My wife tried to call Roberts Heating and Air and reached Lion Home Services. She asked for a tech to come out and see why our rental property furnace was not heating the house. The tech/consultant looked at the furnace. My wife was told the 17 year old unit was not worth putting money into. Trusting that the tech had done a good job, my wife conceded to have them replace the furnace and AC. They were very fast to bring out 4 space heaters. An hour later when my wife finally got through to me. After talking, we decided to get a second opinion before we spent $10,000. My wife called and placed a hold on the new furnace+AC. We then called Best Buy Heating and Air (not the electronics store). That evening the Best Buy tech came out and did an evaluation revealing the filter was so dirty it had restricted the air flow almost completely. The furnace was/is working fine. I canceled our furnace install with Lion right away. During the call I asked the Lion tech if he had looked at the filter in the diagnostic and he said "no". When I asked "why not?" his response was "Was I the first tech?” He was. I then tried to figure out what they intended to charge me for their diagnostic since they were not getting a furnace & AC sale out of the appointment. I couldn't get a straight answer. I called again yesterday, was told I would have to talk to a manager, had to leave a message and I have not heard back yet. In the end, instead of buying a new furnace+AC, I only needed an $8 filter. I think the furnace is worth putting that kind of money into. I am so happy I do not need a new furnace (yet). I HIGHLY recommend getting a second opinion before replacing a furnace or AC unit.

Fast, friendly service. A technician was at my house with in two hours of me calling in my problem.

On Sep. 13, 2019, we received a maintenance service on furnace/fire place from Lion Home Service. Two technicians, Amanda and Blake, showed up for the service. The technicians broke a glass window of the furnace by accident. They said that they would come back to repair it and also took my other unbroken glass window so that they can find an appropriate model for replacement. Since then, I have tried 3 times to receive an update from the company. However, all they say is that they will check and get back to me, without never actually getting back to me once. I already had difficult times communicating with this company about scheduling and products, and they offer overpriced service, but the fact that they broke something at my house and never came back to repair is outrageous and unprofessional.

We had ordered the glass to repair the window pane that was broken. The glass is in and we have an appointment with Mr. for 11/01/19 to get it installed for him.

Mr. W is a fantastic Technician. He is extremely professional, friendly, and was over to my house within 45min! I will be sending all of My friends and family’s business his way. Top-notch.

Jacob was very courteous. I bought a cover for my ac unit. He put it on for me.
He then asked if he could do anything else for me today.
He checked my furnace to be sure it was ready for winter.
I would highly recommend LION to everyone.

Both JD and Brad introduced themselves and put booties on before walking thru the house. JD found the issue almost immediately and proceeded to fix it in minutes. Both were professional in their demeanor. Lion was quick to respond to my concern relative to my new HVAC. Clearly I made the right decision to make them my service company.

Had two big jobs at our two homes (furnace at one and furnace/AC at the other) done by Lion within the last 2-3 weeks. It was the first time I had used them and am so impressed I will use them for ALL of my future home service needs.
EXCEPTIONALLY RESPONSIVE (on site to diagnose problem within 24 hours), PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL I would strongly recommend Lion!!
