information about my furnace, water heater, and air conditioner.

Got a quote from salesman for adding insulation to attic and at the same time adding or replacing baffles for air circulation. They were also supposed to seal any openings for pipes as part of the job. When the two technicians arrived they knew nothing about the baffles or sealing. They were unprepared to do these promised things and I ended up loaning them the required tools. No big deal. After they left however, I took a closer look at their work only to discover that the final depth of the insulation was about 6 inches less than was contracted for. I called Lion and they promised me that the salesman would call but almost a week later I’ve heard nothing.

We had a challenging electrical situation so we called Lion Home Service. First time using them. Polite and professional from the start. Excellent communication through out the process. Recommended!

We had a furnace/AC installation in January and things have been going very well. Recently I noticed a very small water leak apparently coming from the humidifier. I called Lion and they knew who I was and what they had done in the past for me. I asked for the earliest appointment and was informed they would set me up with the first available technician the next day. They called me by noon and let me know that Saul was on his way to my house. Saul very quickly identified the issue with my humidifier and was able to fix it the first time within 20 minutes. I have been very impressed with Lion from the beginning of my interactions with them. Fantastic business!! Fantastic Staff and Technicians!!
