calls or voicemails, numerous emails to only receive some 72 hour auto-generated email, generic Facebook replies telling me to contact customer service AND STILL NO DELIVERY by 12/30/16 - I will never order from this company again. I have my fingers crossed the order gets here with no damages, God forbid I have to return it!

Hello,We contacted the customer on 3/12/16 to let her know the ring she ordered was on backorder due to a design flaw. She was in contact again on 3/22/16 asking the status. As we are currently remaking hundreds of that specific ring, we could not give her a specific date, only a time frame. We did...

offer a full refund but she said she would rather wait for the ring. She proceeded to email 3 more times asking about the status and posted on our Facebook page. At this point, upper management was notified, and we refunded her in full and are still sending the ring.Around Christmas we launched the Always Together ring and unfortunately there was a design flaw. This ring quickly became a best seller. We pulled it from the website but had 500 orders that needed to be replaced. We have been working as hard as we can to get the rings out as soon as possible. Over half of our customers who have been waiting have received the new ring.Please let us know if there is anything else we can clarify.Thank you.
