I have been very happy with the service technicians from Lion Home Service- however management and the scheduling is terrible. We had 2 separate appointments scheduled for last week on Thursday and Saturday afternoons. We finally got a phone call on Thursday night at 7:30 pm that they had to reschedule (everything) to Saturday afternoon. At about 4:15 we got a call stating that they were not able to make it and would have to schedule out for November 4. I managed to talk them into todays appointment and the technician showed and did his job. I think we will be finding some new maintenance people from now on.

Derrick came out to my home for an inspection and was so polite and informative! He explained a lot of things about electrical safeguards I wasn't aware of. This company is always professional and the techs they send out are awesome.

Lion does an annual checkup on our home -- electric, HVAC, water heater, fire alarms and sump. Our home is newer, so some might think this is unnecessary but we plan to stay here a while. A little maintenance now adds peace of mind and will likely save us some repair bills over the years. Lion's home maintenance services are priced fairly and provide good value. This is a good investment.

He had all the materials needed to replace and repair our hot water heater. He was very capable and courteous. He had located our prior work order and warranty and knew what needed to be done. I was pleased and impressed??
